Cleo - a pirate’s tale
„Cleo - a pirate’s tale“ is a Solo Developed Retro Pixel Art Pirate Adventure with a lot of nostalgic flair, humor and a linear story, inspired by the old Zelda games and the classic LucasArts adventure games.
THE STORY:
„What is the most important part of a story?“
Cleo is a 14 year old cynical girl, living a repetitive life with her father in a bar. She knows everything about the epic adventures of pirate legend Captain Cabeca, but in her everyday life, she is just surrounded by boring fishermen and unsuccessful pirates, hanging around at the counter.
But when Cleo finds a strange pirate-logbook and sees a ghost, who gives her a mysterious hint, her boring life is about to get turned upside down. She is thrown into a dangerous adventure and finds herself in a world of lies, deceit, greed and bad breath - the world of pirates - and most of them are looking for the same thing:
THE TREASURE OF ETERNAL MEMORY.
KRAKEN FODDER:
“Kraken Fodder” is a mini game inside the game.
It is a card and dice game, which is taken pretty seriously among fishermen and pirates. One round takes about 5 minutes and the game is about destroying your opponents card deck with canon balls. HAHAHAR!
Throughout the game, Cleo has to play this card game against a few NPCs.
The game was successfully funded on Kickstarter in 2020. The release is planned for late 2021 with full voice acting in English and German.

Wasn’t what I was expecting, but it’s not too bad and can be addicting. Works on Triple Screen.

A fairly standard match-3 game, but with nice music and really good graphics in the cut scenes where you get to find things. I think it’s good for younger players as well as those looking for an easy time waster. The rewards are nice, and come frequently enough to be satisfying.

Crowalt: Traces of the Lost Colony is an adventure game that is merging the traditional storytelling with modern-day pixel art graphics.
CHASING A MYSTERY THAT IS UNEXPLAINED FOR 150 YEARS
A group of people who set out to establish the first settled colony in America in 1587, mysteriously disappears a short time after arriving. They leave only an island name carved on a tree: “Crowalt”.
Now, the year is 1737.
A young and ambitious adventurer Hugh Radcliff pursues the Lost Colony to make his first great discovery. Now, different people live in Crowalt, where he came to solve this mystery. He will hover around the island and definitely will get in a series of troubles to find what happened to the Lost Colony.

Natives are discreet residents of the island. Taking information from them will require earning their trust.

Treasure of Barracuda
It’s short, and it’s free. It’s basically a demo for a real-life object. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of tactile feedback that you would normally use to help solve something like this that there’s no way to include. You might need a walkthrough even on easy, you’re probably going to need one on medium. Still, it’s free, so it’s worth a shot.

Turtle’s Quest
A masterpiece I would say but you cant get past the mission where you pick up wheels and shit cuz Oswald takes everything and then does nothing and he asks you for the same shit again, but guess what it doesnt exist anymore cuz Oswald fakin took it.

Up untill the mission Booty it is ok if we dont consider some of the “minor” glitches. When you retrieve all the materials in Booty and speak to Oswald he just steals all your stuff and you are thrown back to the start of the mission, forcing you to restart the game because the materials dont spawn a second time. I can’t get past this. Devs pls fix your shit!

Willy Morgan and the curse of Bone town is an interesting take on the Point and Click/Adventure game genre, based around a fantasy pirate-world theme, with generic point and click gameplay.
The story starts at Willy Morgan’s house; it’s been 10 years since Willy’s father, the famous archeologist, Henry Morgan, disappeared.

Fans of the film The Goonies will probably fondly recall the classic Lucas Arts point and click games of Monkey Island, and it is in that vein which Willy Morgan and the Curse of Bone Town plays out, with red herrings, puzzles and a dose of humour to top it off ensuring Willy Morgan CBT makes a truly resplendent brew!

## Space Bar at the End of the Galaxy
I've played it through twice. Its got good player interaction for a VN. It also has good character development (as deep as you can get in less then 2 hours), my complaint is that game gives us a variety about Imperial and other factions, but you give no information about them. A few blurbs of imagination that has already gone into the game would help players except the characters be more real. I don't mind invisible histories, but I nice blurb about them can a long ways towards making a player more sympathetic to them.

It's not bad at all but there are better options out there.
I'm really on the fence when it comes to giving this game a bad review. Here's some points that stood out that led me to my negative review.
Pro's:
-The writing is pretty decent.
-Characters react in a realistic way to what you choose to answer.
-The character models are good, although with only 5 people ever depicted in game, that's to be expected.
-The world and characters are actually flashed out a bit, which is rare for such a cheap and short game.

## Bilkins' Folly
Bilkins Folly is an exploration-based puzzle game with an emphasis on treasure hunting. Use maps and clues to track down the locations of different buried pirate treasures while trying to uncover the mystery of your family’s disappearance.
