Turtle’s Quest
A masterpiece I would say but you cant get past the mission where you pick up wheels and shit cuz Oswald takes everything and then does nothing and he asks you for the same shit again, but guess what it doesnt exist anymore cuz Oswald fakin took it.

Up untill the mission Booty it is ok if we dont consider some of the “minor” glitches. When you retrieve all the materials in Booty and speak to Oswald he just steals all your stuff and you are thrown back to the start of the mission, forcing you to restart the game because the materials dont spawn a second time. I can’t get past this. Devs pls fix your shit!

Levantera: Tale of The Winds
10/10
Sailed halfway across the world,
fought off hordes of pirates
to then climb a giant tower filled with ninjas.
While trying not to get corrupted by the green crystals.
And not die to wolves and spiders.
Along with trading sugar and other spices port to port.
and after that, I learned how to double jump and shoot fireballs.
Seriously if u dont like this game, wtf is wrong with u??

It took me a little while to get the feel for this game, but after I did I really liked it. Unfortunately it suffers from a bit of lack of direction. Eventually I figured out what to do by basically going everywhere. Now I’m kinda stuck again. Not much of a wiki community for a game with 5 reviews.
It’s fun and I hope the game isn’t abandoned. Haven’t seen an update since it came out?

In Search of Fon Vitae
Pirates, the ship, and an adventure! What else do you want? :D Hire up to 4 crewmates, collect various artifacts and drink elixirs for permanents upgrades that make your pirate party stronger, travel islands with different biomes, slay monsters, and bosses to find a source of eternal life, Fon Vitae. The game has a solid roguelike base but needs some improvements. Still, the current state of the game looks pretty good and fun promising.

Shores of Plunder
ABOUT
Shores of Plunder is a fast-paced party game where you and up to 3 of your mateys can battle, race and plunder as much booty as you can before the clock runs out. After each round you will return to your pirate ship where you can hang out and enjoy pirate-themed shenanigans.
GAMEPLAY
The matches are fast, fun and full of classic pirate shenanigans. While some players may want to collect as much treasure as they can, as fast as they can, others may want to pirate their way through it by knocking coins out of their opponents in cutlass swinging sword fights, flintlock blasting gun battles, sneaky explosive blasts from powder kegs, and other devious tactics. Many of the combat mechanics are still under development and will be added throughout Early Access with player feedback taken in to mind.
MULTIPLAYER
Shores of Plunder is all about having good old fashioned pirate themed fun whether you want to play solo or with your friends, family and colleagues. The online gameplay will be focused around an invite-only style of matchmaking so that players can enjoy a social online experience within a safe environment. Throughout Early Access new and improved lobby and matchmaking features will be added and adjusted with player feedback taken in to account.
MORE PIRATES!
As the game develops through Early Access there will eventually be are many pirates to choose from, including famous pirates from history. Each of these pirates will come with the ability to select a unique special skill that has a limited number of uses.
Designing your own custom tailored pirate will be a big part of Shores of Plunder and one of the biggest features that will be developed throughout Early Access is giving players the ability to customize everything from the hat they wear right down to whether or not they want to walk on a peg leg. Players will also be able to cash in the coins they earned to buy additional cosmetic items. The player customization and cosmetic store is currently unavailable but will be developed and adjusted throughout Early Access with player feedback taken in to account.
I NEED SOME RUM!
Pirates will do just about anything for a bottle of rum and once yours runs out of their special skill they will refuse to do it again until they’ve had some more rum. Replenish the skills by finding one of the many bottles of rum that are stashed around the island and drink it back. The player will have to take caution because while drinking rum refills the skills, it will also trigger a temporary drunkenness effect which renders the pirate vulnerable to attacks from any nearby players as they stumble around recklessly.
SOCIAL
Between matches the pirates will be returned to the deck of ship where they can socialize, brawl and have fun. Once the players are ready for another match they simply hop in to a cannon to trigger the countdown timer which will blast the players to shore.
Throughout Early Access new social features will be added such as playing music, drinking rum, gamble their coins away with mini games and more.
Blazing Sails
Early acces? It’s already insanely playable, nothing seems to be really missing and no huge bugs.
It’s a 4man team battle royale, it seems to take a lot of inspiration if not downright most of it’s stuff from sea of thieves.
The rounds are 5 - 20 minutes, divided in mostly 2 parts:
Looting and fighting.
during the looting fase you might run into other people on land, so combat ensues.
When sailing to the next island you might run into another ship, ship to ship combat ensues.
The safe area, as with every BR gets smaller and smaller, forcing ships closer and closer, these fights can turn very hectic very quickly.

Battle Species
Being a pirate doesn’t depend on the species. The battle for the dominance of the Caribbean is ruthless. Take a part in the epic struggle between moles, monkeys and other BATTLE SPECIES!
Battle Species is a fast-paced game where animal characters are fighting against each other in a pirate theme. Playful game mechanics, destroyable terrain and clear graphics make the gaming experience interesting. Your job is to control a mole on a catapult and try to eliminate a bunch of pirate monkeys that have conquered your castles. Monkeys will use their cannons to make it as hard as possible for you as a player. Luckily you will constantly receive some help from above, in form of air drops containing special ammunition to be thrown at the monkeys. Air drops can also carry medikits and special kind of shields to protect you.
The single player campaign includes ten different levels which can be played on three difficulty levels. Each level features a randomly generated terrain, which will be different every time you play. Levels do not have any time limits for completing them, but destructing terrain and slowly rising tide make the job harder as time passes.
Default keyboard controls
Arrows left / right: drive the catapult backwards and forwards
Arrow up: the catapult jumps
Arrow down + arrow left / right: see the ammo trajectory and adjust the catapult shooting force
Enter: use the current special item you have collected
Space: release the catapult arm == shoot!
We also have preliminary gamepad support configured in. Feel free to experiment on that if you will (we have tested briefly with old Logitech pad).
We know that the launcher provided input configuration is totally crappy, and we are sorry about that! The plan is to build proper configurability to the in-game options menu soon.
Ferret Scoundrels
I like where the development is going. Enjoying it so far.
– Real player with 3798.6 hrs in game
The part that i was able to play was absolute fun. The dialogues are both fun and sarcastic, there are consequences for the choices you make and a vast open sea to explore. yes there are still some bug and glitches but they are working on it. There is a discord server and the option to send them feedback. So imo i’d say this is a pretty nice game with lots op potential and team that actually wants to improve their product.
EDIT:
So a little update. After the devs fixed the bug in the tutorial I was able to put in a lot of extra hours of game play and man is it worth it. Some new feature have been added like a world map and local map. More quests and some new items to collect and/or sell.

Salt 2: Shores of Gold
Salt 2: Shores of Gold is an open world pirate game with a focus on exploration, survival, and crafting. Set sail across an infinite ocean with just you and your ship. Explore islands filled with caves, ruins, pirate camps, towns, and other mysterious places. The world is procedurally generated, so you’ll never run out of islands to explore. Hunt and fish for survival, find resources to craft rare items, decorate your ship, go on quests, level up your skills, and fight legendary pirates. Salt 2 also features RPG aspects such as loot rarities and talents so you can customize your character to fit your playstyle.
What Makes Salt Unique?
You might be wondering what makes Salt different than other pirate games. There’s a few things. For one, we’ve put our focus on the single player exploration experience. This means you don’t need friends to help you manage your boat or to explore the world. This isn’t a game focused on naval combat, but instead on PVE content such as exploring the sea, going on quests, crafting and survival elements, leveling up skill systems and unlocking talent trees, and discovering interesting places and loot. Because of this focus on exploration, we’ve also made the world procedurally generated so you can explore in any direction for as long as you want.
Explore an Infinite World
We wanted to create a pirate game that focused on exploration and adventure first and foremost. You start in the middle of an infinite ocean with just you and your ship, pick a direction, and set sail across a procedurally generated world. Experience pure freedom in where you go and what you do. Discover uncharted islands filled with quests, pirates, and hundreds of points of interest such as ancient ruins, caves, pirate camps, villages, and other mysterious places. Even though the islands are procedural, our points of interests are hand crafted with unique secrets, puzzles, and design.
Fish and Hunt to Survive
You’ll need some food to survive. Grab a fishing pole and toss a lure overboard to catch some fish or grab your bow and head into the woods to hunt some wildlife.
Craft and Upgrade
As you explore the world you will discover tons of resources that can be used to craft new items, armor, weapons, and upgrades for your ship.
Decorate Your Ship
We want your ship to be your home at sea. While exploring the world you will find items to upgrade your ship, decorating it and making it unique to you. And you won’t need other people to help manage your ship. It’s just you, the sea, and the endless horizon.
Level Up
Unlock talent trees for different skills such as combat, fishing, crafting, hunting, and get unique perks for your character.
Loot Epic Gear
Salt 2 features an RPG style loot system with different rarities of armor and weapons, and interesting stats to tailor to the play style you want. Each piece of gear also has randomized talents. So whether you are crafting a high level item, or hunting down a pirate captain for an epic sword, you’ll always be searching for that new rare item with the perfect roll.
Fight Legendary Pirates
The islands are full of dangerous enemies. Fight legendary pirates, bosses, and dangerous wildlife in your hunt for adventure.
Go on Quests
Dock your ship at a sea port and pick up quests and commissions from guilds, the townsfolk, and merchants.
How is Salt 2 Different from the Original?
If you’ve played Salt 1, you might be wondering what is new in the sequel. For starters, a complete visual overhaul. We are switching to a new rendering pipeline allowing for much better graphical fidelity. This means brand new models, textures, shaders, lighting, animations, UI, and performance improvements. We are also revamping the island generation system for more varied and interesting looking islands. In addition to that, Salt 2 will have hundreds of hand crafted points of interest such as caves to make exploration a much more deep and unique experience.
We are also putting a much bigger focus on crafting, survival, and ship decoration mechanics. In Salt 2 these mechanics will be deeper than the original and feed directly into the gameplay loop. You’ll also be able to level up your weapons and unlock talents that fit your playstyle. And of course Salt 2 will include brand new quests, new gear, improved combat mechanics, and a new soundtrack.
