Homo Flimsy - The Ragdoll Goalkeeping Simulator

Homo Flimsy - The Ragdoll Goalkeeping Simulator

I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t had this game wishlisted for a long time. I honestly thought it would cost a bit more too. The original trailer was vague, but now that I’ve played, the trailer explained everything in serious depth and detail. Fun game, can’t wait to see what else comes out of it. Workshop would be cool to see too.

Controls feel a bit wonky at first, but they end up making sense. I hell of a lot of fun, especially for the price. I think there is a ton of potential here and excited to see it.

A good game of logic, allows you to relax between work, but not lose strength and concentration. Also, this game has a sequel, which is also quite good. The game has several mechanics similar to the “save jesus” game. Pretty good physics, with which you can go through the game in various ways. In general, it is recommended to purchase

Score a goal (Physical football)

Textbook-assetflip; enough said.

This game is some weird german football adaption of the game Angry Birds: you hit several objects and obstacles and… well… score a goal. Needless to say that this game is entirely built with Unity assets.

There is not much more to say about this game. There was no real effort in building something enjoyable at least from my point of view.

Physical impressions:

The Graphics:

Not worth mentioning basically because there is no viewable work by the developer(s). Everything is Unity.

Madden NFL 22

Madden NFL 22

Do you like NFL Football? This game is for you. The blown calls by refs, the absence of gritty plays, the suspicion that it is all rigged. This game has it all. What’s that? Derrick Henry’s knee was down 10 yards ago and remained down but somehow the game doesn’t recognize it? BOOM WE CALL THAT A FEATURE HERE. Oh you don’t like that the guy you’re playing only runs exploited quick slants every down and spends all but 5 seconds of the play clock doing fake audibles? SORRY I GUESS YOU HATE REAL FOOTBALL. Oh you like the Chicago Bears and are excited about the new rookie QB (IDK HIS NAME AND NEITHER DOES MADDEN)? THAT’S COOL HERE IS A RANDOM COMMENT ABOUT THE 4TH STRING WR BEING AN OLYMPIC ATHLETE THAT’S THE ONLY RESEARCH WE DID FOR THAT TEAM. If all this isn’t enough to perk up your pricker then maybe try the uninspiring original soundtrack for the game! GONE IS GREENDAY, CHEVELLE, ANY GOOD ROCK OR CERTIFIED GANGSTER BEATS. WE GOT SOFT, FORCED FOOTBALL RELATED ORIGINAL BEATS. WE DON’T EVEN HAVE SAM SPENCE TRACKS.

I enjoy Madden, I play the franchise mode specifically a lot. That being said after 20+ hours I’ve yet to be capable of playing more then one game at a time before the game freezes indefinitely, either as a head coach or a player. The only issue I’ve come across is the game freezing on me. Whether it be after choosing the first play of the game, while i’m loading into the game, setting up my weekly game plan or just navigating the menu. I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone trying to maintain sanity until a solution to my predicament and to the other disabling issues other customers are facing is presented and put in place.

For years I have been looking for a simple soccer game to replace my SWOS and Total Soccer addictions, and although Addictive Soccer, Throw In and Yoda Soccer have been decent attempts they weren’t quite what I was looking for. However, last year I came across this beauty and although it had humble beginnings (the generic blue team vs the generic red team) I felt this could go far. And it has…

It’s a great little game which you can pick up and play for a few minutes for a quick fix, or take on a league if you have a spare couple of hours. The gameplay is the old cliché - easy to pick up and difficult to master - and it can also be very challenging, often leaving me wondering how the AI cut through my defence with such precision.

With the newest update, 1.4.0, i finally feel comfortable giving this game a solid positive review. Before the update, i was not on the fence as to weather it was a good game or not. It still is and was a good game, with amazing support from the developer, who actually gives a damn about his product and the people who purchase it.

However, the game felt a little lacking. I felt less control than i would have liked. I dont mind hard games and challenges, but i also dont want to feel cheated by the limitations of the simplicity of the game.

Alpaca Ball: Allstars

Alpaca Ball: Allstars

Nice little indie gem with good core gameplay. It was designed with controller in mind. Playing with keyboard is possible but lacks precision in both movement and striking the ball. Has various arenas and ball types, but the single-player campaign is very short. I can only recommend to buy this one if you plan to play a lot of local co-op or during a deep sale. Online Multiplayer would be an awesome addition to the game that can justify the current full price.

I could not see where my first two hours of this game just vanished.

Super fun and super enjoyable.

Devs, if you are reading it, please consider an online mode with leadership table and other stuff. This would definitely motivate people to stick with the game and to look forward to any addons and different events.

I’ve been playing since closed alpha, and can say that this game just get better and better. Right now I can no longer experiance any bugs, and I am very impressed for it just being an early access game with so smooth and nice bug-free gameplay at solid FPS. The game is free, so why not give it a try?

It is a very fun game ;)

The controls are sometimes feel clunky, but in most of the cases it works fine xD

The sword is probably the weapon to start with this game, the bow is really hard to actually hit someone.

Wow great football simulator! Been playing it so far for around 3 hours (Steam shows only 0.2 somehow, dunno why). Here is my MIXED REALITY Final Goalie VR gameplay video and first impressions:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuj2innj1is

Final Goalie: Football Simulator is a great VR football/soccer game in Virtual Reality, with both simulation mode, arcade mode, story mode as well as a very cool multiplayer game mode. Final Goalie is a HTC Vive roomscale game with full motion controllers tracking, impressive graphics and outstanding immersion - personally, I think this is a must-have game in every VR gamers library!

Tl;dr really fun goalie simulator with a few flaws, get it on sale.

Got this game on sale for around 6$, and have had a great experience using an oculus quest 2 with a link cable. Gameplay is really fun and fairly immersive and lets me lose track of time for a bit. I’ve only played one other goalie simulator that was on sidequest, and the goal felt massive. This game has a smaller goal that feels much easier to cover given a smaller play space, and allows for accelerated movement that you can adjust (a feature which I had no issues with.) As for the gameplay, staring out at the strikers with your gloves out in front of you feels great, and there are moments where you really feel like Neuer. As fun as the gameplay is, there are a few flaws. For one, sometimes the ball seems to go right through my hand; I don’t know if this is an issue with tracking on the Quest during quick movements, but it can be somewhat frustrating. Also, in simulator mode, sometimes a player will absolutely rifle a shot into the top bins at the beginning of the game (would like to see this as I progress as a change in difficulty, but not a few shots in.) Something similar happens in arcade mode (which is definitely my favorite mode) where the cannons will shoot 3 or 4 balls at once that you are expected to stop. If you do clutch up, it feels amazing and I feel really comfortable recommending this game for the price I paid.
