Batu Ta Batu
batu ta batu would be a pretty cool matching game, not your typical match-3 variety, but mostly broken controls make it largely unplayable. the store page says keyboard supported (as if it should be a feature in a pc game), but it just means the game sometimes reacts to keypresses somehow.

ACT IT OUT XL! A Game of Charades - Designed for Twitch
I originally bought this on the Wii U and one feature that was missing there (but is here and in the PS4 version) is the connectivity to Twitch, Mixer and YouTube.
Let me just say first of all. This is great fun with friends and family and works as a brilliant couch-play / party game.
But for me, the real fun is being able to stream it. Casually making a fool of yourself is what the internet is all about and I’m pleased to say that I had a great first stream with this. The viewers were engaged and having a good time, and playing the game is easy, easy, easy.

Nominal
This is a neat game! The style of the ship and the ship manual are super flavorful and I had fun messing around with it. The one problem is that it’s a bit repetitive: most of the hazards you can see are handled in very similar ways and it feels like once you’ve played it for a few hours you could start to memorize most of the steps. Definitely once your Mission Control has gotten a feel for how to navigate the manual the missions become pretty easy.
That said, the aesthetic is great and if it interests you I definitely recommend it. Just know that you won’t be getting too much playtime out of it unless you regularly invite new players to be in charge of Mission Control. I’d love to see the game expanded in some way with either dual hazards or more variation in how you solve problems, but it’s a fun package as it is and I plan to keep showing it to friends.

As someone that has played a lot of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, and ALSO someone that loves all the movies/series about various NASA space programs, this game seemed right up my alley.
So my friends and I got into character and decided that we didn’t need to preview the manual, we just jumped in. Then we died, and died, and died again. Since it’s the first day the game came out, we couldn’t even look to search engines for help guides. Eventually, though, we read the manual correctly and things improved. (And by ‘we’ I mean my friend did. I’m still very confused.) – Hint, page 57 is a good page.

Made to Order: The Party Game
It’s a simple stacking game with weird ingredients but it requires good memory as it gets complicated when more ingredients involved and some picky customers. I wish the developer will remove the multiplayer achievement as instructions are not clear how to make it works and it seems the app is still in progress for improvements. The developer probably needs to consider removing that achievement when the multiplayer feature requires more improvement and most of the players having trouble connecting the app.

Great memory challenging game. Lots of color with various backgrounds. It really makes you take notice of what you have seen and in what order. I would highly recommend this game for a daily dose of brain stimulation as it is more fun and challenging than the puzzle games that I am use to completing.

Rainbow Reactor
EDIT: 1/21/19 - I originally expressed hesitation toward paying full game price, but that was before I realized the FULL ACCESS version would be much larger, and almost certainly a better cost / content ratio. Yes, I think a bigger and better game will be more worthwhile and more fun game.
–———————————————————
I paid full (sale) price (and I’m glad I did!)
This reviewer just spent 30 minutes playing Rainbow Reactor, and I had such a great time I (literally) had to force myself to stop! While perhaps not the world’s biggest fan of color matching games, I’m far from a stranger to the genre, and I have enjoyed it often while on Steam. Yet even in that context I don’t hesitate to take this opportunity to say that color matching through a combination of dexterity and strategy (mostly strategy, I’m inclined to think at this point) is just remarkably fun, and I sincerely thank the friend who told me about Rainbow Reactor.

I like this game. It’s a little more hectic than I expected but it’s unlikely to make you sweat. I particularly like that I got it at 67% off, it’s definitely a bargain at that price!
I completed the 8 levels of the main game in about 2hrs but haven’t managed to clear the bonus time stage. I also had a little teleport around. I haven’t tried SINGLE SHIFT yet.
The world you are in is well made and gives some grandeur to what is otherwise a quite simplistic game i.e. throw coloured ball in hole. However it does that very well. The colour blending (light not paint) works nicely, but they have clearly spent quite some time getting the throw of the ball just right.

Bonkies
I played this game some while it was in Early Access but waited to play the rest and to review for once it was fully out.
Bonkies is a great couch co-op game that has a great visual style and is a ton of fun. Everyone that I’ve played it with has had a great time. My girlfriend who is not much of a gamer loves it. It’s worked great with Steam’s remote play to play co-op online with other friends.
Even though the single player campaign is definitely not the game’s focus, and it is admittedly short (it took me an hour to Ace it, but new players probably 3-4 hours), I had a great time player the single player campaign as well.

About the game:
Well, the gameplay is pretty simple. Every of the (up to) 4 players is playing one space monkey. Their task is to construct certain “buildings” in a limited time (usually around 3-5 minutes). Unfortunately these space monkeys have a heavy handycap: they all have only one arm. (Not sure who let them be in charge of the construction site but that’s another question).
The game mechanics rely on 50% communication with the other players (since you can’t lift objects very well on yourself alone) telling them where to move, what to do next. The other half is actually some creativity since it’s not always clear how to build these desired objects. You only get a shape of what’s expected and are left alone trying (or imagining) how it fits best.

Tricky Towers
Very fun game if you have friends to play with, sadly a bit overpriced
– Real player with 22.2 hrs in game
One of the best puzzle games on Steam, with lots of challenges to wrap your brain around in singleplayer, and fun times against friends in multiplayer. And it’s the kind of game where you can just spend hours trying to beat your record, failing, and then going “alright, just one more time”.
The biggest challenge present in all gamemodes is how to properly balance your tower once it becomes too tall, so I hope you have some good notions of physics at that point.
8/10, +1 if you don’t get angry by the “perfect fit” pieces not fitting perfectly.
