Floody
Cute hand painted visuals and a very interesting platform battle mechanic. This game is great to try out for a game night with a couple of friends! Basically you try to build up and try to keep your friends below where the encroaching waves kill those too slow. There’s multiple items you can get and use to change the platforms and hinder your opponents.
An in-game tutorial is lacking but you can just watch the 2nd video on the store page for a tutorial with some good tips for advance gameplay.

Roll a Ball With Your Friends
My only gripe with the game is that there is a small amount of maps. But even then, it’s a lot of fun for 2-3$, and surprisingly challenging. If they could implement workshop maps for this game it would be 10/10. Regardless, definitely recommend with some friends.
There was initially some issues with the multiplayer, but the devs have addressed this! I will leave my original review below but it is now outdated.
=============== Original review (outdated): ===============
Was very fun with 3 people but was broken when we tried with 6 people. With 6 people, as soon as we loaded into the 2nd level of a map, it would show a black screen and say “Now Loading…” except for the match host. Everyone could move, but not see anything. We tried twice after each re-launching our game. I couldn’t find anywhere to report a bug so I’m writing this here in hopes that they fix the multiplayer.

Really fun game to play with some pals, well worth the price of admission :) My favourite stages were the ones with boxes you had to push around to reach higher ledges, and the slalom-y, high speed stunts and ramps in the City levels. Also, the title music is amazing!
Some features that could be really nice:
-
I would have liked to be able to customize my ball without having to leave the game lobby. (So we don’t have to leave a session to check out unlocked skins)
-
It would be really nice if players who completed the level could spectate other players!

Speed Mazing
I’m not sure how I stumbled across this game but its a really fun little party game. It kinda reminds of Micro Maniacs back on the PSX even though this doesn’t have weapons, or anything like that, it feels similar. You have to race against the clock to get to the finish square in 1 player. In local MP you are competing with other players to reach the finish square first.
The 1 player is essentially time trial across certain levels and unlocking Gold, Silver and Bronze achievement times.
The MP is local only but its a lot fun if you have people to play with. As with these types of games its reliant on playing with other people to get the most fun out of it but its great for short play bursts with friends if you have people to play with.

Tinker Racers
This game far exceeded my expectations!!
I agree with someone who wrote a review saying “it’s almost like stealing from the developers”. It is very cheap for what it delivers (in fact I still don’t get the price so low, maybe because it is in Early Access …).
After unlocking all the tracks, we spent a lot of time having so much fun at Free For All Mode! 4 people playing it is insane!
The lack of an online multiplayer would be a serious problem for a game like this if it weren’t for Steam’s Remote Play Together. Luckily because of this steam feature we were able to have a lot of fun playing online, so maybe that can be disregarded. If you are playing on the keyboard, just remember to previously agree on which keys each player of the remote play together will play (after all you are supposed to be playing on the same keyboard via stream … it took us a while to realize this).

It’s extremely difficult to speak ill of this game considering the price it charges. It’s dirt cheap, it’s almost like stealing from the developers. And what’s in it for you?
As the game itself says in its description, it is essentially a clone of MicroMachines. It is essentially the same game, with the same principles: you use small (toy) cars, running on tracks that seem to have been assembled by children in their rooms, to play against other cars. If the distance between the first place and the other cars is too great, the cars that touch the edges of the screen are defeated and disappear, until there is only one car left on the track. Then, you win the round, and repeat this for 5 more times.

I’ve had a lot of fun playing this! Very fun competitive party game if you get a couple of friends together in a voice call :3

Amazing game, old school nostalgia hits big time. Great to compete against other players and I hope that it will be supported for long time to come. Still have to test Switch Cross-Play, to see how it goes against other players

Mini Motor Racing X
A nearly perfect arcade racer and a remake that more than exceeds the original. I received the game free because I bought the original Mini Motor Racing Evo but I would have happily paid for it. This is arcade racing as it should be.
It’s a game that combines many classic elements of Super Cars, Super Sprint, Micro Machines, Skidmarks and Ivan Ironman Stewart’s Super Off Road Racer but also allows you to race in first person and third person camera views as well as the classic top down view.
PROS

Can’t speak to the new VR mode, but the non-VR mode is just as much of a blast as the original game (Mini Motor Racing EVO) was. If you’re looking for a fun arcade racer, and are willing to overlook some flaws, then this game is for you.
Unfortunately there are several issues (some that carry over from the original and are still very glaring):
-
The balancing for certain cars is still off, which is unfortunate, but you can still eke out a win with any car if it is upgraded enough.
-
The new maps are a nice (varied) addition, but the music for them isn’t as good as the original maps (most of the new tracks are generic rock that don’t really fit the theme of the map).

Running Fable
Running Fable is a modern take on the racing genre, adding a fresh item placement mechanic that expands the idea of getting from point A to point B, while still keeping the fast-paced rounds.
Each round consists of two sections:
Place items and traps strategically, others players won’t be able to look at your placements until the game starts!
Run, dodge, fly, surf, jump, and dash your way up to the trophy!
Features
Choose between our two classic rivals, each of them with different skills, but equally balanced.
Every item placement can change up the level in an entirely different way, choose between land, water or air traps.
Even trick your opponent by hiding them beneath a bush!
Score points by reaching the goal first or by placing your traps cunningly, a mixture of both is the path to success!
Each player can customize their characters with hats, even after each round within the online lobby!
Fling to the Finish
This game is insanely fun. It’s wacky and goofy and it makes you laugh even when you’re bad at it. The aesthetics are tight and colorful and bouncy. The obstacle design is super creative and the levels feel massive.
It’s obviously best played with friends but I’ve been really enjoying the single player campaign as well. There are a bunch of things to unlock through a handful of game modes. There is a surprisingly high skill ceiling so personally I enjoy getting better at the levels and posting times on the leader board (some of the times on there are insane already! Can’t wait to see what speed-runners do with the game.)

Very fun game to play with your friends.
Here’s a few of things that need to be added/improved:
-
A detailed match settings screen, where we can tweak time-limit, active maps and map order, active power-ups, power-up spawn rate, gravity, jump height, rope length, modifiers etc.
-
If a team passes the finish line, the match ends instantly. A time setting to allow the other teams to continue would be nice. (First team can spectate the others in this scenario.)
-
The match result screen is a little bit plain. Maybe silly statistics such as the team which fell to their doom most, the player who saved their teammate from falling most, the team which reached the highest speed, the team which jumped the longest distance etc. I think you got the point. Maybe some replay collection of “important” moments from the match can be viewed…
