B.U.T.T.O.N. (Brutally Unfair Tactics Totally OK Now)

This game really stands up to it’s name “Button”, It really is just a button smashing game that is enjoyed with friends or a group of people. You can use a keyboard. I prefer when playing with other people to play with Xbox 360 Controllers since they are alot easier to play with and you dont have to worry so much about braking them. The game is very simple, you read what is on the screen and do it accordingly then you get pushed to push the button that you are assigned to multiple times or not at all. It can be rewarding and frustrating to play with friends who cheat and try to throw off your character by pushing your button. The game is good but can get old really fast when it says the same thing in a different way a couple times. I recommend this game to people that have friends or want to do something different with their better halves. Its simple and fun, but frustratingly maddening all at the same time.

funny little party game for 1-8 players.

its mostly about reaction and pressing buttons.

but it can seriously get out of hand when the others do everything to win^^

its not a must have, but good for sparetime or when you have some friends around.

fair price!

Funanigans: Party Games

Funanigans: Party Games

This game has potential, but needs some improvements. Can’t fully recommend it just yet, but once some updates have been made I would be glad to update this review. There are definitely some good games in here. How to play’s need to be updated to be more clear on what you are doing. Every game felt like the first round was learning. More so for those where a group of people are doing something different from the rest. There also seems to be an issue with the games being dropped. Couldn’t play phonanigans with 8 people. Kept dropping the entire lobby half way through. Drawing games seem more prone to the entire lobby being dropped and a new room needing to be made. Didn’t have any issues with the text games. Really enjoy the music. Like being able to change tracks, and having the ability to kick out people. The game needs some bug fixes and a bit of polish but I think could be a worth while addition to games you can play with friends online when it gets them.

I adore this game! Thank you Eric Peterson for sharing Funanigans with the world. Phonanigans, effectively a free-form version of Telestrations, is worth the price of admission alone. Funanigans operates just like the Jackbox franchise: only the host needs to own the game and every one else joins from their phone and plays for free. A key advantage over Jackbox is the persistent lobby (room code) between games, which offers a smoother experience for host and player alike. The old-school graphics and music might be annoying for some but I honestly found them charming, and reminiscent of old-school websites.

Great game for couch party at home with a bunch of friends. It’s easy to pick up for everyone, new player can join the party in the middle of a game and have fun. In the same time it’s challenging because of the physic and the cooperation.

It’s kind of addictive and hilarious, I recommend it !

My friends and I had a lot of fun playing this game.

There are some bugs that need fixing, but none that make the game unplayable.

Also the controls are a little sensitive, but they aren’t to bad.

WE did have an issue with pairing our controllers with it, and ended up having to switch to our keyboards instead, but over all we had a blast playing it.

Controls in general are very simple, and easy to pick up.

Amazing game, old school nostalgia hits big time. Great to compete against other players and I hope that it will be supported for long time to come. Still have to test Switch Cross-Play, to see how it goes against other players

King of Booze: Drinking Game

King of Booze: Drinking Game

King of Booze: Drinking Game is a “drinking game” simulator with a bunch of different “activites” to encourage you and your friends to drink alcohol. It’s extremely kitschy, like a drinking boardgame you might buy from a thrifty gift shop as a last minute gift idea for someone who drinks a lot but otherwise you don’t really like all that much.

This isn’t a traditional PC game and it’s hard to justify it being on Steam considering you could just do a similar job in HTML5 and soak up ad revenue. There’s probably mobile apps that do a better job of being a drinking game, too, and they’d be free, so it’s hard to recommend anyone should pay money for this. At least it’s not a 2D retro pixel platformer unity asset flip?

Only played once so far, but planning on playing again very soon! Really fun game for up to 14 players. Everyone sets their name, colour, avatar and you’re off. A click of the mouse spins the wheel and you get a choice of a dare of to take a certain number of drinks. Dares range from very easy, to so stupid, you really shouldn’t do. Nice cartoony graphics. My only complaint would be the number of dares, as we did have the same ones appearing more than once.

Quiplash 2 InterLASHional

Quiplash 2 InterLASHional

There should be an option to disable acronyms etc. from the last lash and leave it as a one question for everyone.

After creaing a fun question base in my native language it’s stupid that i’m getting lash lash task in a different language.

Please give us an option to make it the same as in the quiplash 1 where we would get 1 question for everyone (would be good if that question came from the created base).

EDIT: It has come to my attention that in an update, Jackbox Games has added the “Make your own” feature, which gives this game tons more value. However, I’d suggest just getting the Jackbox Party Pack 3 instead, because that includes many more great games for around double the price of this game.

(The original review is below.)

“This game is basically Quiplash 1.5

An improvement on the original Quiplash.

That’s kinda it. The worst thing about it is that they removed the “Make your own” feature, which WAS in the original Quiplash 2, but whatever. Still tons of content.”

Roast Party

If you love hanging around with your friends and poking fun this is the best game! Even those who were nervous or considered themselves sweethearts got hooked on this idea and ran with it even harder than the rest of us. Somehow instead of destroying friendships we actually created some solid bonds! Can we deem this Roast Therapy ?

I never laughed so much at a game like this one, it’s quite amazing to see some prompts & pictures work really well each other along with some of the answers written down by the players, hope to see more games from these developers!
