Flux Caves
Flux Caves is a relaxing first person puzzle game where you must push pipe tiles in order to provide each room with a power source that flows through those pipes.
Firstly, the landscape, ambience and general visuals all combine to give a very relaxing, zen feel, and the whole game leans upon this basic comforting warmth. The soundtrack, especially, is excellent at surrounding you with this mood.
The puzzles, too are generally reasonably relaxed affairs. There is no time limit, most of them are reasonably short, easy to reset so you don’t feel like you’re wasting time, and you’ll find more time is spent maneuvering the pipes and tiles to the positions required by the solution rather than actually figuring out where they need to end up. Even the later levels can be beaten with simple trial and error and a bit of time. That said, this leaves you with a pleasant lack of frustration that can be present in harder puzzlers. Replay value is present, however, in that the game counts how many moves you make for each level. I found it fun to try and optimise my solutions using these counts.

Flux Caves is a simple puzzle game, the puzzles aren’t very hard but it’s still fun. I like the way to see the ball go through the tubes so it’s visually appealing to complete the puzzles. The game is a bit buggy and for example on level 17 there’s a passageway that you can fall through the ground. Also the outside seems very bad polished. You can easily access areas that you aren’t supposed to, and skip doors that aren’t unlocked yet. This game would be fine without the outside. Also the hidden cakes seem unnecessary, don’t fit the story of the game and they aren’t hard to find, I usually like finding hidden collectibles and get some sort of reward for it but in this case it seems forced. I know it’s a reference to Portal but still too forced. I had to force quit the game when I finished the game because the exit button didn’t work. The elevators gave me a bit of issues and had to restart some levels because of that even though it was not my fault. Also the player elevators were kinda boring to had to wait for them instead of having a button to press where to go. The most annoying part for me was the moving around the maps, I would constantly fall and had to find stairs to get back up to continue to move the pieces. I definitely would like the character to be able to jump higher and push blocks easier without clicking a button. So after all of this. This game could be a lot better if there was some more testing and more map polishing. I would recommend it if this wasn’t so buggy.

Jack Axe
Jack Axe is a funny short platformer game where the main mechanic is to throw an axe and dash to it. It tries to replicate more challenging and difficult games, not succeeding much, as I didn’t find it too difficult, but it still manages to be a lot of fun. I played it on release so it had a lot of bugs, I would recommend waiting for some patch before buying it. Nevertheless, it’s a great game that won’t take you much to even 100% (being 5 hours my time), I recommend it.

This review is further detailed in the video below.
Jack Axe is a BLAST! It’s difficult, challenging, charming and all around good time. The co-op experience works quite well and really adds to the fun so bring a friend, or 3. With enemies, puzzles, bosses & secrets, Jack Axe stands above the rest of the Puzzle Platformer games and keeps me hooked.

Mask of Mists
Where do I start!? Let me start by saying this was insanely well done and is so worth the price! There is this magical atmosphere that is created in this game. There is a huge map that has puzzles every where for you to figure out to advance on to the new places in land. Some puzzles are easy to get started and give you that confidence…then you literally need to check every nook and cranny for some other items just to advance…make sure you are on your toes..but this is an extremely good time waiting to be had! I was impressed from the very start with the graphics, the movement, the idea and the premise. The follow through was pretty remarkable..great work to the devs, love the game, love the feeling, love the puzzles and the instant gratification that comes from finding that ONE item you need to move on and unlock another area!

Fun game, but maybe a bit to unpolished.
It is not an RPG game, there is no leveling up. Only thing you can do is find some better weapons. It is quite open world, but if you look at it and memorize the world a bit it’s not that big at all. Puzzles are pretty fun and some require some thinking, nothing over the top though.
Combat … You’ll face the three same enemies for the whole game(not counting the boss). Combat can get boring pretty fast.
It’s fun for some exploration and some minor puzzle solving , but there is not much more to the game. Also it’s rather short, should take maximum 6 hours to beat. And I’m a slow player.

Dwarrows
I first found out about Dwarrows by watching YouTube Lets Plays before it was even released. I bought it as soon as it came out (payed full price) and, so far, I am enjoying it just as much as I thought I would. If you play games like My Time in Portia or Ni no Kuni II, then I believe you will love Dwarrows. So what do I like about the game?

I really enjoy the slightly simplistic styling of the game. It isn’t hyper realistic, but more of a cartoony (is that a word?) feeling, that adds it’s own charm to the game play.

Oh my. Dwarrows is a little masterpiece.
Here are some notes on happiness:
-
Visual: The wood elves reminded me of Sesame Street characters – a bit of Bert and Ernie and Grover.
-
Audio: Enjoyable. :) I liked to run into a group of bluebirds just to hear them tweeting as they scattered. I liked the piped-in suspenseful mini-melodies when I was trying to solve a puzzle.
-
Travel: This game handled fast travel really well. Having three characters to port around could have been a hassle, but instead so many workarounds were provided: teleport scrolls in inventory (with options to transport one character or all three), teleport fountains at puzzles (to bring all three to help), and teleport stone rings (for one or three). Plus it was nice to have the three characters spread around the map sometimes – I often left Gloia in town to build, while the other two ran around to explore. Really well done.

EMUUROM
Welcome to the home of creatures called EMUUROM!
You are MAIRE, the red-haired retrobiologist - a kind of gal who gets willingly trapped in an unknown world.
You’re only equipped with a data-gathering SKANNER' beam. Use it to explore the ecosystem!
Comprehend the creatures and use their special abilities to find your way forward…
…and one day, you’ll be ready to save the species from an impending doom.
Grizzland
Simple but nice little metroidvania
While having all the ingredients needed to brew a decent metroidvania, Grizzland also feels like a breath of fresh air in the genre due to its unusual simplistic (but neat) visual style and fascinating way to reveal the plot to a player.
Probably the only weak side of the game is its length - you can easily complete it 100% within 6-7 hours.
However the cheap price makes it a fair deal.
If what you see in the preview doesn’t turn you off, then go ahead and buy, most likely your gameplay experience won’t disappoint you either.

Atom
This game is cool. You can make the hydrogen do some wild things visually. Hydrogen is interesting since (I think) all of our other atoms come from hydrogen, don’t quote me on that.
For .99, it’s certainly worth it.
I hope the author makes more content like this.

Not gonna lie, this game is stupid at the moment. That being said, I’m glad I bought it; it was truly fun to mess around with, and although the novelty has worn off, it was nice. I really hope more is added in the near future. I would recommend this game but only because I thought it was fun for the few minutes I played it. A little tour of the controls would be nice, and it would be good if one could change the quality of the graphics and/or simulation for different PCs to properly run it at whatever they want/need. This game could be a lot of fun if it were to take a look at other sandbox-type simulation games, such as universe sandbox. The variety of different controls with explanations detailed enough that you know what you’re doing when you’re doing it. Overall, I’d say the only reason I had fun playing this was my ADHD deciding to hyperfixate on this for the past little bit. Keep working on this game and it could become something greater

Kick it, Bunny!
The first impression upon entering this game is that of being on vacation, beautiful beaches, fine sand, deck chairs for sunbathing, green lawns with flowers, and crystal clear waters.
Everything is well reproduced in a cartoon style full of details and marked colors, even the sound of the water when you swim is pleasant; everything is accompanied by nice music that makes the environment more sparkling.
PLAYABILITY
The aim of the game is to reassemble figures using square blocks of stone, of various shapes, at your disposal you will only have your bunny paws, you cannot lift them and carry them in your arms, so you will have to kick to move them, with your foot left push them with the right turn them.

The game is pretty cute and the multiplayer option is a big plus. The puzzles can be kind of hard though, still, it’s a fun casual game!

Take Me Home
The concept of this game is cool: It provides no instructions, and just some hints, about where you’re supposed to go and what you’re supposed to do next. The graphics style is unique, in a pleasing way to me, and who doesn’t want to play as a wolf? However, the gameplay is less than desirable to me. I haven’t played it for very long so it’s possible it could grow on me. What bothers me the most is there’s no way you can distinguish areas where you can’t go, and areas where you can. A tall dune that looks like it’s a blockade, actually lets you run right over it- whereas you’ll be out in open space and run into an invisible wall that you can’t walk past. And as you’re running through trees, rather than going transparent after the wolf runs through them to allow you to see where he’s going, they completely block your screen so you can’t see what’s ahead. I stopped playing after I came upon a large crate that was movable- and I’m guessing is part of solving the first puzzle- because pushing it in whatever direction you want to go is incredibly frustrating with the way the mechanics of the game cause it to move. Maybe you don’t actually need the crate so it doesn’t matter if it’s difficult to move, but at that point I kind of just lost interest. If these issues were fixed- mostly just the first one about world boundaries- I would totally be interested in playing this game.
