Great Paintings VR
Let’s get the obvious out of the way first. A free app with an enormous number of classic paintings in high resolution ( perfectly fine resolution free of charge IMHO). Good locomotion/navigation and a decent presentation. I think the presentation can be improved, as others have mentioned, however I and my wife easily got absorbed in the art, itself. The magnification feature is handy, especially when you move in somewhat close to the larger paintings…and there are some massive paintings in this offering. With now over 1000 paintings, one can plot their own art history journey for quite some time without exhausting the content here. I applaud the effort and I’m grateful VR experiences like this are here for us all. I viewed the experience on an HP Reverb G2 headset.

Gee! This is a really great app! More than one thousand of art masterpieces scanned at high resolution and exhibited in a virtual museum with audio comments and classical music soundtrack. And it’s completely free! It’s not like browsing images on your flat device, it’s more like being there, in the virtual museum; beauty of the paintings seems to be enhanced by artificial light, just like in real museum. I would like just better textures (ceiling, floor, walls, etc.), more details in the galleries, and also better frames around the paintings. You can also enjoy a few photo galleries. Absolutely suggested to art lovers.

From my time playing the game I found quite a few bugs in the menus.
The actual GAME was fine, but with the menu so messed up it was unplayable on my mac laptop (the mini windows just refused to open!)
If it DID manage to get into the game it had sound.
On my PC desktop meanwhile it had the mini-windows but IT had no sound for the dialog!
This was EXTREMELY frustrating and no bug-testing would fix it (not even downloading or undownloading the leweder DLC)
If the game is under a buck and you got both a Mac and a PC- and are willing to re-play it on both (4 times on your mac blindly clicking if you want to hear all the voice-lines for the female path and then male path. But you’ll probably start playing on the desktop where you can actually see the freaking menus and change your difficulty)

I will say, when I saw this pop up in my recommendations for it being a furry game with tentacles, I was very intrigued but didn’t know what to expect. When I saw it’s only $2 and had some positive comments, I figured “Can’t hurt to try it.” After having played it and gotten some experience first, I will say it’s really fun for the puzzle game aspect.
The art is really nice, the characters look good, the dialogue is a nice mix of comical and serious to fit the situation, I do like the clever use of tentacles attacking and matching the puzzle pieces to do damage with your magic attacks. It is a little on the short side, but I’ve already seen mention more content is planned, so I’m glad for that. Patch or otherwise, it’s a nice looking game and pretty fun for what you get.

ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV
First Impressions: Gameplay is much like Rotk IX, which to me is a good thing. IX was a favorite of mine, but since I cannot buy a fully English version of that this is the next best thing.
Great empire building gameplay, you can micromanage a small unit to take control of the surrounding city. This makes a lot of sense, if I’m a farmer on the edge of said city why am I going to support the new ruler if I haven’t actually seen them in force. This was before the time off TV and internet, gotta spread the word your in charge.

Even though I am a fan of the RotTK series, I cannot recommend this game to others except for the die-hard fans or those that does not mind clicking on the same things repeatedly and watching the AI play for you. This game focuses heavily on tedious micromanagement until you lose your patience and use the macromanagement features for the AI to automate the work for you. The myriad of problems made all 12 scenarios bland and boring. I will give a concise analysis on the 3 main systems that I believe make/ruin the game: UI System, Battle & Domestics Gameplay, and Balance & AI Issues.

ChuSinGura46+1 S csg-46+1 is an excellent anime visual novel {VN} derived from the renowned Japanese “47 Ronin” legend. The “S” at the end of the title indicates it is a Premium Grade Japanese game. It is offered as “free-to-play” on Steam, so the price is hard to beat ! Essentially, CSG-46+1 is an introduction to the full VN which includes 4 additional chapters. Be aware that this is a mature tale with limited nudity, but there is no “hentai” in the Steam version. /csg-46+1

Before trying the visual novel people should really look up on it’s informaton for example on VNDB.
The visual novel has the tag of “Enforced Playing Order”, that means any choices you made won’t have any big impact onto the game’s endings, like a kinetic visual novel basically.
Technically you are reading a book from page 1 to page 100. I don’t particularly mind about this setting since I am someone who has played over 200+ Visual Novels. But it can sure be annoying to some.
The CG gallery and extras will be unlocked the moment you complete the game on the first chapter. There are several text bugs but they were patched out now by the Devs.

The biggest riot happened in Jakarta and several other major cities. But, the Chinese ethnicity had been around since 1600s when they first migrated. They are spread throughout the nation mostly through trading then finally settled down some place.
During the riots, Chinese people would stay in their homes or even fled to Singapore or Malaysia until things calmed down. Either way, they don’t have anywhere else to go. All of their treasures, businesses, homes were in Indonesia. Although some of their businesses were lost either arsoned or looted, some still have houses or even relatives to shelter at. They helped each other to be safe.

I discovered Mayjasmine episode01 What is God? 五月茉莉 last December 2015, a little by chance.
Firstly, the cute visuals caught my eyes so I quickly got interested in it and read the synopsis. Some of the comments & recommendations basically said: “Don’t get this one thinking this will be a cute little story”. I was told it was pretty “graphic” and serious. As a fan of horror & other themes like that I hit the “Buy button” rather quickly.

This game is an absolute delight. It is a cheap game though and I would only recommend it at a price point of around 10 bucks. I paid 13.50 CAD and feel it was money well spent.
You need a particular mindset going in, however. Things you should know about the game.
It’s comprehensible, but it’s not super well translated.
Movement and control are very tricky, and take a while to get used to.
There is almost no animation in the game. Characters will rotate, but there’s very little moving of limbs and stuff.

Lancelot’s Hangover: The Quest for the Holy Booze
This game is a barrel bursting with absolute nonsense. And this is why it’s terrific.
The art style is simplistic but serves the humour very well, the puzzles aren’t hard, until the last chapter where it’s more of a “How much do you remember of the game you’ve played and the locations you’ve visited” luckily the game cuts off branches you don’t need to revisit so it doesn’t become annoying.
It’s a laugh and a half and definitely worth a look.

Do you have a sense for black humor? Then you have to play Lancelot’s Hangover. That seems familiar to me… anyway I would say even if you don’t have a sense for black humor you have to play it because it’s a great sexy adventure game. Everything is alright. I can’t complain. It reminded me a bit of my childhood when I was in the monastery and in the church. At that time there were unfortunately no naked women in the monastery. It also reminds me of Marilyn Manson when he says: I don’t like the drugs but the drugs like me. Lancelot should sing that, the sexy knight with beer (I recommend the Bavarian beer).
