It was a fun little game… my only complaint is not about the game but that I earned all the achievements and then discovered what “Profile Features Limited” means. I’ve never noticed this note on any other games but now I know this game doesn’t appear in my “Perfect Games”… why Steam???

Otherwise, good luck figuring out the trash can… you can do it… and the Elixir mission… lol. They were tough but doable. Nice touch by the game dev to make those a challenge.

This game is a really simple adventure indie game. I really enjoyed playing this game, I like the genre and games with strange atmosphere and funny and weird quest. Sure the story might be mind shocking to genre savvy people but I liked the twist anyways. Plus I am a big fan of how the quest tied in with the story/message of the game. The game does have issues with it inventory and picking up items. It was really annoying trying to get an item off the floor and no way to toggle to it. Also the way way you shoot your gun. Sometimes I am clicking directly at the enemy but it doesn’t connect and takes a few tries before they die. Also there is some game mechanic that felt useless like the heart v body stats? I am not sure if the affects the ending. There is some spelling and grammar errors but this guy is doing everything himself and it is way better than other translations it brings charm anyways.

Once again you can expect what Hanoi Studios does the best with this game: An amazing work with the audio, soundtrack and sound design.

Besides this, The Death Into Trouble (TDIT) has an unique appeal to what an indie game can offer in terms of original voice acting as well, great job done by “Vozindie” with the voice director Caroli.

TDIT is a game to enjoy the journey in three different envrionments: Purgatory, Heaven and Hell. Each one of them having a great variety of monsters and enemies, and I’d love to have a “collector’s book” inside of the game containing information about each enemy, its name and maybe a short description of it.

I waited a while for this game. it looked super interesting and spooky but around 4 hours in and the game is overly slow not to mention the MANY spelling and grammar errors sprinkled around the somewhat cringe worthy dialog. The art and gore was amazing though along with the concept of the story it’s self though in a whole? this Visual novel has potential but was executed poorly.

The quick time events are honestly terrible, unlike VN’s such as The Letter where the QTE’s are simple tasks while a scene unfolds. This is just button mashing half the time to a static image, and other half the time they are puzzles which you’d think would be enjoyable. Except they are just memory tests, nothing interesting.

Then there are the list of typo’s and errors.

Heck i’d fix it for them they are so obvious.

So I beat the game I’m not sure if the ending is supposed to be just a black screen, but that was kind of lame. The first blood achievement doesn’t seem to work nor does the beat the game achievement. I did get a cool “Kind” of ending when she killed me with 5 photos overall I think if everything worked better it’d be a really good game, but with how it is now it was still fun and it scared the heck out of me before I realized escaping her is a bit easy. Waiting for certain things to spawn and running to them in time can be a bit arduous though. Games a wee bit too long and RNG with the spawnings to keep beating the game only for it to glitch in the end with the black screen if that’s not supposed to happen. I had fun though so I’ll recommend.

Skinwalker Hunt

If you like scary games, and played any of those old cabella’s hunts PC games this [and the previous Witch Hunt] are gonna scratch an itch you didn’t know you had. This creator really knows how to work the atmosphere, and it’s strangely addicting for something that puts you so on edge.

For a constructive review I wanted to play both maps twice, and the one thing I think that could be improved on is I feel Chernobyl is missing something to bring it from a 4 to a nice solid 5/5? At first I thought it felt like the map was bigger or had more space before I replayed the first one, and I think the real difference is the first is so scary I almost don’t want to explore every corner of the map bc every step made my chest hurt. The Valley has the advantage of the simple fact that its darker, the uneven terrain only further obscures your view, and you’re forced to use your flashlight which only makes things worse for your heart when it starts freaking out. On my third playthrough of Chernobyl I was thinking of how I’d make things worse for myself, and I think it’d be cool if the Skinwalker also set of the Geiger counter too? It’d give the player an ironic “oh thank god it’s just radiation poisoning” when the yellow iconic pops up, as well as stick with the area’s mechanic. Also if he followed you into buildings, but I may have just got lucky he never rushed me while I was inside one. Although it was always still in the back of my mind making me want to hurry up and get the hell out of there anyway

I’ve only played for about an hour and a half and… This game is great! At first I thought it was too hard, but now that I have gotten used to the controls and the animals I just cant explain how good the game is. It is sad that there’s no multiplayer, but I understand that it would be impossible to add because of the whole save mechanic.

I have played a game very similar to this called BIGFOOT, but that game is priced at 20$! You get the same experience here for less money. Recommending this game even if its not on sale! My only real problem is how often Skinwalker appears, maybe make him a little less common…

A game to congratulate. The main character pulls you into the game either by the playability or with the story. The scenarios are diverse and wake up your attention - the music also. You can “play” with the time of the game and stay by the small games and quests inside of it. It’s fun. I love it.

I miss the times when games were made to leave something to the player. I miss games like this.

Abyss of Neptune

Abyss of Neptune

Abyss of Neptune is a well designed short game, with an interesting story and decent game play. The presentation and environment is the most notable, as they are overall beautiful.

I found the aiming to be a little tedious at first, but after many tries, I finally was able to get the degree of drop off that the bolts had, and hit my targets reliably.

The motion of the character was nearly perfect. The only problem I had, was the tail off felt more like a space motion then ocean, where the character drifted with little to no reducing of her speed. The controlled motions nail down the water feel, but there should be a little more resistance when you are not actively pushing a direction. Aside from that, the character interactions and movement were a dream.

I really like the atmosphere of this game. It’s supposed to be an eerie underwater horror game, and the ambiance really sells it. The art is aesthetically pleasing, and everything looks really polished with the detail of the lighting. The sound design is really well done, I feel like I’m underwater, and the sound of the character breathing creates additional stress which plays well into the horror genre.

The resource management in the game is really well done. You have to manage your oxygen, which slowly depletes as you explore. It isn’t something you have to micro-manage, but it does have to stay in the back of your mind. The ammunition found in the game is fairly hard to come by, and is something that you have to carefully manage. Running out of ammo can be stressful, and stumbling upon ammo is a huge relief.

Really fun game! little 2D pixel graphycs that made me think of Zelda and the first pokemon games. Challenging to remember the path without a map to guide you, so there was a bit of back and forth, but overall very cute and fun game! Puzzle are pretty easy I’ll admit, but some will make you think a bit about your next move. completed the game at 102% apparently XD For the price, it’s a fun game to try!

Cute zelda like RPG with casual difficulty. Works very well with a controller. The sokoban puzzles are quite easy and the game can be completed in 2-3 hours. The game could have used a reset puzzle button or something because the movement of boxes is janky at times and leaving the room and re-entering it to reset the puzzle also respawns the enemy units in the room that you have to kill again before you can start the puzzle again.
