Lockheart Indigo
Lockheart Indigo was a short but fulfilling experience, with all of its parts forming a cohesive whole. The art, the music, the characters and the gameplay all fit together seamlessly to tell an exciting story.
It offers a unique system where, instead of battling your enemies in combat, you have to win them over with clever persuasion. And it’s clear the developer took a lot of time in crafting the various responses to show each character’s unique personality and motives.
I definitely recommend this game, it was a joy to play and a great homage to the Game Boy era from which it took its inspiration.

About 2-3 hour long detective game where the combat is replaced with interrogation, it’s kinda like playing Undertale and only using the dialogue choices (no bullet-hell though). Whenever you need to get information from the character you have to find a way to probe them by using evidence and their motivations against them. The story was decent enough for me to finish the game, but I was a bit disappointed with the illusion of choices as the game is pretty linear overall. You can use F4 to set the game to fullscreen, however, it does not have a widescreen so you will be playing with black borders. Even though the game is relatively polished and resistant to stupid choices, there are some potential softlocks due to the enemy AI, you should keep 2-3 save slots 30 minutes apart just in case (I wasted like 40 minutes because one of the quest items became inaccessible).

Penny RPG: Shadows of the Lost - A Blood City Tale
This is a full on RPG! The lo-fi minimalist visuals and “Penny RPG” in the name led me to expect a game that’s light on gameplay, but it’s got all the regular RPG features: a simple but fun combat system; buying and selling; LOTS of dialogue and missions; and peripheral lore to explore, the whole deal. Plus, it has a cool Shadowrun vibe, and the writing is spot on for the cyberpunk genre. I had some minor issues with gamepad control (chalking it up to early access) so I used keyboard controls, which worked great. I’m looking forward to learning how this mystery unfolds!

This game just hit early access, but so far it’s looking pretty good. This is a pretty standard RPG but with a cool cyberpunk theme. Just keep in mind, though, that it is still early access, so the game is incomplete and there are a few bugs that you’re bound to run into. Having said that, it’ll provide you with a interesting story and fun battle mechanics that are a bit of a throwback to years past.

All Walls Must Fall - A Tech-Noir Tactics Game
A great game that just needs a bit more polish. If you liked xcom or syndicate (old school) youll probably love this game.
This game has a few levels to it.
The first level is a great shooter/ and minimal rogue or semi-RPG with time travel mechanics. Some of the firefights can be intense and complex strategizing your twisting of time between hailstorms of bullets allowing one man to wipe out an army.
Its not terribly deep on the surface likly because they didnt get the funds to make the game its full intended length (west germany as well as east germany). I do not regret any time spent, or not spent in this game. (yes its a bad joke since at the time of writing this I have the world record of completing the entire game in 1 minute 29 seconds… time travel accounted for=).

A masterpiece ruined by retard downvoters, small minded casual homophobic cry babies.
I got this game during early access, did a first run but messed the first 3 tutorial missions,
earning low money and getting stuck on harder missions because with low money you can’t upgrade much.
Now that the game is published I did a serious run, nailed the tutorial missions and also unticking the ‘decision timer’ option,
which allows you to think about each move without losing time (time = money).
After those 3 missions you get access to the map, where you can select your next mission.

Empire of Sin
Main quests:
- So far two of the paythroughs I have had have game breaking bugs for the main quests.
Police:
There is not enough interaction with the police, they are basically not even a problem. Give them more power, create tiers of police, where there are cops, investigators, feds, etc. Make it so that if you piss the police of by killing a lot of people you get a heat system.
Economy:
There is apparently a non ending need for alcohol, the game would be more interesting if your bar saw less profits and patronage because your neighboring faction has a better bar, higher quality booze, etc.
– Real player with 63.3 hrs in game
Seems like the game has that weird Paradox disease where the game is garbage day one but undergoes radical changes that make it into something really special. I bought it after the precinct update and I’m hooked. I like the combat and gang management elements as well as the almost seamless switching from tactical map to street view to turn based combat. There’s also room for strategy, you can cut off sections of someone’s territory to destroy their supply lines or trade poison disguised as high end alcohol to set some one up for the moment you take out their brewery in an ambush leaving them with nothing to sell and no one to sell it to. I think that it’d be a whole lot better with more room for customization but it’s a solid solid game.

Been following this game since early development, tried the beta, and have watched the dev work streams. This game is amazing great story telling and the retro graphics sells the RPG element hard. The battle mechanics are very well done, absolutely loved what I have gotten to play.
