After the SGF summer contest I realized that I’m a dinosaur, over 900 demos. .. the window of time for me to make a sustainable living from indie game development has closed.
I’m going to return to driving a semi-truck.
If lightning strikes and people give a hoot, I will finish the game.

Flutter Bombs
This was a very good game - colorful graphics and addicting gameplay, it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys twin stick shooters. To be fair this game can be very difficult, especially if you play it alone, so because of it’s difficulty I was not too fond of the game myself. Star Witch
‘Star Witch’ is an Oculus Rift Only action shooter that for some reason doesn’t work on the Oculus Rift. In fact, the frame rate is so low this game is pretty much unplayable and definitely so nauseating that you wouldn’t want to play it anyway. It seems to be a poorly made shooter with some of the worse voice acting you will ever hear. I know £3.99 isn’t a very big asking price, but asking anything for this at the moment is asking too much, avoid this for now until it gets fixed. Hummingz - Retro Arcade action revised

grab it and enjoy the colorful little rough.
joyfully pump those nasty bees, cause Stefan Preuss saw it the right way:
bees really are hella nasty creatures.

Hummingz is a cute little version of the arcade game Centipede.
It has nice colors/design and it´s fun trying to get a high score or beat your own score.
I haven´t come past level 4 yet, so I will continue playing after more than 1 1/2 hours, which isn´t bad if you get it for 3,99.
There are some minor things which could be imrpoved, like a better resolution option (fullscreen) for PC or to turn off automatic fire.
And for the negative commentary concerning the topic of mobile games - It´s a good thing that mobile games are also playable on PC as long as they are good, which I think Hummingz is.

This game is simple, fun and satisfying.
I enjoyed floating around and pretending to defend an organism against vile bacteria and virus.
Do not be fooled, all the blood cells (red or white) are useful in the game, which was a nice surprise. The red ones heal the organism by giving you more time to complete the level (represented as a health % of the organism), and the white ones help you clean the infection, so better not kill them :)
All in all, with the unlocked perks and new weapons you gain by using special hormones released from glands, it is a fun arcade game.

Salt and Sails
You are steering a “free” pirate ship. You need to use a cannon to knock out anything close, yes, anything, including small fish and bees. I didn’t expect that the little bee could threaten this big ship, I was so naive. And I believe the best Gunner of the 17th century couldn’t hit bees and fish with cannon. Whether I am too young or the game is too stupid is a serious question. But my 3-year-old nephew told me that he thought the game was boring. So I have the answer in my heart.

WHAT IS TEODORO AND THE EVIL MACHINES?
It is an action shoot-em-up, shmup “or schump” type game but with a visual style, history and difficulty adapted for kids with these features:
EASY MODE: Any inexperienced player will be able to finish the game and learn all his mechanics well, allowing him to improve by removing frustration.
MULTIPLAYER COOPERATIVE GAME : Two players can share the same game at the same time, helping each other.
History
TEODORO’s home lived in peace, tranquility and harmony in a perfect balance using the magic and vital energy that emanated from that land.
But one day a door opened from which some very aggressive monsters emerged with horrendous machines that destroyed everything. They installed gadgets to take the vital energy of everything that lived to feed their machines of war and to go to other worlds to continue with their pillages.
TEODORO returned from his adventure and saw all that: “Help us Teodoro” said the sages, “You are the only one who can save the universe from these monsters”.
But TEODORO needs your help! Do you dare to try it?
