El Tango de la Muerte
El Tango de la Muerte:
It takes two to tango, isn’t what they say! What if someone wants to tango but has two left feet? The image in my mind is that a person would have his upper body leaning toward the right in order to compensate for his/her unfortunate tendency to deviate to their left side. Joking aside, what would you do if your childhood sweetheart was a great Tango dancer, and you discovered that you actually had not two, but three left feet? You’d probably ask someone to help you out, right? That is exactly what Luciano did. He asked his best friend Julio to teach him how to find the secret of his right foot. Otherwise, it would truly become El Tango de la Muerte!

A fresh and highly unique spin on the rhythm genre. You're basically trying to follow the pattern as it appears on the floor with various flourishes that you can hit for added effect. While this sounds simple, picking up on the rhythm can be tough and you'll feel exactly as awkward as someone dancing poorly would in real life, but when you finally get the beat down and hit that string of notes just right, it feels _amazing_
The theme and story are also very fun. I can honestly say I've never played a game about Argentenian ballroom dancing before. The storyline is like a soap opera gangster story and it's surprisingly well-written with some memorable characters and fun over-the-top melodrama.

## Road to Ballhalla
Road to Ballhalla is a cheeky, occasionally cruel but ultimately satisfying experience, that I would highly recommend to anyone with a taste for arcade-style platformers and puzzle games. I say this having completed 100% of the game's achievements.
Aesthetically, with regards to its delightfully colourful design and well-suited, unintrusive yet engaging soundtrack, I can't really fault Road to Ballhalla. The puzzles are all very much based upon rhythm and visual patterns, meaning that the audio-visual elements of the game are critically important, and I am pleased to report that they do themselves absolute justice.

Road to Ballhalla is a simple top-down arcade-style game. You control a ball, and your goal is to navigate your way through 20 levels, collecting little sparks (the game’s collectable) and avoiding dying as you go.
The game is very simple – there isn’t even a jump button. You can simply move in any direction, or speed up your rolling in a sort of dash move. The dash move makes it so you die instantly if you take damage, rather than simply… well, taking damage. This makes it risky to use at times, so it must be used judiciously.

## Synthesis Universe -Episode 00-
Definitely more than 15mn contrary to some reviews!
(More content was added after initial release)
Some users don't pay attention and miss most of the experience.
This is not fast food, this is not a game or a thing you have to try to speed run.
Why not taking some slow time in there, relax and enjoy the show?
Many interactions are hidden, delicate and add replay value, there is even a secret ending.
This is not for everyone:
If you are a gamer in a hurry: don't buy it.
If you are looking to be fully immersed surrounded by music and FXs, enjoy every polygons, music notes and pay attention to the cues and the cryptic story… then go for it.

A truly beautiful experience. The detail and the complexity of everything around you is so amazing, and the music makes it all come alive. Lots of genuine "wow" moments.
I can't wait for what's next in this universe.
Edit:
One tip for players is to look up in the "menu" area. I think you need to view the main story part first to unlock them, but there are three pentagonal flower shapes above you to the left and right that open up and take you to other scenes/modes. I had no idea until I read the store page that mentioned the added scenes. Anyway, I was very happy to discover this.

## Klang 2
Playing this game for 59 hours, I definitely can say I adore this game. Being the first person to review this game (probably), along with getting the first two PFC's on 60hz on two of the hardest songs in the game on fast mode (in beta release), the gameplay is insanely addicting and the music is a real banger.
The gameplay is incredibly simple with only swipes, taps, and holds, but has a fairly deep and challenging execution, especially on keyboard and mouse. Fast mode accentuates this even more, with tight timings and fast-approaching notes.

I have been waiting for this game to come out for five years, and did it meet my expectations?
holy fuck yes it did
Klang 1 held a very special place in my heart for mostly sentimental reasons, along with it feeling like a one of a kind experience. I have no idea how to properly express how that game makes me feel, but it was incredible. However, it lacks polish; a playthrough without encountering any bugs whatsoever is probably impossible.

## Bastion

_~Darren Korb, Setting Sail, Coming Home_
In my reviews I often talk about just how many developers treat their games like products. Well, technically, those _are_ the products, of course, but… you can't create anything really beautiful just by doing your job. If you'll do your job good enough, you may come up with a really good product, but that'll be just that. _A product_. While we all know that video games can be… something more than that. Much more. When **Miller** brothers started creating their **MYST**? It wasn't because they wanted to make a popular game. Heck, they weren't even gamers. They just had that certain vision and they really wanted to turn it into reality. To share it with the others. To let the others dive into it and experience it together. And it's not just words. You can clearly feel such things. From **Westwood Studious**' magical worlds of **The Legend of Kyrandia** and **Lands of Lore** to **Cyberdreams**'s **I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream**, based on **Harlan Ellison**'s short story. That certain artistic touch? That special something that makes a game more than just a game? As long as you treasure it as much as I do, I want to introduce you to one of my most favorite independent developers. Please, welcome – **Supergiant Games**.

Bastion 2012
When Bastion came out it was at the beginning of the Indie craze. People were first starting to realize that amazingly fun games could come from tiny studios with no budget. Well now in 2017 the term Indie game has all but lost its meaning both financially, and terms of team size. But at the time, a game with such deep combat, definitive flavor, and overall polish was a treat.
Bastion does a good job of grabbing you with the colorful paint-style world that appears beneath your feet as you move forward. Every action you do is narrated by a grandfatherly voice that explains the story and smaller moments. There was a time early in the game when I walked off the edge of the platforms and the narrator said “And that’s the end of the Kid’s story….I’m just kidding.” And I respawn and he says “The kid goes back for another round.” It was a charming break of the 3rd wall.

## Highly Likely
This is one of the most tedious, poorly crafted, boring, pointless games I've ever played.
The art is phenomenal. The developers' interactions with folks on the internet is disappointing. It's buggy and slow and repetitive.
There are no puzzles, there's barely a story, there is no skill involved, it's poorly translated, it's a little sexist, and the characters' motivations are all over the map. There's literally a segment in this game where you need to cross a river, so you hold the joystick to the left for over a minute while he slowly turns a crank. This happens multiple times. The most engaging moment of the whole thing is a long and laborious multi-part fetch quest.

Highly Likely is a short and light-hearted point-and-click game that is set in a rural Ukraine and follows a man named Mikola as he tries to get himself out of an enormous debt that he owes to the bank. He finds himself a new business opportunity, one that is risky and could land him in trouble with the law, but he knows that he’s got no other choice. This is the basic story premise that is very relatable and could happen to just about anyone.

## Pictures of Life
An amusing puzzle game that really made me think. You have to line up pictures in a way that makes sense and some of the sequences are pretty difficult.

**pictures of life** is basically a 1st-person picture-based trivia game. you're in a room, have to take pictures out of a closet, put them on the wall and figure out what connects them, then re-arrange them in the correct order. pressing the big button on the desk verifies your answer and if it's correct, you can move on to the next puzzle. you can guess as many times as you want, except in the annoying final chapter, which drops you back in the menu after every incorrect one.

## The Flood
Expected a 5 minute journey on a motor boat through a flooded river landscape, flowing downway to arrive to a wise conclussion (or an open lake or whatever).
Got a 3 minute journey on a rowing boat, down a dry, still "river" that gets you literally nowhere
! a wall, meanwhile reading pure nonsense.
There is no "flow" feeling at all. You literally have to move the boat forward all the way or it remains still. The "flood" is nowhere to be seen; it feels more like pushing a cart around the poodles of an abandoned construction site.
*– [Real player with 0.3 hrs in game](http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198002862359)*
For what it wants to be, a peaceful, short and linear narrative experience, The Flood delivers on that promise more with its ambiance and less with its actual story. The gameplay is slow and cautious, the background story is only vaguely told by the placid scenery and the textual narrative is more of an accumulation of superficial quotes that only just connect to the rest of the game. It's instantaneously cheesy but still quite enjoyable as long as the messages and implications are not taken at face value.

I prefer casual games, so when I saw the screenshot of ‘Kooring Wonderland VR’ I thought it would suit my taste and downloaded it. I liked the protagonist character, but the rabbit-like guys who appeared as monsters were so cute that I had a lot of fun while playing the game. The games surprisingly had a good hit satisfaction, and the overall operation was intuitive, so there is no burden in enjoying the games with children. There is a lot of possibility for a sequel, so if it becomes a series, I think I will be able to enjoy the games again.
