So far there are not enough players in the game. If you play with your friends, it is quite good and even fun. The game has not been finalized yet. I hope in the future it will become a full-fledged game. I put a good rating because now the game is in early access and she’s not bad.

- This game is NOT subscription-based! Think of it more like The Walking Dead series, where you pay for a season whenever it comes out. You can play any seasons you own indefinitely.* This game WILL take over your life. Like the slogan in the old ARG Majestic from EA: “It plays YOU” Will clarify later.* The game on Steam is only 25% of the actual game. It takes place in real-life, on websites created specifically for the game, and on social media.

EDIT: Since I posted this review, I have been hired by Alice & Smith as PR/Community Manager. Therefore, I will no longer update this review as long as I hold that position.

Content:
While the amount of content seems limited, it is worth making a huge note that the Content of any ARG is not found primarily in what you are presented with - in this case, what you see when you start the EXE file - it is the secrets you can find based on that initial presentation.

Artemishea
Despite the mixed reviews I went against what they said and bought it anyway, and if I’m being honest, I really like the game.
I see a lot of great potential and promise unlike some other games that just money grabbed and left. These developers have actual talent and the know-how to make a fantastic game, and so far (with the exception of bugs and lack of game play at the moment), it seems to be working great and progressing really well.
I would recommend this game to those that like a more chill and progressive type of game play and don’t mind the player base (which is currently very low). The models are fantastic however the lack of sound from them is quite annoying as only the elk and tiger produce a form of a call (from what I know), and the elk call is extremely loud and overbearing and the starter animals that you wish to play as have no attack animation making you completely defenseless against others that wish to attack you. However on the bright side you are small and almost quick enough to get away (despite the raccoon, its pretty slow, but the rabbit has such a little hitbox that its very hard to eat unless you are a smaller creature such as a fox).

So lets start with the cons,
the game is obviously a bit buggy but i appreciate that the devs acknowledge that at the start of the menu instead of trying to pass it off as a complete game. And there is really no single player content whatsoever, and 1 other person playing on any of the servers. Obviously, if this were a fully released game these would be deal breakers, but its still early access and they’re still adding updates. On top of that, the map is big and beautiful, and animal graphics are stunning and the phsysics are super realistic which i love. So for those reasons and the hope that they will add more content to this game, Im not gonna refund it.

Loco Parentis / 孤女咒怨
This game is hot garbage. Very broken and buggy. Tried this with a friend and when we got to one of the many game breaking bugs, we asked the developer. They stated that we were just doing it wrong and Loco Parentis might not be our kind of game…
At least it was fun to make up our own game while playing by throwing bottles at everything we could.

Although I was confused with my friend 70% of the time, we still thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The enemy types that get introduced only get scarier and we had an amazing time coordinating, and eventually we even managed to get the hang of what the story was trying to tell us, we think. We didn’t find any clear bugs but only bugs that could be explained away by just spookiness. Worth the price and a great indie experience.

Town of Salem
Wasted too much time on this game. Overtime the Meta has changed and now every game has town members that mass-protect the day 1 revealed Jailor. They’ve removed Neutral Killing from the ranked game mode so town has an even better edge. Too unbalanced for my liking and evils leave far too often. So often that it ruins the game mode. I don’t blame the leavers because playing as an evil these days is a joke.

This game has gone downhill so fast. That’s what happens when you break a multiplayer game in half with paid DLC. Then have a data breach and lose the personal information of all your users. I gave it another try recently and now I’m suspended for “gamethrowing” as a serial killer. A character that is on his own team. Amazing work. This game is dead, expect a 10 minute wait to find a regular game and ranked to never happen.

TERA - Action MMORPG
After playing this game for roughly 4-5 years I can honestly say it’s my go to MMO. My main is a reaper which I like the rotations and skills used, it’s a class I find more unique then most other games online. At 1st I had a lot grps complaining about my dmg and my rotations and I actually thought I was playing my class properly. Truthfully though, I did some research, looked up the skills and rotations and found out that other players were correct and I was actually a terrible reaper.
But after sometime, research and putting skills in the correct area of the tool bar, I got better, much better. The game itself in all the years it’s been around has improved in some areas, considering how it used to be when I 1st started to now, you can see the developers put sometime into it and made things for the better in TERA.

It’s going to be F2P next week, so there is actually no reason not to play it. It is, after all, the MMORPG with the best Combatsystem (and the most beautiful as well… especially the Castanics. If you know what I mean. ;) ).
It’s more like a Hack n Slash with one of the Melee Classes. lol.
I can only recommend checking it out if you are into MMORPGs.
/edit 06.02.2017
This recommendation is from January 2013, so take it with a grain of salt. I don’t know how it is now, what gameforge changed and if it’s good for those who play it without spending a dime.

PYTHIAN
I wish I could write something positive and I really would like to support this app, but to do so I must be honest.
I joined the event short before it started. I saw some people on the plaza walking around and throwing fireballs. When it started and I entered the boat (first stage) I was all alone. It was looking like there were many people, but they were all just bots. (They had no names, were not reacting to anything…)
I restarted the program many times, read about these problems in the Stream discusssion forum, where others reported the same problem - nothing helped. I really wasn’t in the mood to try enjoying the event all alone and just wanted to fix that problem. At 20:55 I finally gave up.

Pythian offers a much needed escape in these event deprived times. The throwback events are what you would expect from a showcase of a recorded festival. They are more of a VR cinema than convey the feeling being there.
Then there are the (at the time of this review one) special live Events.
Those are specially designed as a VR festival event expierience and are nicely crafted with different maps for each dj set. Each set has something to discover and has nice light design like you would expect in a realworld event.
