@Review:
In the House of Silence is a simple yet challenging Rogue-Like, with hours of content, featuring a tormenting plot of the House of Silence, the most dangerous location in The Night Land. An effort to find its dark secrets.
However, In the House of Silence, its silence feels more lonely. It is the only known video game to be inspired by Hodgson’s famed story. Hopefully, over time, we’ll see more, just like In the House of Silence.

Moxina
This was a good game. It was pretty short only around 30 or so minutes to complete so that is a downside for the price of $5 but not a deal breaker. It gave me some decent scares and was pretty creepy. The story also kept me engaged enough to play through it entirely. It definitely wasn’t super polished but overall I would still recommend. If you want to see some game play you can watch my video below.

Typical Steam horror shovelware, sadly. I was interested in the hazy atmosphere and very beautiful palette. I tried to excuse the copy/paste enemies teleporting in front of my face as their only method of attack, but then during my only two attempts it broke halfway through each time. When trying to cross a large bridge it would fade into white and then become only interactable with via alt f4. There’s potential for the ideas here, this just doesn’t scratch it.

The game has a very cute design and theme to it. While my initial recommendation remains unchanged, I would like to see some more polish. I am happy and thankful the dev was so quick to respond to a review for their game and look forward to seeing what future changes brings for this game.
I will likely wait for quite a bit more to be added before I give it another shot.
–- Response to Dev
Being a developer my self I of course mean no harm in my criticism. And that is the point of the review process, if the items above were addressed I’d be happy to remove them from my critique. Tho I no longer have the game to test my self, I’ll likely wait until some more updates come out before I give it another shot and update my review with anything I find at that time.

Phantom 3D
Phantom 3D is a spiritual successor to early maze based 3D games of the 80’s such as 3D Monster Maze or Maze War. Like those games it has a pretty simple gameplay loop in which you must collect treasure and find a key and exit to get out of the maze, however there is a timer counting down that once it reaches the end a phantom will enter the map and head directly for the the player. You can get scrolls that will increase your time limit and can be used to push the phantom away once he spawns on map. If the phantom catches the player he takes your soul and you get a game over.

For a game that’s a couple of bucks. This is not too bad. Sure, the level editor is very limited and you can complete the campaign in under a hour or less. You can easily dodge The Phantom if you just go around him when he gets close. This is like the only horror game where you can customize your surroundings. In other games, the developers just either make you have to code your own or they aren’t targeting horror audiences. So, since this is the only game like that out there, It’s definitely something to buy if you can’t code or are looking for a time killer with just barely any replayability, which stinks but I guess no game can last forever

Escape from DuFo
Good short game. It only took about 10 minutes to complete but I enjoyed it quite a bit and wished it was a full game. It looked good and ran great plus the puzzles were pretty decent. Overall for less than a $1 on sale I would recommend checking it out. If you want to see some game play you can check out my play through below.

Rosemary’s Fate Life Worth Living
I have been asked to play and review this game. I have to say I really enjoyed Rosemary’s fate. It is an audio-based game that has practically no visuals/graphics.
You really have to listen to what sounds you need to follow to reach your goal. You have to use your spatial awareness to sense where and what direction you need to go. I used headphones and I would recommend if you were to play this.
Like most games I did find Rosemary’s Fate quite challenging as it can be frustrating when you feel you have tried every avenue however when you finally find it there is a sense of accomplishment.

I bought out of curiosity how to play audio games. Surprised.
First, the atmosphere of the game. I did not expect that you can achieve so much with sounds. I even
forgive the creators for the voice actors. They could be better, but the other sounds and music are
really good.
Second, the story. At the beginning, mysterious voices, teleport and the like. But then the story gets
less and less obvious. I can already see several possible endings to this adventure. But I’m not sure
about any of them. And for that a big plus for the creators.

Eclipse
I like of diabloid games, I have played D2, D3 for a lot of hours and more than 12k hours in Path of Exile, what can I say. The game is very interesting, It is interesting to kill mobs, and this is the most important thing in such games. Good optimization, nice graphics (no ripped-out pixels). Although early access is still damp, but very suitable, I will follow the development of the project

Go through gloomy dungeons full of loot, monsters and traps. Locations are easy to walk through, although sometimes more intricate corridors come across. There is a lot of loot from monsters, so there will be no problems with what to wear).
positive sign:
-
Nice graphics in places.
-
Good music and soundtrack.
-
Quite a lot of types of equipment.
-
Nice, rather confusing locations. It’s interesting to explore.
-
Evil monsters with rapidly growing power. Fortunately, the quality of the equipment also grows adequately.

Dungeon Of Doom Puzzle
Half way there with the game. Love the ambiance and the way difficulty increases. Good balance of frustration and feeling of success when solving the room.

Super fun and extremely addictive puzzle game with good audio and spot on graphics.
Level design starts from introducing the player to the game mechanincs and progressively build up the difficulty as the player gets further into the game. Perfect!
