Read about this on r/languagelearninng on reddit, really enjoying it so far :) Love the ability to upload your own vocab lists. The music is great, although I’d like to see the option to use your own at some point in the future. I teach English and this is something I think a lot of my students would enjoy instead of using regular flashcard apps. Great idea!

Alphabeats: Master Edition is a combination of a spelling / rhythm (music) game. As you launch the game, you will be presented with a comprehensive menu. In the middle of the screen you will be able to select from over 20 tracks to play – or you can upload your own favourite tracks. Also, you will have an option at the top “How to Play” (which is a good tutorial), an online leader board and the words you manage to spell correctly (the longest too).

Alphabeats is a combined word and rhythm game that was originally released as free game with pay-to-play levels on mobile platforms but was well reworked for PC, there is practically no trace of being a mobile game in the past.
You control a pointer that can horizontally move and collect letters from the board to form a word; those letters appear concurrently with the song rhythm. You have to make the best words you can, leading you to aim for the highest score (leaderboards are synchronised online). That might sound pretty easy but beware, as the song's speed gets higher and as you aim for longer words, you'll also have to keep in mind that you have to dodge the letters you don't want to use in a word which you plan to put together.

It's a nice game.
When you are tired of playing the maisntream games, having spare time to kill but not too much of it or simply want to relax, this game is a pretty nice option to sink time into. The game presents you several portrait puzzles with a very high quality to re arrange. It has 3 difficulties: bronze, silver and gold, being gold the hardest with 24 pieces per puzzle. The music of the game is not to my liking but it's not anoying either AND the game has the feature to put your own music into the game, whoch is a pretty nice option if you ask me.

## Relaxicon
At some point, when you're far along in terms of earned points and don't want the particular run to end, it becomes less Relaxicon and a bit more Concentraticon and even Tensicon. Mainly, though, it is a simple, fairly easy and relaxing way to pass the time and work your brain and language skills. I really like the very detailed dictionary-based explanation of each applied word. It's especially good for those learning the language - or just wanting to broaden their vocabulary.

**Pros**
* Minimalist word game with great "feel" and responsiveness. Elements pop, float, and drift with natural animations.
* Gameplay is straightforward and self-explanatory. Like Scrabble or Boggle, it maintains its longevity through simplicity. Longer words score higher. Varied words prevent hitting the "same letter limit."
**Cons**
* Dictionary is inconsistent. Sometimes word forms like past-participles, adverbs, and gerunds are allowed. Other times they are not. It all depends on whether the specific word is arbitrarily in the accepted word list or not. This becomes a problem when you're at risk of a letter-limit game-over or fail a "minimum word length" challenge because you can't add a -ing, -ous, or -tten suffix.
