Bolt Riley, A Reggae Adventure
It would be in my best interest to give a glowing review since I want to see this game completed but I need to be honest about the progress made so far. I do realise this game is considered Early Access and I know the budget for this game is pretty small, and you should keep that in mind too (if you end up reading the in-depth review linked below), but ultimately, is it something I would recommend to my friends or the gaming public in its current state? Considering the artwork still needs some touching up, bugs were encountered way too frequently, the UI needs fixing and the first chapter is way too short, probably not. I’m hoping that Adventure Mob will eventually prove me wrong though, as I really want this game to succeed.

Bolt Riley is a well-intentioned but uniformly misguided proof of concept.
Presumably the developers naively underestimated the effort required to achieve the level of quality best suited to their vision. Instead, they opted to release an embarrassingly short and painfully butchered appetizer.
One should be easily inclined to forgive unrefined details in Early Access but no update in over a year severely burdens the game’s credibility.

If you’re looking for good rhythm games on steam, your options are pretty limited and this is a great addition to the current library of them.
This review is from the perspective of a Beatmania IIDX 10th Dan and experienced Pump It Up player (s24/d24), who also plays other rhythm games (SDVX/Taiko/Miku/Ouendan1&2/Rhythm Heaven/Groove Coaster, etc), so hopefully that will help somebody give it more perspective, if you don’t know what any of the things I wrote above means then don’t even worry, I’ll explain more below.

Pride Run
Pride run is an unapologetically gay, bright, and fun rhythm game with bangin' music! I don’t play a lot of rhythm based games, I can probably count just on one hand how many I’ve played, but I really liked this, and the mode with the RTS elements really makes it stand out from other games of the genre.
As it says in the description, the game has two modes; Vanilla Mode and Play Hard Mode. Double entendre aside, Vanilla Mode is the standard rhythm-based part of the game. You lead a Pride parade through different levels based on real cities from around the world, smashing the arrow keys in time with the music. The bigger the combo you string together and the more accurate you are with pressing the keys or controller buttons, the more people will join the parade.

Pride Run, saw this game had a free weekend so I decided to try it. Overall there is a decent rhythm game here, couple that with the good art and the gameplay itself and you have an overall fairly queer experience. I would recommend the game to anyone interested in it, maybe not for the full twenty dollar price tag but I can say at least that the games not bad.

After about 3 hours of game play. It’s safe to say that I am having a great time here. A combination of rhythm-based combat, puzzles and let’s not forget Boobs!
The game keeps you on your toes with rock metal, techno and retro music to fight to the beat, all to save cute Waifu’s!
Here, you get to be the Hero, save the day, and get the Waifu’s! and I mean All of them!

My Furry Neighbour 🐾
I was a little disappointed that the only input you have in the story is your name input and a single decision that should seem fairly obvious to make. Like there’s no reason to self insert with a custom name, the player character is only written to be his own character with no change to be made externally at all.
But then again, the art is beautiful, the story is completely sweet and I honestly wouldn’t mind seeing more of this couple. Just next time I won’t use my nickname if there’s no choices to make.

first of all i just want to thank the creator of this game its such a masterpiece i have not finished it yet i hope it never ends it is a truly amazing story and so relatable there is nothing more awesome then falling for someone that just them talking to you drives you mad catches you off guard and with the powerful emotions you cant hide it is such a pleasure on the senses thank you for sharing this with the people its changing my life and i cant wait to see your next gem that gets presented keep up the amazing work my friend

My Furry Dictator 🐾
Overall, this game was a 7/10. The art and amount of variety in both characters and scenery was greater than in My Furry Neighbor, and I appreciate that. However, this game was severely limited by it’s story, which was quite frankly terrible. It focused too heavily on the structure of Corissa’s Government, and what the main cast would be eating that day. also, it still lacked meaningful choices on the users end. I had hoped that you would be able to choose to stay in Corissa, or return to the US, or pick between the two girls. But, this game wasn’t necessarily bad, I would just recommend My Furry Neighbor over it. I mean, this game did still have tits in it.
