Kessler Effect
It’s a Sci-Fi TV show in VR. On sale it’s worth it. Not on sale, it’s ok. It has good visuals, but everything else is cheesy including the script, but you won’t care.

TLDR; While the game has GREAT voice acting, and looks great, the nonsynched facial recognition they boost about, the rushed storyline, the somewhat weird writing, very short, a couple of nausea inducing parts (like really bad, and i have strong vrlegs) and pretty bad performance (50fps with a 1080) makes it hard to recommend.
This is a Mostly a Cinematic experience, with 3 endings, all branches and endings can be seen in ~30min. (you can choose a new branch after finishing the game so you dont need to go through everything again).

CINEVEO - VR Cinema
8/10
DK2 w/ runtime 0.7 , GTX 980 [Only have access to 4D Movie Theater 3.0 Beta]
PROS:
Theatre is well made (graphically pleasing) + ambient lighting that is linked to the image on screen is great
No Need to use keyboard and mouse everything can be navigated with gaze detection
Smooth Experience no judder at all
Subtitle Support
CONS:
0.7 runtime is very limited at the moment still waiting for update (cannot choose other theaters except main beta version)
There was one tvshow that started with low frame rate only on the screen not the theatre and took about 10 minutes to become smooth again

I really do not understand the negative reviews around. If you don’t know how to instal a codec well…the problem is yours. There are also instrucions on the website and in the manual.
However, I reccommend new users to wait for an update before buying this software (read the whole review).
In my opinion, “CINEVEO - VR Cinema” offers the BEST VR CINEMA EXPERIENCE so far, and especially for the 3D movies. It features a fully functional multiplayer movie theater in virtual reality, and you can even choose your seat!

Fast Action Hero
HOLY CRAP BUY THIS GAME!!!!!
PROS: great graphics
90s style virtual cop/lethal enforcer gameplay
satisfying kills
Great 3d bullets like slow mode max payne bullet time wizzing past yo face
easily worth 25+ on full release
CONS: Glitchy controls at times when switching weapons or moving to new cover
Hit detection may be off at times or bullets didn’t shoot where you aimed.
Movement feels better now
I have been complaining for months on why hasn’t anyone made an old school 90s shooter like arcade in VR yet, it seems like the most obvious platform to engage one in such a game. I mean those arcades would have actual guns to reload n stuff, they were trying to immerse you and we all crowded around them and still play them like that at newer arcades. So VR is like 10x better for that same feeling of kicking ass. Devs please add more destructive environments like with those awesome cars in motel level.maybe more animations even thou they are good like crawling to death or limping at you and still firing ya know the classic 90s deaths from old school shooter arcades. Some voices like “get that son of a bitch” or “Don;t let him escape!” cliche stuff like that never gets old in these awesome arcade shooters. Great Job and thanks for this treat.

These game have the potential to become a good title.
Probably these game is ispired by old action movies (like rambo, commando) of the age 80/90, cool concept!
dodge the bullets and destroy the ambient is so cool!
But I have some doubts about the locomotion system, you have only the posibility to move onto predefinite points into the level… I wont the possibility to move everywhere I wont… I feel these need mostly in the second map (hotel)
Now in the game we have only 3 weapons: a pistol, a submachine gun and the ak47, for these last one, is interesting how you can use two hands to control that (one hand for the trigger and the other hand to grip and aim a target).

Bigscreen Beta
This has been the app I have used the most since I bought an oculus quest. I don’t really like the price of the movies that they offer to watch. You end up paying $4.99 to watch a virtual movie that is in 3d. I can’t get into this 3d movie stuff, makes my eyes feel crossed. What I really really enjoyed about Big Screen is the fact I can use their remote desktop and play movies from my giant collection at home. I have been hosting 80’s/90’s movies for people to join and watch since the COVID-19 pandemic started, and have been watching 3-5 movies per week. Sometimes people pop in for a moment to see what is going on and others will stay through most of the movie. People for the most part have been quiet and respectful in the movies. For the ones that come in trolling, there is an option to kick them from the room. After this they can’t rejoin. This is oddly enough a great opportunity to talk to people from around the world using the internet. You can go to the lobby that is set up like a real theater with a snack bar popping popcorn and all the movie theaters to select which movies you want to watch. Here is where several people will congregate and socialize. They just need to add a friends list. I have met some really cool people on here. When you host a theater, they give you several different options on how the theaters look. This ranges from a simple small home theater to a retro style theater. There is even a space station theater where stuff you throw will float because of less gravity. By the way you can throw objects like tomatoes, drinks, and popcorn at stuff. Not bad at all for a free app

I’ve used this app virtually every day, It has become my go-to app for all things movie and video related. I’ve recommended it to friends who have vr headsets, and visitors have seen my personal home theator with the help of this app.
For me what sets this aside from many other apps is the fact that I can lay in bed and watch movies, every other app seems to limit the view for a sitting position…. This sucks for long sessions. The other feature I enjoy is the single handed use. Many others try to force you to use both hands to get around. Let me ask and devs who might be reading this: How many tv’s, dvd players have you purchased that came with 2 remotes each? Perhaps 1 for play, pause, and a second remote for the arrows. With that logic, you’d have 4 remotes for your two devices. On that subject; how many people have you heard say “i wish my tv forced me to use several devices before I could watch netflix on it”?

Rainy Season
This Game is Truly something, as someone who really Loves Japan and Anime and just the general Culture of the Country and recently have found out how beautiful it looks in the Rain i was quick to buy this and for only 2 Pounds it is a Must try in my opinion, you can pick how long the day lasts ranging from 20 mins to 1 Hour and there is different Day Dreams you can expierence. This Game is also amazing for wallpapers or Photos as it has amazing scenery, even in the small Map. I really Reccomend you give this a Try if you like Anime or Just Japan in General and it is really Cheap. There are a few Bugs here and there and i do think that the Avatar can be a bit glitchey Sometimes and it keeps opening Steam VR so i am not sure if there is a VR version which i am going to Try now as of the Time of this Review but Overall i really do reccomend this Game.

For 4 dollars I can’t really argue. It’s got a nice atmosphere, art, and music while you get to explore around a Japanese house during the rain. Not too much else to say than that. It’s cute, but it’s only about an hour long of an experience. The game does have a lot of detail in that one house, with various events, lots of objects to pick up and doors/drawers to open.
It does have issues, though. There’s a general sense of jank here. Items can often refuse to want to be picked up or moved around, if you look downward you can see the weirdness of your player model, crouching/sitting is especially jank looking, the text sometimes scrolls twice despite you only pressing the button once, the cutscenes are a bit unpolished in places, etc. That said, I did spend a good bit of time attempting to get out of bounds just to explore, which I was successful in doing. That part was definitely fun and made me appreciate the game’s development.

The Alchemist’s House
This was one of those rare horror games I actually enjoyed. The artwork is gorgeous, something I don’t usually get to say in a horror title, but it takes it’s own visual style and runs with it. I don’t want to give too much away, but you are taken in by a creepy stranger. The choices you make matter, and make the wrong one, well…
I don’t know if it was timing and the game updated, by my first couple of plays the blue light did not speak. Overall, a fun horror title and it’s clear a lot of love went into it. Thanks for making such an awesome game, and for free to boot!

Well, this amateur dev certainly did the right thing by releasing her “game”/demo for free. And y’know, as such things go, it really ain’t so bad, so I’ll quickly get some of the quibbles out of the way…
The footstep sound effects: insanely unatmospheric. The character animation: ugly as sin. The voice acting: subtle as a sledgehammer on a baby’s skull. And the writing, well…I’ll be kind and not mention that at all.
Oh yeah, and for some strange reason you seem to be about three feet tall. (I don’t think I was meant to be a child. Was I meant to be a child?)

The Fog
Before you read: Keep in mind I’m still playing, and I’ve only played about 25 minutes so far, and died once.
So, I think my experience with this game is… odd, so far.
You’re dropped into nowhere, with very little explanation of what’s going on. You have no tutorial, no helpboxes short of just the occasional “E to interact” “Space to pick up”, etc. You’re not actually taught how to use the items, you need to kinda figure it out.
The graphics are a bit weird, they kinda remind me of DayZ’s early days and I think it’s a little bit rough. The lighting is very peculiar, and the flashlight doesn’t really help all that much - especially after you’ve taken damage.

Need for Speed™
Atmosphere and style of play, referring to the once successful pair of NFS Underground titles. When racing under the cover of darkness, a carefree arcade and a love of tuning in the realm of dense guys appear.
It’s a pity that under the cover of night racing, the Ghost Games have failed to turn the virtual city of Ventura Bay into a truly vibrant metropolis. It is more like a ghost town, because its inhabitants are only police officers and young road pirates, who supply you with tasks and rewards for their successful performance.

One of the most immersive street racers out there. I’d say it’s aged quite well.
Though there’s good reason why fans of the franchise are divided on this game, some hating it with a fervor while others laud it as one of the best.
I’ll list the Good, the Bad, and the Debatable in the review below.
Let’s start on a positive note.
===================================
The Atmosphere
Despite the nigh-photorealistic quality, it runs surprisingly well on my GTX 1050 Ti and Intel i5-8400 on max settings.
! (Though I have a mod that disables some unnecessary post-processing features which certainly improves performance) The way all the lighting, effects, animations and sounds are done though, that’s what makes NFS 2016 truly magnificent.
