Biker Garage: Mechanic Simulator
all in all currently played 2 hours, had a bunch of fun.
I’m hoping for some lag fixes and keybind editing possibilities
Edit : since this comment , a bunch of stuff has been fixed : keyboard layout is now something you can change inthe settings, the lag has been fixed, loading times have been optimized, camera controls have been fixed (for working on the bikes, paint booth still is wonky)
disregard those in the cons !

Update: Feb 2021
Since the developers did a major revamp including a gazillion customised parts and colours I find playing the game tedious. No longer am I able to simply take parts off and on, paint them or build my own bike I find it extremely annoying having to memorise part numbers and colours. When I use to blaze through a repair now its a head beating against the wall experience that has ruined the fun for me. I did have fun with it initially but now I rarely play it.
I really enjoyed this game especially since I got rid of my own bike last year. This game is setup very similarly to other mechanic simulator games like CMS. Problematic parts are shown in red when it diagnostic mode and show as rusty in the regular view. Camera angles are pretty good. There are a few instances where you’ll select a part to re-assemble and the camera thrusts your viewpoint forward, past the area you are working in requiring a slight zoom-out or downward pan.

RiMS Racing
This game makes Ride4 look like Roblox without the fun.
I’ve only played through the different bikes on a trackday type session, and I’m already astonished. The sensation of being on a real, overwhelmingly fast machine is second to none. Not even the best car simulation matches the sensation of speed of Rims.
First of all, I assume that the people reading this review will want a serious simulation, and will be playing in one of the ‘cockpit’ cam modes. Its not an arcade racer, be warned.
Why is it so good? Well, for a start the bikes have a heft to them that makes them feel like real, weighty machines, not the lightweight nonsense of Ride4. The steering feels grippy and correct, but is genuinely terrifying when you drop it to a steep angle on a sharp turn. It was actually shocking when I pushed it over hard on a chicane - the change of your weight from side to side felt real to me, so much so that I was disorientated for a moment. No other bike game has achieved that sense of immersion. You can really get in the flow.

RiMS Racing is a game unlike any other motorcycle title we have been given in past few years. It has features that make it unique. Thats why it is hard to compare it to Milestone games, GP Bikes or TDR. One of the main focus was set to attention to bike details and mechanics, with possibility to manually mount and dismount parts, allowing to upgrade and customise your ride. Additionaly each part can be damaged or used up, what requires to buy new stuff and replace the old ones to keep the motorbike in top condition.

Ducati World Championship
Once in awhile comes an artist with a vision so distinct that it has the power to crystallise the voice of an entire generation. Artematica, creator of Ducati World Championship, is such an artist.
Ducati World Championship is a game that innovates the racing game genre. The gameplay is simple to comprehend yet truly shows and rewards mastery of the gameplay mechanics, with crisp and fluid controls to boot. The graphics, while seemingly outdated, provide a powerful and immersive asesthetic that makes the player feel as if they are actually in the game. The scenery is breathtaking in its simplistic beauty with vivid and evocative colours. The soundtrack is incredible with unique and ground-breaking orchestral pieces that truly inspire passion and wonder. The story is a gem not seen in videogames, period. The story maintains a realistic nature while exploring thought-provoking questions that have plagued society for ages, possibly since the dawn of man. The characters are relatable with interesting idiosyncrasies that truly make them seem real and relatable. Character development and depth is common theme throughout the story.

This game is not nearly as bad as everyone says. The handling takes some getting used to, the commentary is best when it’s turned off and the game is best played with a 360-pad along with the knowledge that the P-key brings up the in-game menu which you can use to exit or restart races.
The game has several modes, including a career mode, championship and a challenge mode. The championship is a pre-determined series of increasingly difficult races, the challenge mode tasks you with performing various timed trials such as wheelies. The most interesting mode however is the career mode, which has you competing in a variety of race types while working your way through several license classes.

This is what Road Rash should’ve been on the Sega CD instead of that lame Genesis port with CD music. In the context of it’s time, this would’ve been mind blowing to see/play back in the day with the realistic FMV road streaming ahead of you. If the low resolution graphics don’t bother you, it’s actually still very playable today, albeit a little shallow and easy. I don’t know if I would recommend this to everyone as it’s definitely a product of its time and it won’t hold up against Milestone’s Ride if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you are into innovative titles from the short lived FMV period this is one of the better ones IMO.

World Enduro Rally
Pretty fun enduro game. It’s not easy to find games dedicated to enduro, so finding this is quite refreshing.
I haven’t played for too long yet, but the bikes are very realistic. They are real models (ktm , Husqvarna, Yamaha, Suzuki…) each one with their own characteristics. I find the weight, traction, engine, etc behavior quite realistic. The 2t/4t sound is very good (although it seems to be the same for several bikes). I kind of like that…
With regards to controls, you can play with the keyboard or with a gamepad, but a gamepad is so much better (bike control is good with the analog triggers).

First off, the “thumbs down” isn’t really what I want to use (add some form of ambivalent reaction Valve, things aren’t black or white…) on a scale of 0-10 I’d give it a 4. (this is an actual scale, not the idiocy that the gaming press uses that makes a 7 be something bad…)
I don’t see who this is for or why it was made into what it is…
Looking at it you instantly see it’s heavily inspired by RedLynx’s Trials series - so inspired that you die at the end of the track, well, you always die the same way and only if you’re going fast enough…

DUCATI - 90th Anniversary
Not really sure what to say about this game. For a 2016 game, I personally believe this is a bad game. I need you to remember that this game is labeled as an official video game of the DUCATI motorbike company and therefore it represents the company itself in the video game industry. Right, here we go:
Career-wise, this game resembles the GRID series. You have event-races and the more gold medals you win, the more you progress in the story and unlock content. I liked the fact that they split the bikes into different decades. But it gets really repetitive after a while.

I have to admit that I’m having fun with this game so far. I also agree that in some ways, this should be a DLC for Ride 2 or Ride 3.
Two primary reasons I bought this. I’m a fan of Ducati bikes (I watch lots of MotoGP, Superbike, etc.) and then there was the gem of all gems. The Ducati 750 Paso.
Bikes look good, seem to ride pretty well and in general graphics are probably from MotoGP ‘15 and Ride 1 time period. I have MotoGP ‘15 and that’s what this game reminds me of in terms of how the graphics look, physics, AI and general overall feel. I don’t have Ride 1 to make that comparison.

Qbike: Crypto Motorcycles
This game is very, very enjoyable, one bug i found was powerups not recharging for 1 match. I purchased this game, played for a good 30 minutes with my friend. and really enjoyed it. The menu was a small bit confusing. yet simple, I feel it has great taste. The tron feel. only first person which adds a cherry on top. now at first i didnt like first person. because all trons ive played were third. i now prefer it to be honest.
Over all. i highly suggest buying this. ONLY! if u have a friend to play it with. like i did

RIDE 4
SHAME ON YOU AGAIN!
100% Achivements only if you also buy the DLCs….This is madnes. I am so dissapointed.
You really can go suck a **** milestone. Why charge the full price if I have to take double the money to COMPLETE the game? How retarded is this?
This, and only this, is the reason for this.
You suck.

Ai players, unrewarding physics, poorly thought out events and double price DLC on steam make this a hard pass.

Road Redemption
Road Redemption is an amazing Rogue Lite Combat Racing game where you can use weapons to take out your enemies, survive the crazy tracks and reach the end alone or locally with up to 4 players.
The game is a spiritual successor to the Road Rash series, It improved on the formula by making it a Rogue Lite, Adding guns and random generated objectives. The whole game is not so much focussed on racing, Some objectives require you to finish at least 3rd, or finish before the timer is run out, But many rounds require you to take out a number of people or just survive.
– Real player with 111.7 hrs in game
Before anything, I’d like to point out something about that game, while Road Redemption clearly doesn’t hide their influence with the famous first racing game to implement battle features A.K.A. Road Rash (they even use it as a marketing argument), and I also would like to remind you that Road Redemption is yet a different game.
A lot of people here buy this game expecting a consistent HD remake of their favourite Road Rash game from the series, and get disappointed when they end up with a different game. Because Road Redemption is different.

Bike Baron 2
Bike Baron 2 is a brand new motorbike racer that has been in development for the last 18 months, and it has reached a state where we would like to invite you to try the game out before anyone else, and provide your thoughts on the gameplay.
We are only accepting a handful of people at first to be able to keep the conversations about the game direct and personal on the Steam forums. You should have a computer with an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card from the last 5 years, and run Windows 10. We don’t want to focus on compatibility issues very much just yet, so anyone with an integrated GPU, such as Intel HD, will have to wait until a little closer to release.
