Caapora Adventure - Ojibe’s Revenge
It nice to see the Brazilian culture represented by a game. I love the puzzles and the unique 3D cartoon style! If you like Zelda-like games you will love this one! Highly Recommended!

Really good adventure game about brazilian folklore, a theme not that much explored. The basic mechanics reminds me old Zelda titles! Exploring previous areas with new abilities and finding all feathers and others collectibles is fun! Recomended!

Crystal Project
Explore the world, find Crystals, and fulfill the prophecy to bring balance to the land of Sequoia.
…Or maybe you’d rather spend your time collecting neat equipment and artifacts? Or tame strange creatures and fill out all the entries in your archive? Or perhaps you’d rather hunt down every monster and conquer the world’s toughest bosses. Or maybe you’d rather travel to the farthest reaches of the land and uncover the world’s greatest mysteries.
The choice is yours, as it should be! Or is it? They say that those who stray out of line will be punished, killed, or worse. Maybe it’s for your own good that you stick to collecting Crystals, just like everyone else. But where would the adventure be in that?

Game Master Plus
Story
The first half of the game doesn’t have much plot beyond clearing game boards because of the protagonist’s curiosity, though there is some lore about the previous heroine. The second half has more lore and more stakes, as well as several plot bombshells. While I did like the story of the second half, I can see the lack of real conflict in the first half turning new players off before they can get to the better half.
Gameplay
The first few parts of the game make it hard to gather any resources. Enemies don’t drop money and they aren’t guaranteed to drop sellable items, meaning the player is stuck in a resource drought situation if they try to do traditional grinding. This can be intimidating because in the beginning, the only way to fully recover the robot is to pay 10 cents, which means inefficient gameplay can result in waste of limited money. The resource situation does get better in the later parts of the game, since the player can find free healing/save statues and an accessory that increases the drop rate.

An easy but very nice RPG game. Its style really attracts me, and maybe anyone who loves ‘nostalgia’.
And if you love collecting things, or riddling, this game can be unexpectedly a little hard for you.
BTW bugs are seen too often, and the scene called ‘Sesame Hideout’ even disappears! Hope it can be fixed sooner.

Phoenotopia: Awakening
To put it bluntly, I’m not the type of gamer who has much affinity for releases that make frustration a calling card; with a backlog like mine spending considerable time bashing my head against a digital wall just doesn’t hold much appeal. So here I am, writing about a game that made me curse at my screen more than any other I can immediately recall…which, not only did I finish, but logged 70-plus hours on the game’s clock and racked up a 97 percent completion rate to boot. Moreover, afterwards I immediately searched out and played through the original Flash-based Phoenotopia, just to get a better sense of where Awakening came from…oh, and also double-dipped when a DRM-free version came out.

This game is polarizing.
On the one hand, ‘Phoenotopia: Awakening’ has a lot of character. On your journey you will travel through a wide selection of incredibly vibrant and unique locations and areas, filled with lovable, funny and sometimes touching characters. The type of story it tells isn’t anything new, but the execution makes it feel fresh. Writing, art, tech and music are all amazing at best and still good at worst, so there’s a lot on offer here.
However…
This game is fundamentally flawed in terms of game design. Almost every element of the game’s core design is busted in a way that makes the exploration/combat sections feel like a frustrating slog to get through. The only reason I (and many others) stuck with this game was because all the exceptional elements I mentioned before kept me pushing forward.

Soul Reaper
Soul Reaper quickly hooks player attention with an effectively deployed progression system, and does a fine job in offering multiple avenues to keep engagement levels high. While enjoyable for the most part, its grindy nature can render it tiresome, and the current lack of proper side quests beyond feats leaves something to be desired. Still, it’s a good debut, and a fresh ambassador for the RPG genre that leaves a lasting impression by defying convention.

Really nice, and fast paced; monster-catching strategy RPG. The game has aspects of idle-game style gameplay, however the strategy comes from squad optimisation, gear socketing, and order placement (there are ‘row bonuses’ available, but those’re kinda beyond me at the current time of writing, lol).
I made a fairly in-depth, but still very early, impressions video; available here:

Really looking forward to discovering more monsters, and more strategic optimisation in the hours and days to follow.

Tropicalia
O jogo tem uma temática bem divertida, com elementos culturais do Brasil o que torna bem satisfatório de jogar. O que eu acho que poderia melhorar é a história ser mais relacionada, questão dos NPC’s darem dicas de onde você deveria ir para completar a história.

Worth trying out, and definitely suggest buying, but expect to face some frustrations (not shocking given the nature of early access).
The Pros:
Combat is pretty easy to figure out.
Fresh setting that stands out from similar games
Definitely feels retro.
If you feel you hit a wall, pretty grind-friendly.
Nice use of crafting and skill learning.
Needs Improvement:
Equipment relies heavily on crafting, which is nice, but it looks like your material inventory limit is 4, which feels way too low given how much you are expected to make/use while traveling.

Jeebo & Jerbo vs. Life
Well made platformer with a goofy side and a darker side. Fits the named genres well and has a well scored soundtrack. Replayability also makes this game worth the time youll be able to get out of it.

Fantastic game with an amazing world. The lore and story are phenomenal and the gameplay is very fun too. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys funny and interesting worlds akin to that of Undertale/Deltarune (You can definitely see a lot of Toby Fox influence in the game lol)
