Just Arms
Update : The dev also remade the multiplayer so it work even if someone is in na and the other in europe
This is a good getting over it like in term of control but a bit less about the map. You get used to the control fairly well, maybe between 2 to 5 hour max. Then you fall a lots in the first map. In most of the getting over it, you get some soft checkpoints. in this map, you get more or less a soft checkpoint at 66% but once you get there, its fine. so yeah, the first half of the game at least is really repetitive, but as you get better, you’ll find some skip to go a bit faster. And you’ll still get the satisfying feeling after beating the map

Hollow Witch
This is what I call a precision platformer! Simple moves, run, jump and dash that added to all the crazy traps and flying stuff makes your mind count time to evade danger. I mean it is a puzzle platformer in a way. Loved the illumination, mood and the music gives the final touch. Strongly recommend!

I loved this game! Its dark, the music is so good to focus and the simple mechanics makes it fun to play. Very challenging levels, lots of traps and projectiles to evade. The illumination is something else it makes the mood of witch stories very believable. Congratulations to the developer!

Hoplegs
After spending hours playing the game and completing “The Peak” I have to say this is one of my favorite physic based platformers. The amount of times i’ve fallen and had to start over again was insane but Hoplegs had me coming back for more. There is a really gratifying feeling every time you get past a roadblock that you’ve been stuck on for some time.
The game will only continue to improve and add more content. Personally I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future of the game. (Maybe a Peak v2 who knows??)
– Real player with 25.7 hrs in game
I am usually not a fan of games with very little room for error, but Hoplegs is absolutely the exception. What I absolutely love is that that there’s something for everyone. The learning curve is nice and steady at the start so players have the chance to practice getting used to the controls, but The Peak was tailored made for die hard fans of the rage game genre. The tutorials are straightforward, and the aesthetic makes it very enjoyable to continuously play, despite mistakes that put you back. I also LOVE that there’s a level editor available for fans to make their very own levels. Everything about this game makes the “suffering” you go through an enjoyable experience. I’m really excited to see the future of Hoplegs. 10/10

Fury Knight
Fury Knight is an asset/template flip of a 2D platforming game made with a game making engine. They slapped some kind of zombie/knight tileset on the engine.
The game maker/engine they used is of deplorably low quality. Retro pixel “art” style, the laziest of all copouts for developers who lack the money/talent to do better. Locked controls, locked resolution. This bundle garbage really doesn’t belong on PC.

Demon Runner The Forsaken
Lucky me gets to write the first (and possibly only) review for Demon Runner The Forsaken. This game was intended to be a 2D retro “Metroidvania” style platformer with speedrunning elements. As the screenshots show, the graphics would have been pretty bad.
I say “would have been” because this game cannot be played. The developer has accidentally or deliberately blanked the game manifest, so no files are downloaded when you install the game, and attempting to launch the game results in a “missing executable” error.

Horned Knight
Horned Knight is a steam videogame featuring the faintest level design with crackled accent bubble enemies that top cover a bone in a helpless shroom of entertainment addiction fun…a little ripple surprise cheerful as it senses encounter irreverent castle wall nature…its a manner of speaking like a short wait delayed i give this game a 10/10 a shrouded cloud of conceptual stages that drive your mind jaggering insane love the burrito master

The game is like a mobile game, but with good controls. The stages and the monsters is a little repetitive, can be better. The bosses are the best part. The price is fair. The achievements can be more difficult, because you can do all without beat the end.
