Lo-Fi Lounge
Really good VR experience. Chill place to take a break - even when no one else is there. The lounge set-up is sweet and the music is a vibe. Even better when other people show up, too. Had a good conversation about space travel.

Meadow
For the last few weeks, I have dedicated my life to Meadow. Sleep, food, job and even family became less priority and only water kept me hydrated so I could survive till the final release and tell you a story you may or may not enjoy. Are you ready to spend few minutes of your life, yes? Very well, brave badgers and devious lynxes, buckle your seat belts, because ‘Shelter’ is going bye bye!
So what’s this Meadow is all about you may wonder. Let’s cut all the ‘woo woo’ stuff and dive deep into it.

I’ve had Meadow for a good while now, so I think it’s high time that I write a review for it.
First of all, Meadow is good for:
-
Anyone social
-
People who have trouble introducing themselves in real life
-
People who need to take a break
-
People who long to relax
-
People who want to be in a very kind environment
-
Perfectionists
Now you know who I reccomend it for; you’re probably wondering who I wouldn’t reccomend it to.
- People who only like survival games
Clarification - no survival? Yes, that’s one thing… also, there is no chat. At this point you’re probably thinking, “What?! There’s really nothing in this game, is there?”

Stream Toys by Zokya
Stream Toys by Zokya is a collection of chat-interactive mini-games that live-streamers can use to engage with their audience!
Plinker
Your chat will LOVE playing with Plinker! Every message turns into a “plinky” coin which then bounces down a peg board. Plinkies that land in the moving cup score a point for the viewer. Viewers love seeing their name and user icon pulled up on your stream. The plinker can be configured to fir the look and feel of your stream. Plinker Works well either as a stand alone game or can even be pulled in over your existing gameplay for a fun-interactive element.
Break The Ice
Work together with your chat and see how many boards you can clear. Chat can spawn new balls into play and also trigger power-ups (and power-downs!) Try to destroy all the bricks on a board to advance to the next level. Will chat work for you, or against you?
More to Come!
As these stream toys are in active development, it will benefit greatly from your feedback. We plan to develop and add more games and toys that will encourage viewer engagement on your streams. Add a layer of fun for you and your viewers!
Stream Toys by Zokya currently integrates with the Twitch.tv API but plans are underway to integrate into other streaming services (Including YouTube) are underway.

Eviron’s Chronicles
Changing my review to a thumbs up.
This game should really be labeled as early access as there are many bugs, although not game-breaking or super annoying. Mostly just ui bugs that you can work around. It could use a little more documentation as well.
Other than that this is better than other TCGs, IMO.
You are able to level up your player (not sure what it is good for except you get small rewards when you level up and your level can be seen by other players). You can also level up your general, albeit very slowly. When your general levels up you are able to adjust his health and attack power and also choose is portrait and abilities. You can level up many of your cards as well, with dust. You can get gray dust as rewards for completing adventure matches and colored dust by destroying cards you might have. attained other than by destroying your cards. There are several colors of dust used to level up its corresponding car set, you can use any dust but you don’t get full effect for using dust not made for your set. Lastly, there are rare evolution cards that you may use rainbow tokens to alter their powers. This allows you to spend a little extra energy in a match to change your units abilities.

Generally an OK rpg game with a steep pve difficulty curve for the player. Don’t expect to get a lot of quick victories with starting decks unless you spend a fair amount of money. Should I play? Well if you can tolerate a fair amount of time and limited money then it’s a positive.

Note:
After the SGF summer contest I realized that I’m a dinosaur, over 900 demos. .. the window of time for me to make a sustainable living from indie game development has closed.
I’m going to return to driving a semi-truck.
If lightning strikes and people give a hoot, I will finish the game.
Fishing Planet
Installed this game about a month ago because a friend reccomended it.
It took a few minutes to understand the game without looking at the tutorials or help pages.
So having a little over 95 hours in game as of this review, this is what I have to say…
Leveling up is fast at the beginning but gets progressively slower the higher level you are.
XP slowly drops on fish once you have leveled up a bit and caught a certian number of that species.
The challenges are fun and offer some equipment that you can’t get in game, even with DLC.

I deleted now 4 reviews I wrote because they got longer and longer.
I really wanted to mention everything what is going on with that game to give people a fair chance to turn their back towards it.
But I will only say:
I have 4 chars 3 of them max level, together a playtime of over 2.5k hours.
I played that game from day one on, the best time was about 1 year ago, since then it is going continously downhill.
The playerbase was number wise fine and had also a really solid core of daily players. Those bought plenty of DLC´s more than they even needed, just to support the game and the devs, because back then they did an awesome job, they did actually care at that time. In the end we had after 1 1/2 years a early access game with more DLC´s than actually new content, still it was all fine. It was work in progress and everyone understood.

FyreXR Festival
I guess no one else saw this and paid for it. I think the idea is amazing however i hope that i can use the game in the future because none of the dates and times for the events were correct. Also i did not see a single person who wasnt an npc. Basically it is just a recreation of an insland festival in VR. Some of the scenery and music was great and some of it wasnt. Giving this a bad review only because i paid for this and the description of the events was innacurate so basically a waste of money unless they redo it.

Occupy White Walls
I was finally able to play the game again thanks to an update a few months ago. Unfortunately, the update also broke many galleries, by outright removing or otherwise affecting assets placed in galleries, changing lighting, and removing shadows. Most shadows have been restored since then and it wasn’t too much work restoring missing assets in my small galleries, but I don’t have any motivation to build while my galleries look totally different than intended due to lighting changes. Besides looking different, the new lighting just looks bad, missing a lot of prior definition.

Occupy White Walls is a strangely addicting FREE early access game with a unique concept, a first/third person art gallery management simulator with some very light RPG elements to encourage further progress.
A brief tutorial will help get you situated with the basic mechanics and then you’ll be set to build your own unique space on a blank plot of land. The basic gameplay loop revolves around you opening your gallery for guests, both human and NPC, to bring popularity toward your gallery and with that, more money to spend on art, furnishings, building materials and even expanding your building area. You level up by spending money on art and displaying it in your gallery, and each level gained unlocks access to newer and more complex design choices for your gallery. Each gallery opening lasts 30 minutes in real time, but there is usually a decent amount of activities to keep you busy in the meantime.

Stream Racer
One of the best Stream interaction / engagement games I have played. Total mayham, cool community and big fun. I have seen some reviews here, I guess those people do not understand the game or have not played it correctly.
Best part to me is that its not only RNG, it actually is slightly skill based as well. If you know where the boost your car and where not, you might have a great adventage. Simple chat commands make it easy to play for viewers.
Very impressive is the game improvement only over the last week. Developers seem to analyze the stats very well and by implementing chnmages ins the scoring etc, balancing it already. Honestly some big fgames need years to achieve that.

I’ve been having a blast streaming this! Viewers can download the app and use the points they’ve earned through races to purchases new cars and skins. Bit donations/boom commands will randomly rocket a car in the race off course. It’s a lot of fun and chaos that’s pretty addicting to watch. |
However, where it shines is the community that’s rallying behind it. It’s been so much fun interacting with racers from such a varied mix of countries. Devs even pop by in the races to hang out. I’m really enjoying it and look forward to streaming it even more!
