Beetle Uprising

Beetle Uprising

  • Very cute.

  • Very relaxing.

  • The evolution system is realistic.

  • You can feel the power growing.

  • Kind of dislike the fact that we must kill our own beetles.

  • Don’t be too boldy. It is a relaxing game. Not a “Conquer as quick as possible” game.

  • You end up with a mess on the floor.

  • Decorations are useless and lack of potential.

  • Kind of annoying how the inventories work. Lack of organization. Annoying to navigate.

Conclusion :

I am really not sure if this game is supposed to be beautiful or efficient…

While at this time it is still in early access, this title has a lot going for it even with some of the drawbacks.

Its a nice little management game with some real time tactics for the combat, that grows in depth once you start playing around with the genetics to improve your combat abilities. You go from simply looking at your highest stat numbers and trying to combine them, into looking at the genetic tree of your particular units then breeding based off that to improve on your entire gene pool, which does lead into one aspect of the game that needs some work in my opinion at this stage as you spend a lot of time just sat there, combining genes then throwing the inferior beetles into a blender to make room for the next set.

I’ve enjoyed playing the game for the last 2 weeks, not a lot has changed from last years release but i wasn’t expecting much change, i just enjoy the updated teams and player improvements.

1 thing i am NOT happy with is the in game editor has almost DOUBLED in price, company greed makes me sick. in my opinion this isn’t aimed at new comers as i truly believe they wont even know about the in game editor at first, nooo this is aimed at us lot, the loyal fan base who return year after year. 50p increase, fine… but an almost 50% increase is filth. This isn’t about the price as the IGE is still quite cheap, but nothing new has been added to it, nothing has changed from the last decade, so why that much of a price jump .. imagine next years release, and the full game costs £72, would we be happy with that?

After 292 hours in game, I can say that this doesn’t worth the money. I enjoyed FM21 a lot but FM22 is a major downgrade and makes it a frustrating experience. Even if there was a bet launched before and a lot of bugs and shortcommings were reported, none was solved until the actual launch of the game, which is odd because there isn’t a major update compared with FM21 where all these things worked smooth.

There are major bugs/glitches in the engine like endless passing between defenders, wrong animation at free kicks. unrealistic long headers or shots from players lacking the respective skill

Practical Shooting Simulator

Practical Shooting Simulator

If you have any interest in stage design or competition shooting, this “game” (more like tool) has the potential to be your best friend. I’m excited to see how 269th builds on it in the future and I’m hoping to see:

1: More targets (such as the dreaded texas star or spinner)

2: A “shoot until hit scored” command, which would lead into…

3: More “useful” gear and ammunition management

4: And I think this goes without saying … many more guns and modding!

I never thought I needed something like this, but it has helped me conceptualize real-world stage design and I have already replicated a few of my own into the game to see how fast Megadroid Laura Croft can complete them.

Ask for tickets, check for bombs, clean the train, Do all sorts of other duties - sometimes people die, sometimes you die. Bit of a mind boggle of a game with crazy unique art.

How to make heads or rails of Bloody Trains…?

I purchased this software on artistic merit alone, feeling an instant affinity towards the aesthetic. i fell aboard blindly, ready to chugga chugga woo woo. The controls are simple — the instructions are non-existent — you’ll scratch your head, it will blood, and you will like it. Although confusing, the lack of direction is not a setback. The simple controls allow for intuitive gameplay, and the smartly designed symbols and signage within the game do unfold with meaning as you progress. This is the perfect game for anyone who likes to think and frown before figuring out a satisfactory gotcha or aha! It may not be for you if you prefer to be spoon fed.

Great game , as incredible potential , sadly abandon by the DEV…. Can someone motivated buy the rights and make it the game it should be ?

Currently at almost the 10 hour mark, I can safely say I am pleasantly surprised with this game. I wasn’t really sure what to expect to be honest, maybe some sort of plague inc style gameplay that would keep me for maybe 1 hour or 2 with a twist… but, I have to say I am still battling to complete this game in the hardest difficulty, as its damn intense!

It is similar to plague inc in how you play the game, however the addition of actually controlling a character that affects the world directly is actually a very cool addition. The theme and art style are great, but what kept me hooked all this time so far is really the feeling of “if only I had taken this one different decision” or “if only I had picked these other talents… I could have gotten it”, which has been keeping me wanting to play just one more match.

Light the World

Light the World

Light the World is a simulation puzzle game. The year is 2125 and the world is on the brink of destruction as a result of rampant unchecked pollution. Clouds of pollution blanket the sky and prevent most sunlight from reaching the earth’s surface. Vegetation is dying, reducing oxygen levels and increasing carbon dioxide levels on the planet. It’s your job to provide simulated sunlight to natural environments to allow plant life to flourish in a post-apocalyptic world.

  • Relaxed gameplay. No timers or urgency to complete a mission. Take your time and think about the most effective strategy to deploy for a mission.

  • Required and optional objective system adds replay value by providing an incentive to complete all objectives on missions.

  • Earn experience and purchase upgrades as you progress.

  • Beautiful 3d environments.

  • Easy to learn, hard to master gameplay.

About the Developer

JP Games is an indie game developer. I’m a solo developer based in Illinois and this is my first game.

It’s my goal to create games that are fun and relaxing to play. I hope you enjoy playing Light the World as much as I enjoyed creating it.

A game about watching number rise. But what is life, if not watching the year count rise and your bank account dwindle?

Now, I’ve just finished my first “complete” playthrough and there are a few things I want to talk about. Let’s start with the most important: most of the negative reviews are old. The UI isn’t perfect but it’s not bad and same with the tutorial. In my entire playtime I’ve only found what I think was a bug once.

The artstyle, music and sound effects are gorgeous.

DO NOT buy this game expecting something similar to a city/base builder. Actually you build very few structures, and spend most of the time upgrading your existing buildings, changing the engineering cells and min-maxing the different configurations.

It has the marks of an interesting, fun little game, however…

Be warned:

it’s not really release-ready, regardless what they claim.

The game is full of annoying bugs and overlooked illogical elements, the controls are inconsistent, the whole thing is sorely in need of a UI/UX overview, it’s hard to navigate, hard to sort out what’s what.

Currently expansion is impossible, due to a heating issue.

And in my personal opinion it does not look good.

I’ll persist, maybe it’ll be a good game; currently it’s a beta, that’s not very playable.

ConflictCraft

ConflictCraft

ConflictCraft is a casual strategy game fought with the mouse.

The objective is simple: destroy all the enemies. This battle is fought with bases generating units. Half of the battle is figuring out what strategic bases you need to focus on straight away. If you take too long on the start, the AI will take too many bases, creating an impossible situation to win, so it’s likely that you are starting out a level to figure it out first and then restarting to apply the most optimal strategy. The other half of the battle is lots of mouse clicking to drag and drop units between the bases you want to reinforce or attack. Unlike other similar games where you can choose between sending all or half the units, in this game you can only send half of the units.

Very fun, simple, straight-forward strategy game! Little bit on the liniear side, but that is okay, keep it simple!

Now 2020, so 4 years old, but I finally played it and I must say: I kept playing untill I done all the maps! If a game can do that to you, then it’s definately worth trying!

It plays like RISK, in a war setting: tanks, attack helicopters and raid helicopters. Take over control points to gain strength from within the numbers and abilities. And the goal is simple: Eradicate the enemy, simply put: Take over everything untill the enemy has nothing to retalliate with.

Excellent game. can’t stop playing it

Needs a few tweaks is all

1. I have multiple monitors, would love approach on one screen, ground on another and airport on another . not all crammed into a single screen

2. Why can’t we put approaching aircraft into holding pattern if we don’t want them to land ? Standard stuff.

3. Freeplay shouldn’t end after too many errors .

4. Freeplay should also allow us to choose the intensity of the timetable, you simply cant do Tokyo in the middle of the day on your own , I’m sure several ATC staff handle those area’s in the real world

Short Version:

8/10, looking forward to expansion packs

Long Version:

This might be the best ATC game on steam (that is not primarily focused on radar usage).

In Japan, this dev has released numerous games not only in this series, but also previous instalments of this series such as I am an Air Traffic Controller 1 through 3 (ATC 1-3) and other series such as Pilot Story. It is also worth noting that this dev had released multiple Japanese Airport add-ons for FSX, showing that they are quite experienced in terms of aviation in Japan and 3D-modelling.
