Elemental Echoes
The game seems good I am early in the game only a little over a half hour. The time played showing is not the actual playing time as I left the game running while not playing. During the first boss you get a loading error for audio that keeps popping up every few seconds and continues to do so after the battle. After beating the boss it takes you to a cutscene that loads to a new town with two new characters, loading error still popping up and you are unable to leave the town to advance the game due to a glitch. I would hold off buying the game till the glitches are fixed. Too early in the game to encounter so many glitches.

Such a cute and retro adventure-type game! Brings me back to the days of playing old Mario and Zelda games on my Gameboy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a nostalgic-like trip!

Unhappy Ever After
This is an update of my review after finishing 40 hours of the game. I have just killed a big boss and concluded the main game. I am about to start on 2 different DLCs of this game.
Now after 40 hours of this game, I have seen a number of shortcomings and bugs, and will try to write about them in this update, so that I present an accurate picture of the game.
Shortcoming of this game.
1. This game is an ABANDONWARE, like what many other previous reviews have said. It was originally a Kickstarter game, where backers paid money directly to the developer to create this game and some DLCs. The developer got the money, created the game and 2 DLCs and left in February 2017. What this means is that currently there is no tech support of any kind, and there are many small bugs and irritating features which are not fixed. However, the game itself is still good enough to be played, and I have completed the main game. For the price of $6.99, I think it is definitely worth it for me.

This is an edit of my earlier review. Initially, the way the monsters leveled with you, along with the lack of gear, made the battles very long and tedious. However, within days of posting my review, the developer has made several changes to the game that eliminate many of my negative comments. First, there is now a difficulty setting. Those who want the much more difficult battles, can have them, and those who want a bit less of a grind feel and a more casual experience can select the very easy or easy settings. I’ve tried them out, and it’s like a completely new game. Even in very easy mode, the battles still require a bit of strategy and take a little time, but they are nowhere near the length they used to be. Monsters will be a lower level than you and do far less damage, which means the constant need for health items is also greatly diminished.

The Disguiser Of Fate
Meh. This is ok, but too many plot holes. I thought the mechanics were ok, the story needs help though.

The Disguiser has a good story, the combat is easy to get a hang of, if not a bit easy, i have only 1 problem with the game, the screen is a box in the middle of ur screen but not bad value for ur money

ILLUSION
Having played this game,
I can say I would recommend this to people who like the aesthetic of this game and the aesthetic of OFF
AND
like very base or crude humor
The music is good to goddamn infuriating mostly due to sometimes being lost in the game or having to loop through different places and having to hear the same piercingly loud music loop which contrasts with the fact that nothing is actually happenning while you are having to figure out what puzzle you needed to complete.
The combat is very average to boring

(This is an old text I wrote into the forum but I’m starting to rate more games so I can keep track of them and help small games to pass magic review count thresholds. So it might not reflect recent updates properly.)
Well done for the most part. I’m a sucker for these twisted, surrealistic kind of games. Well-paced and well-told!
Still, it felt amateurish in some regards:
- I’ve no problem with swear words, but most of the cursing seems to be there just for its own edgy sake. I guess it’s supposed to emphasize the girl’s attitude, but it felt kinda forced.

The fall of gods
DON’T READ IF YOU DON’T WANT A SPOILER OR TWO!!!
Awesome Game!
To me, playing the Fall of Gods made me feel like I was on an adventure. I can stand a turn based battle game with a good story, but it’s also fun to play an action one like this. Aside from the few glitches I seemed to be addicted to find,
like going through certain tiles I wasn’t supposed to (cliffs, a couple walls, etc.), I felt the game delivered its fun. The story was pretty straight forward with the Four Energies, the gods, and killing the Dark One. I also kind of liked how it ended with the hero finding his mother, but I felt there could have been a bit more… like what happened to the people of Ergia after he sacrifced himself, and not to mention his father. Overall I liked the game. The spelling was a little off, a lot,

Just an amazing game.
My short evaluation after finishing:
(+)
-
exciting plot
-
much to explore
-
good riddles
-
witty comments
-
enough weapons and skills
-
if you’re stuck or have problems with game or bugs, GeexGames / community helps you very fast (very good support on steam)
-
low price for amazing game ;P
(-)
- most boss-fights and fights generall are maybe to easy (you definitely can be overskilled: some rare fights are somewhat difficult, but than long roads you’re just to mighty, “sparing” lots of exp helps!)

Witch of Ice Kingdom Ⅱ
I’m not really sure how, but this game has somehow helped dismantle an organised crime gang in my area by providing a completely different angle to what the criminals had set up to expect.
T-Bone steak of RPGs.
– Real player with 57.5 hrs in game
The english in this game is hoooooorrible. If that’s something that bothers you, definitely steer clear of Witch of Ice Kingdom II. However, I’m still going to give it a positive review because I enjoyed it more than many RPG maker games I’ve played on Steam. So what did I like about it? The graphics are unique and better than the RPG maker same old, same old. The story is interesting and even though the dialog made me cringe on a regular basis, I could still understand what was going on. The main character is a witch and can’t attack normally - she can ONLY use magic so you have to strategize what spells to use to keep from running out of mp. Searching in out of the way barrels, crates, drawers, etc. is rewarded - I found some very neat items in places I wouldn’t normally expect anything. Also, there’s a free downloadable game included that’s a short prequel to the main story. I’m going to play that next. I wouldn’t say this is a fantastic game but I played it almost nonstop from beginning to end and that’s saying something. I just wish this developer translated their games better.
