Wordle
- THERE IS A MAJOR CAVEAT TO THIS REVIEW THAT YOU WILL FIND BELOW*
(Version française en-dessous: N’ACHETEZ AUCUNE DLC, TRÈS MAUVAIS!!!)
ENGLISH VERSION ONLY: Wordle is a nice little word game that I found quite relaxing. It is actually a word search game. You are presented with a word grid that will increase in size as you progress from level to level. The objective is to clear each grid using all the letters shown in it. Each level correspond to a theme, and I believe that in all the game the same word never comes back once it has appeared in a grid. There is no time pressure, and you will find at the bottom empty spaces with the exact number of letters for each word you should find. The game will save your progress, so every time you go back to it, you will pick up from where you left it. It is not too difficult, I could finish the game in under 5 hours of play, more or less. If you want to replay it, you can reset the game and all your progress will be wiped out and you will be able to start with a clean slate.

‘Worldle’ is a nice and simple game. Like many others in this genre the game is tile based and you need to link letters into words, basically do that thing that D. Trump struggles with.
The game has different difficulty levels (3x3 to 5x5 tiles) and the challenges are thematic e.g. science, camping, arts. They are currently limited to 10 levels each, which is still more than Covid restriction levels.
In overall the game is good if you are learning English, want to expand your vocabulary or just train your attention and simple problem-solving skills, it is also good for relaxed concentration.

3D Math - Ultra
Better than expected and more enjoyable after longer play. I’ll write what I personally liked about it and compare it to other games. Since there seems to be no other game like this on Steam, I’ll compare it to something like Lumosity and similar games.
The game would have been worth a higher price. It makes the math, logic, and other training games more interesting than normal. Training arithmetic probably doesn’t sound like a game, but it’s kind of nice because you start to feel it’s a challenge and have a motivation to out do yourself. Plus, unlike other games, the skill is transferable outside of the game.

This is something I appreciate very much. There aren’t many enjoyable math programs created by people that want to improve a learner’s comprehension of mathematics. I really enjoy the brain training section as it has some exercises I like, such as: N-back(memory), grid(pattern recognition), and matches. Thank you for creating this program!

Outwardly, the toy is very simple, but as soon as you play it for 10-15 minutes, it will immediately draw you in. I recommend it, especially since it has such a low price.

Wordle 3
In general, basic knowledge of English is enough for a game of 2 hours. There are a lot of topics, especially sometimes you are stupid with a too complicated word, but the tips help.
This part is much more difficult than the previous one (these last 7v7 levels are somehow cruel). The design as a whole is more intricate from part to part, the game looks decent. That would be the Russian version … but probably because of localization, several languages \ u200b \ u200bcan not be crammed into one game, by letter everything. In general, the class, English is spared.

Broken game. Not only are the controls there just to make you want to finish it altogether, with there being no mechanism to backspace a letter you did not mean to select in an already overly-sensitive game, there’s also the option to quite literally softlock yourself, when the game allows you to enter the right words, but with a different combination of letters than they had in mind. You’ll find out you made this mistake as soon as you arrive at the very last answer, where the game refuses to let you win because ‘Kuwait’ can now only be spelled as ‘Kuwati’ and that’s obviously not the right way, so have fun clicking ‘refresh’. On top of this comes the fact that the puzzles have not been checked whatsoever causing you to be able to make both the words ‘Albania’ and ‘Wales’ in the same puzzle about country names, without either of them being correct.

Wordle 4
Very conflicted about this rating. Part of me wanted to give the game a negative rating but I won’t because I like the franchise, I see the effort put into adding new features to the game and noticed the developer does reply to people on the discussion threads and addresses and fixes bugs player pointed out. However, I’ll list what was tempting me into the negative rating.
Things I didn’t like:
-No subject categories as previous games. Instead of “Flowers” now it’s only “A”, “B”, “C”.
-Several categories only had a single puzzle.

Wordle 4 is a word puzzle game, if you hadn’t guessed that already. I have not played any of the previous games in the series, so I cannot compare this one to its predecessors.
Wordle 4 is made up of a whole host of levels, whereby you’re have a grid of letters that is always square (so 3 x 3, 4 x 4, etc) and you are tasked with finding one or more words within this grid. The letters are all joined either vertically, horizontally or diagonally, with no gaps. You may cross over the previous path, zigzag or go in a straight line, however you cannot use the same letter more than once. The challenges are to both figure out the hidden words as well as clear the grid.

Puzzle Fever
Endless fun for puzzle lovers that will keep you entertained for more than one hour! Fill the playing field with a variety of Tetris-style figures and set new score records. Seems like it’s simple? But it was not there!
Think over each move so as not to fall into the trap, and in case of a mistake you will be given only 10 seconds to fix it or you will lose! Make combos and collect points - what record will you manage to conquer?
Peculiarities:
-
Nice graphics
-
Unusual Puzzle
“Glow Ball” - The billiard puzzle game
Glow Ball - The Billiard Puzzle Game has a really great concept. A puzzle game where you use the mechanics of a pool table, but instead of a pool table, you have a series of balls and unusual “tables” and pockets.
The glowing balls and shadows make the game look great, too, despite the otherwise lazy minimalist/low poly environment. Unfortunately the controls are finnicky, and the puzzles are more frustrating than enjoyable (admittedly I am not the best at billiards to begin with). If the game was a little easier this would be a great casual puzzle game. The $5 asking price is a little high given the issues with the game. It’s hard to give a thumbs down to a game I wanted to like, but couldn’t.

Pool with puzzle elements, seems like a nice combination, right? Well, I guess the idea could be nice if it was well executed, which “Glow Ball” sadly does not.
I do not have any problem with games that do not have superb graphics but Glow Ball’s graphics are amazingly ugly in a way I find it amazing people are able to create these kind of graphics in 2014. Especially the main screen looks atrocious and almost funny.
The gameplay could have been interesting. Like in regular pool you will have to shoot your balls in the holes, the only difference here is you will have to avoid fire traps, canyons and other contraptions. The only problem with this is that the physics are nothing like real Pool, which is ofcourse one of the most important things that should be right in a game like this. Then there’s the power bar of the cue which is very slow and does not make much of a difference.

cross board soccer
Cross Board Soccer is essentially 2 opposing teams with goals, similar to soccer, on an oversized checkerboard like checkers or chess, with predetermined placement of 14 pieces spread in groupings of 4 and 3 on the defending sides. What makes this game so exciting and strategic is that while only one piece is being moved each turn, the evolution of the board makes keeping up and remembering where lines of safety are. The planning ahead and the fear of your goal being scored on from any angle is what makes the strategy of this game feel akin to chess. In short you must preserve the safety of your goal but also at the same time set yourself to jump one of your pieces turn by turn, and hopefully get to a position to where the opposing team has left it open for you to score and win!

Wordle 2
The first game was great, and I was able to finish it with a reasonable amount of challenge. However, this second one is terribly flawed with the fish puzzles in particular, which are so obscure and require an insane amount of hints, unless you are one of the most knowledgeable people about species of fish. Even looking at alphabetical lists of fish species after using hints to get the first letter was no help. I breezed through most of the rest of the game, and this category had me slogging through at a snail pace. Overall, I still like the game, but this category seemed more overly specialized than other categories.

- THERE IS A NEGATIVE NOTE ADDED TO THIS REVIEW BELOW *
This is a sequel to Wordle, with the same play mechanisms. It is a nice word search game that makes you play on a grid filled with letters. You select the words on the grid, and if you word is right, it will appear below in the word list while removing its components from the grid. Each level will increase the complexity of the search, and you will be navigating from one topic to another. While the original Wordle took me less than 5 hours to complete, Wordle 2 took a couple hours more to finish. Wordle 2 is actually more challenging than the original Wordle, mainly because of the choice of topics… The “Fish” topic was a nightmare… I felt my brain bubbling in its tank while trying to solve its 10 grids. If you are allergic to fish, avoid this one at all cost. If you’re not, be prepared to have your vocabulary stretched by a number of fish names.

Mini Car Money Chase
Nice game, with good graphics and gameplay.
It’s simple and fun to play, it’s also quite relaxing (until you have cops showing up from everywhere that is).
Would be even better with more vehicle options (thinking of war tanks) and some sort of boost (nitrous oxide or something) to the cars.

I highly recommend getting this game it is really worth the tiny price no limits on how high you can go with this game :)
