PyroMind

PyroMind

A simple game that is a mixture of Bomberman, a Minesweeper, and, perhaps, a Tetris in a way. Something that easily fills in your short breaks.

Amazing. Roguelite “Action Minesweeper” with slick production and addictive fun factor. Can’t believe one person made this. Good presentation, interesting progression and randomization. Always fun and always hard.

and now onto the short review

//Description//

Pixels Guide to Staying Dead is a local top down shooter game with an interesting twist- you must bring your opponents to 0 HP. Use your math skills to determine how to do that.

//Graphics, Sound & Artstyle//

there isn’t much to say about the graphics as it seems like any other pixel type of game. Sound is nice and found myself humming the main theme.

TENS!

TENS!

A few bugs yet to iron out (for me, achievements in endless mode are not unlocking), but the game is enjoyable. I personally really like the mechanics and the concept of the game. The graphics are really nice, the look of the game is smooth and snappy. Once the bugs are resolved, I think it will be a fun math puzzle game.

interesting puzzle game, a couple of weird / very annoying bugs if you play with mouse only though

! (I assume there’s only bugs when playing with mouse since that’s what I did the whole way through). they definitely needed to playtest this a little more with mouse, that’s my take on it. Sometimes currently-dragged dice weirdly cancels being dragged and you involuntarily pick up another dice from the right-hand selection instead, other times one out of a group of dice or just a single die gets weirdly still-slightly-large and slightly-not-in-the-grid when put down, like the animation got suspended before it ends.

6 takes! - Wolfgang Kramer’s ingeniously simple card game with “bullheads” - now as an app.

The aim of the game is to avoid getting cards. Each card you have to pick up costs you points for each bullhead on it. The player with the fewest bullheads at the end of the game is the winner. It sounds easier than it is, players will need some great tactics and perhaps a little luck.

6 takes! is regarded as a modern classic among card games and has been sold all over the world.

It has won the German “Games Prize” and has also been nominated “Game of the year”.

Features

  • Singleplayer mode against up to four computer opponents.

  • Three levels of difficulty

  • Multiplayer mode for up to four players around the same device

  • Quick game or first to 66 minus points

Super X Chess

Super X Chess

An excellent game for chess variant enthusiasts.

Game play: This game sports multiple game rules and a plethora of new fairy pieces while still keeping the core of the game intact. The tutorial and the AI make learning the new rules easy and the game offers a lot of potential for improving your strategic thinking. The AI can be adjusted from easy to challenging and either side can be handicapped material. The new scenario selector offers additional opportunities for new and exciting situations to explore. There is also a list that lets you review the games you have played which is another major plus.

Nice casual puzzle game with a cool soundtrack. Very reminiscent of Scott Pilgrim in both graphics and character style, which is always a good thing. If you like puzzles, rock music and silly stories along, then this is a good choice!

5 stars out of 5; it is like the classic game Qix, but based off a cube stage, and it’s possible to play co-op or MP [5 thoughts]

1. i love this game, to me it is very similar to tetris. simplistic but not easy to master

2. soundtrack has some very decent moments

3. picking your laser’s color will change the sound that it makes… this is huge, imagine if sound #1 annoys the hell out of you

4. depth, beating most of the lower stages will not be difficult. making it to stage 50 on arcade will be

This game is a remake version of a Cubixx game from PSP and I think its pretty good to have a content that isn’t available from PSP.

Its basicly a Qix in a nutshell, its a Mixed ideas between Qix and 3D Perspective, giving a Fast-Paced Arcade Slice and Dice gameplay.

Its really addicting to play this game, and added Steam Leaderboard brings more competitive to the gameplay.

The only thing that I really wish is Multiplayer, since this game supports up to 8 players, if I’m not mistaken, and I really wish if there’s an Online mode where you can play multiplayer also.
