Mondealy

Assume the role of Michael - just an ordinary guy who managed to discover the pathways leading under his hometown, right into the unexplored underground kingdom of Dargratt. By a strange set of events and coincidences, Michael meets the royal family, now it’s up to them to decide what is going to happen with him next…

  • Meet, explore, unravel, discover, investigate!

  • Meet deep, flamboyant, and sexy characters - Inhabitants of both worlds, the one above and the one under are ready to tell you their stories, share their unique vision of the world around you. They may ask for your assistance, but it’s up to you to decide whether you want to help them or not.

  • Explore both of the game’s worlds - Vast various dungeon areas, the castle with its inhabitants, the mysterious hometown on the surface as well as the character’s residences are waiting to be explored. Things might look ordinary, but how ordinary are they, and what lies beneath?

  • Unravel a part of the main storyline and side quests - You will have access to the introduction of the game, which will gradually immerse you into the underworld with its laws, beliefs, events, and inhabitants. The more you investigate - the more you learn, which in turn might reward you with additional stories and events to participate in.

  • Discover all four areas of the dungeon - The residents don’t get along with each other very well, they think, they act, they behave very differently, their mentality and even clothes are different. These and many, many other stories await you in the world of Mondealy, your actions are the ones that will actively influence the outcome of any events at the underground kingdom.

  • Districts Reputation and Skill Leveling - Tell me of your friends and I will tell you who you are - is a saying commonly used in the world of Mondealy. Keep track of your reputation, you will learn new skills and upgrade the existing ones while exploring the world and completing tasks for various groups and characters.

  • In-game gallery - The in-game character gallery will allow the most dedicated and curious players to learn more about the characters you can meet while playing Mondealy. Learn more about how they were created, their in-game history, and the sources of inspiration.

Growing Up

Growing Up

Interesting spin on the “visual novel” genre that is lovingly crafted, but has its issues and is not quite as expansive as the store page makes it out to be. Still, considering the price, it is worth it, and given the casual nature and the topic, also suitable for people just interested in trying out this kind of games, or for those who would be turned off by weeb stuff.

Rating: 7/10

As is obvious, the game revolves around growing up and going through all of the early stages of life, and it does a remarkably good job at it too, at times at least. The characters, although in some regards laden with cliches, are fairly well written and I am not ashamed to admit, objectively looking at how I behaved and what I thought as a teenager especially, and what I remember of my friends, this is pretty spot on, lol. Unfortunately, the earlier stages of the game are quite rushed, and they are more of a short tutorial than anything, which is a bit of a wasted oportunity - the game really starts when you reach teen years.

UPDATED REVIEW @ 22 Hrs:

Growing Up is a life simulation that fairly-accurately simulates the experience of growing up in a relatively affluent family in a reasonably well-to-do area of the United States in the mid-to-late 1990s.

I’m a fan of this game for a lot of reasons. The writing is pretty good, and the resource management gameplay is challenging enough to be fun while never feeling unfair or too difficult. The music ranges from unobtrusive to fantastic, and the interface is intuitive; simple without being too stupid (more on this below). If you’re a fan of resource management games, or if you like visual novels and don’t mind some casual gameplay mixed in, this is one to pick up even at full price.

_Now let’s talk about the bad stuff.

Judging by the time (wasted) I spent in this game, the developer should already be paying me a pension. The game is boring, uninteresting and there is a broken achievement in it, which cannot be obtained in any way through the fault of the developers. I could only praise this game as a f2p game for mobile devices. But they sell a broken and low-quality product for such a high price. Seriously?!_

The Sims™ 3

The Sims™ 3

As much as I love this game for nostalgic reasons, I can’t recommend getting it on Steam if you get it at all.

EA seems committed to screwing over Steam players, like they didn’t put it for sale on Steam in the first place. They don’t offer patches for the Steam version anymore, which means that unless you jerry-rig your installation to use an aftermarket patch, you can’t use any content you PAID FOR on the Sims 3 Exchange.

This game is hands down the best game there is. I recommend it 100%. It has so many details and so many things you can do. This game is a blast and is my favorite sims game. This is totally worth purchasing. The base game it’s self has so many things to do, and it is so much fun.

This game has some good ideas and it really is fun to play.

I had a problem were my PC was broke and I didnt have enough money to buy/replace the current pc but I did have enough money to buy one if there was a option to sell or scrap the current pc to buy a lower one to keep making videos.

The weird voice in movies and shows are annoying and could be redone a bit.

This game can be hard if you over spend what you earn and try to move up fast.

Also I dont see why can’t the wife get a job or something instead of hog up my CPU and consoles?

A Playable Nightmare

I’m just going to start this off by saying I have never played a game that simultaneously has made me stressed out, bored, and actually exhausted like this game has. I also never thought this sentence would come out of my mouth, but I’d rather play Bad Rats (which makes me extremely sad). So lets explore this mess.

So the art and music isn’t groundbreaking obviously. I’m not hating on that, honestly as much as art and music help a game they don’t make or break it unless it’s part of the point of the game.

Cool concept, pretty realistic, mostly. Looks good though. But too frustrating to recommend.

Oddities: get all the way in to the car to turn it off, faster to reach in.

Frustrations: run out of room on my mouse-pad for CPR - then when I did complete it, have to put the kid into a safe position so they don’t choke, I still wasn’t quick enough then failed. Then still have to redo the CPR. Difficult to put the fire out. Needs an icon or indicator if you are doing the right thing. Buttons to click are too small for a time-sensitive game.

Save our four-legged friends!

Animal Shelter Simulator grants you the opportunity to tackle the challenging but also highly rewarding task of running a refuge for strays and rescues. Witness firsthand how much effort goes into helping abandoned and injured animals as you handle a number of tasks necessary for your shelter to operate smoothly.

Clean Them

Your rescues will need to take a lot of steps on the path to improved health, and good hygiene is the very first one. Get your hands a little dirty so that their paws stay clean and their spirits soar high.

Protect Them

There’s a bit of a wild side to every critter out there and it’ll be your job as a responsible caretaker not to let it break out in any nasty fashion. Manage the animals well and keep the peace among the residents of your refuge.

Take them for a walk

What better way to burn off all that excess energy than a good, old-fashioned trot out in the fresh air? Keep your animals stimulated and entertained. You can be sure they’ll be starved for attention!

Extend

As you succeed in your efforts, you will be faced with additional challenges. Make sure to turn them into opportunities as you invest in your facilities and expand according to your growing needs.

Convince them

The ultimate purpose of your initiative and the most rewarding conclusion to all of its efforts – when an animal makes its way to a brand new, loving home. Look after your rescues and ensure they are adopted by your shelter’s visitors.

Express Simulator

Express Simulator

Lucky me gets to write the first review for Express Simulator. This is a simple sequencing/pathing puzzle game that’s been slapped together lazily with Unity, the game engine that encourages mediocrity everywhere it goes. Gameplay consists of right clicking on boxes to collect and then targets to drop them on. The objective is to choose the shortest routes to maximise profit before the time runs out. So, Yang Sun have somehow managed to create a video game about the Travelling Salesman maths problem and also somehow made it less enjoyable than what everyone had to put up with at school.
