Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator
First of all, I DID like the game. But it was, at the same time, deceiving. I’d give it a 6/10, but if it were the right price, I’d give it a 8.5/10 for sure.
Let’s start with the good things about it: it is a very enjoyable, nice and light game. Most dads are also charming, the art is great, too.
But on the other hand… routes are extremely, extremely short. Takes around 45 minutes to complete each route. Not only that, but the endings are very limited, only having 2 endings, so there’s no room for replaying it to find the rest of the endings. I remember the Official Twitter promised multiple endings per dad. You don’t get to know the characters, and most of the time, it doesn’t really feel like you’re flirting with them. I only got that impression with Damien. It’s like you guys are obviously just friends until the end of the third date where you suddenly kiss and love each other. I was really excited to do Brian’s route, but was very deceived to find that his route is just… being rivals and at the very end kissing. Nothing more. It felt empty and superficial, despite the cute shirtless moment or the final kiss and hug at Amanda’s party. Didn’t feel like a real developing relationship. I think that it wasn’t only because of how short the route is, but because of how it was written as well. You could also have a short route where it does seem like they’re flirting, like Damien’s.

Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator doesn’t really live up to what the store page tells you, nor to most of the positive reviews it received. You’re better off reading positive as well as negative reviews to get an idea of the actual content. I’m not going to say that Dream Daddy is a bad Visual Novel, it’s just not what one might expect at first.
I have mixed feelings about this game, and I can’t deny that I’m slightly disappointed. You see, it was one of those games I was really looking forward to since it claims to be a BxB dating sim. I know it probably sounds stupid, but I usually wait before I purchase a game that I really want, just to build up some more excitement, or to pass time until the game is running properly. The longer I wait, the more I’m actually anticipating the moment when I finally decide to play it. After seeing that this title is so hyped on Steam and YouTube, my expectations naturally grew to an extent where it is almost unavoidable not to feel slightly disappointed now and then. Nevertheless, after figuring out that one year after release was enough time of waiting, I finally started to play it. Alas, it didn’t turn out like I hoped it would.

Errant Kingdom (Chapters 0-5)
I’m at Chapter 3 for now, but I don’t know if I’ll ever finish this game so I’ll write my review now.
I can’t not recommend it because the game is beautiful, the characters are nice and diverse, the story is interesting, the writing isn’t boring, the music is fitting. You can choose your character’s gender and race, you can choose your backstory.
But. And this is my one big but - the romances. There are 6 “love interests” out of which 4 are involved with eachother. 2 were a couple that you can help get back together if you so wish and other 2 are implied to sleep together, without a lot of romantic interaction. You have the option to go “poli” with these 2 couples as well as just pick one. I’m not a fan of this - two’s company, 3s a crowd. I always feel like I’m third wheeling when there’s already couples in the game or that I’m breaking them up or butting in where I don’t belong.

I Cannot recommend more highly
Errant Kingdom, by Lunaris Games has easily become one of my favorite visual novels despite its status as an early access game. Yes, the game is still in development, and yes, content for it is still being produced, but what is there is quality. The art is stunning, the story is engaging and mysterious (It takes a good few chapters to finally realize why you are in Novus), the characters are unique and enchanting. I cannot get enough of this game.

My Dangerous Life
Trigger Warnings:
Stalking, dubious consent, homophobic sentiments from the MC, invalidating gender, anti-protest.
The Good (boys)
This game is cute enough. I’d only recommend 1 route and 2 love interests out of 3 though, which isn’t promising. Brad the badass best boy, and Alan the Arrogantly Alright, are both pretty cute and have a bunch of wholesome moments with some good chemistry between the characters.
Hinata (Main Character) is a little less 2D than most MCs of BL VNs, I like how he gets frustratedly nervous. While I’m not a nervous person and often feel confused by these kinda of characters reactions, I did feel like Hinata’s nervous reactions were explained at times which made him easier to empathise with, even if he was frustratingly naive and slow.

The visual novel is fun to play and kind of challenging to get through if you are looking for a specific ending. While the plot may fall into the generic trend of mystery romances and crime escapades, there are a number of notable qualities that make it an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
-
Great character design.
-
Clear scene transitions.
-
Effective choice making.
Plotwise, there isn’t all that much flair but it does make up in terms of suspense. And while the protagonist tends to run into the borderline useless category at certain instances, the interactions with any of the three romances make it an engaging piece all the same. In the case of the romances, I would rank them from best to worst.

Summer In Trigue
Another Great VN By Winter Wolves.
This is the one said After Vollyball Heaven when asked about a Sequal.
This is a great story and Of Course Beautiful images, though some are used in Vollyball I noticed, but
I suppose that happens everywhere as only a certain amount are around.
I ended up with Alex, who as you find out, has an issue and it is up to you how you react to her as
to what happens.
Grace is the One you come across alot, she is a really nice girl, but clumsy and I will do her route

The game is fine. The writing is kinda meh, 5 romance interests 2 I would consider good, 1 okay, one is okayisch on account that I assume some people are okay with forgiving cheaters and one was pure trash. Sometimes choices I never made seemed to have been taken into account. A lot of the time you don’t get to see everything as your character seems to know stuff you never experienced making it all feel way too rushed. Buy it on a sale of like 70% or more if you are interested.

When The Night Comes
Before anything, I want to say - Gideon Emery (Finn’s voice actor)! He is my all time favourite voice actor - Fenris from Dragon Age, Balthier from FF12, Lor’themar Theron from World of Warcraft and many more. I really did not expect to hear his voice, I almost squealed when I heard it! Also, August’s voice actor (Jonah Scott) is AMAZING! I usually don’t like voice acting in indie VNs, but the voices are so good.
Game has a nice sort of mystery plot. It’s nicely written, doesn’t get boring and keeps you wanting to find out how it ends. Also the “bad ending” paths are well done.

I give this VN 7.5/10
Pros: Beautiful character creations (especially Ezra, he’s unique, breathtaking witch)
Lovely voices (Finn, Erza, Alkar, August), although, Omen' voice seem a little off
Have a lot of romance options. When you officially engage in one romance route, things seem more focus, I like it better than dilly dally between them all in the initiation.
Full well spoiled by the end game and 3 mini stories after.
There are more missing parts make you want to play anew, and those beautiful galleries sure help make it interesting.

Winning Love by Daylight [Ep 1 Demo]
In all honesty for a two person project (coding\story\writing and artist) it’s pretty good. The character designs and personalities are interesting and some character powers are pretty unique. Like (spoilers) but someone being a siren was in my opinion a pretty under appreciated thing, and being able to sing people to sleep is pretty interesting. though my main gripe is in certain story skips and dialouge. Like for example, the protagonist is told in a huge moment of exposition that shit is wack and the world might end and that he/she/they might have powers. thing is somehow everyone else in the story knows this later on. Without the protagonist ever explaining that to them. there are also times where the dialouge is akward at point but i think that adds to the charm of it. Like characters are all highschoolers, it makes sense that sometimes the conversations are kinda stiff and akward cuz that’s how it would actually go in real life. Like if a goth girl who most likely is a fan of arson came up and started talking to you, of course you’d be a bit akward in your speech. But my last two complaints about it are the music and facial expressions. In all honesty, the music is terrible, it’s better than that royalty free ukelele from hell but im sure theres other stuff out there you can use without copyright. mainly the music I’m talking about here is the resting abd casual time music, it’s a weird mix of meowing and beeps and i often found myself turning the music all the way off and playing my own mix. And the complaint i have abnout the expressions is later on in the story, i don’t have any complaints about reused assets especially in visual novels, but (spoilers ahead here) maybe after a character like willow loses a loved one maybe don’t show a kind of ‘meh’ face when what she feels is true sorrow. You see that sorrow shown later on but my point still stands. other than those (admitibly small things for a game made by two people with one doing most of the heavy lifting) I think it’s a great game and absolutely my new fav comfort game. good work on the game guys hope you get episode two out soon :)

This is overall an ok experience. I’ve only played through it once and it’s not really that long but there are a lot of different choices and I assume tons of backstories to discover. The characters are overall pleasant to talk to but the story doesn’t really come together well. It feels as if every choice somehow expects me to have taken all the previous options as to create a more authentic group feeling from knowing the characters. That is to say, a lot of characters I hadn’t interacted with were friendly to me and I to them and I even knew their secret or something at times. This made no sense from what I had played. Usually visual novels circumvent this by having routes and a long intro section as to establish a backstory. This is not the case here at all and the game has tons of choices early on. I would assume that at least the first one is just for flavour but overall it starts too early for meaningful ones or doesn’t incorporate the choices made on future events. Another big problem I had was figuring out how fantastical the setting is. From the start I was expecting a normal world setting with abnormal characters but later on it seemed that supernatural phenomenons were actually canon and well known. This was quite a jarring switch for me and I couldn’t really figure out if the early events were just not the kind of abnormal people were used to or if the setting was inconsistent. The plot later on felt really quite weird but I was imagining some kind of child detective setting and therefore not as unusual for this group or something, even if I wasn’t even aware how close they were. Overall it felt like I was supposed to have read the web comic or played out each choice to be eased in. The story itself felt quite unengaging and frankly unrealistic from my point of view. The only truly engaging part was just at the end of the demo, which was too late. Apart from that, the art looked quite good but there were tons of small problems, some weird lines in some character’s drawings, some really rough edges on objects, a character’s art was extremely blurry and the way side character’s were displayed was inconsistent and the distance to the camera was very different to the main cast’s. Also there was a clock which was quite wide. There also was a night sky picture that certainly didn’t seem drawn and was fairly low quality. There was a rain scene in which the rain drops' position resetted on the next text box. I’m looking forward to how the finished release will be.

Call Me Under
Dive into the 1950s and explore an eldritch-horror-infested world soaked in dark magic, mystery, and romance. Call Me Under takes place in the mysterious underwater city of Styx, a haven inhabited by humans, sirens, and a host of unknown otherworldly entities.
Play as a choice of two different faceless protagonists from The Surface seeking to leave their past behind and start fresh in a new city, even if it is one only rumored to exist at the bottom of the ocean. They do say there’s nothing like a clean slate…
But maybe not if you find yourself thrown into the middle of a brewing fight between the Shadows and the Light; two ancient, otherworldly entities embroiled in a centuries-long battle for power.
Our two demos (demo two can be found on lunarisgames.itch.io/callmeunder) ) are a very early example of what you will see in the final game, with many elements and features still a work in progress. We created this preview with the intent of introducing you to the characters and giving you a peek into the world of Styx, and we look forward to bringing you an incredible game when completed! Chair F*cking Simulator
Erotic. Sublime. A wonderful experience with which to pass the time.
Chair Fcking Simulator, henceforth known as CFS offers a unique outlook into the lifestyle of sxually uninhibited, potato shaped being. Browsing through profiles on postcards, Potato-Like Man picks one perfect and sexy piece of furniture with which to do the deed.
Friends, let me tell you that I’d been quivering with anticipation up to this point but when the actual act began, ohhh, what art. Potato-man slams his vegetable groin into a variety of sultry seats. Thus far, my most beloved memory was Potato grinding his shapely buttocks (You can do that too in case you don’t feel especially thrusty) into a spitting image of Ol' Sparky complete with blue electric light.

Absolutely my favorite experience that I have ever had with any f**king sim.
Graphics:
The graphics are pretty stellar for a game about chair… buffing. Your character really gives off the vibes that they are the last thing alive in the immersive world, but we’ll get to setting in a moment. Overall, 7/10 in graphics. Great, but I don’t necessarily feel like I’m buffing a chair.
Story:
The story is barebones, if there at all, but you can grasp the rough points:
*You are the last living thing that isn’t a chair
