Warning: Ignore ALL troll reviews that will downvote this game just because it’s missing X-Men and Fantastic 4. If you’re going to read a review, it should be from someone who isn’t stuck on the characters that are missing but the quality of content and the actual experience the game provides.
▪How many hours does my hard-earned cash get me?
If you played the first game, you probably know that it easily gave you 40-100 hours worth of stuff to do. I’m happy to say that this game goves you 120-200 hours worth of stuff if you want to 100% the game. The game basically has twice the content of the first game.

Not quite Secret Wars, but this’ll do
This is a fine entry in the long running series of Lego games which serve dual purposes. On one hand, the Lego games are easy pick up and play action games that can really be enjoyed by any age, from little kids to grown ups. On the other hand, the main franchise from Traveler’s Tales also serves as fanfare for a number of intellectual properties, ranging from DC comics to Jurassic Park to Star Wars, and more. And of course, Marvel comics.
This entry is stacked. With a roster of over 230 characters in the base game to unlock, and an additional 60+ characters with the DLC added, there is bound to be some superheroes and villains in this game that might pique even the most jaded Marvel fanboys interest.

LEGO® Batman™ 3: Beyond Gotham
Although not the best of the Batman series (I believe the first one cannot be beat), this is pretty enjoyable.
Things I like
-
Character Roster. The roster has a lot of variety and plenty of people to chose from. I feel though maybe taking out some of the generic lanterns and putting more iconic lanterns instead as rewards would’ve been cooler.

ADAM WEST. Probably my favorite part, I really liked thses rescue missions and the special mission. These are the very deffinition of charming.
-Flying. The controls are a definite improvement over the last one, at least the one on the Wii (aka take this with a grain of salt)

As I write this review the Arrow DLC still has yet to drop so I’m basing this on having 100% this game with the current three dlcs out with the season pass. First and foremost let me say how much I hated the storyline in this game. For me it was the worst of all the lego games I’ve played (the other Batmans, Harry Potter, Marvel, Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lego Movie). I will admit my biggest problem is that I’m not a big DC person. I only like a few characters and Batman is one of them so when I buy a game called Lego Batman I expect the storyline to be promeniently about Batman. This wasn’t that. This was Lego Green Lantern or Lego DC Universe but it wasn’t Lego Batman. I realize that they probably called it that to make more money but it really irks me. Don’t get me wrong I still had fun with the game, as I do with all the lego games. I was just really looking forward to a batman centric story. That being said I did not run into as many glitches as others have complained about. I also played this game with the XBOX wired controller for Windows and never had a single problem with the controls as some other people have said. The controller worked fine for me and I played all nearly 70 hours with it.

LEGO® MARVEL’s Avengers
Let me just put it this way:
This and LEGO(R) MARVEL Superheroes are two equal and opposite sides of the same coin.
One is open city play Manhattan. One is open PLANET play Earth, plus a piece of the Nine Realms thrown in for fun.
One is utterly Original Story, with all the Classic Characters LEGO-ified from the Fantastic Four to Deadpool, the other is Carbon-Copy of the Cinematic Universe.
It Includes as much of the Netflix and ABC shows as possible while neglecting some obvious things from the previous game including the lack of return of even Deadpool Red Bricks, which is super obviously due to this game being prepared before everything was finalized for MARVEL to be allowed to make Deadpool and get Spider-Man into Civil War. Yes, this game is a MARVEL game with no Spider-Man, but with a team of ‘Defenders’ that includes neither Namor, Hulk, nor Doctor Strange.

First things first. DEADPOOL ISN’T IN IT. GET OVER IT. DOWNLOAD ONE OF THE VARIOUS MODS TO GET HIM IN GAME AND MOVE ON. The reasons why. Marvel Studios doesn’t have the right to Deadpool and Spider-man’s rights were still up in the air at the time of development for this game. Ergo no Deadpool. The End. Get some ice-cream to help get over it. But Spidey’s DLC is a thank you to the players of Lego Marvel’s Avengers so FREE Spidey DLC. And even though it was free for PlayStation, a couple of bucks for the Civil War pack is absolutely fine

LEGO® Batman™: The Videogame
Literally a masterpiece. Played the hell out of it on playstation 2. i love going through the story as batman and robin for it to switch at the midway point and do everything again but from the villains POV. Love it. the game will always have a special place.
BUT the PC port is laughable, heaps of gamebreaking bugs and you have to play with VSync on as it effects jumping.
The soundtrack is godtier and it never fails to give me goosebumps.

LEGO® DC Super-Villains
One of the best lego games I’ve played in years. This game has it all. A spectacular customizer that’s only limited by your imagination, really fun characters to play as, and easily the best story campaign out of any lego game ever made. With fantastic performances from Mark Hamill, Clancy Brown, and more recognizable DC voice actors who reprise their roles from their previous work on other DC animated shows. Plus, this campaign has some of the best level design out of any lego game as well, with many of them having puzzles and challenges that aren’t super hard but aren’t super easy either. It makes a perfect balance that makes the game so accessible to anybody.

Lego DC Super Villains is essentially Traveller’s Tales' very own original adaptation of the Forever Evil DC Comics storyline. Featuring the Injustice League, League Of Doom, Justice League and a couple surprises. This is the first Lego game all about the bad guys, so this is NOT Lego Batman 4, nor is it meant to replace it. This is more of an evolution of the Villains level section in the very first Lego Batman game, and that is a good thing for many reasons.
If you’re familiar with Lego games, you probably already know that every Lego game has something that sets it apart from other Lego games. Lego DC Super Villains goes a bit further with this though. So… What exactly is different this time around?

LEGO® Batman™ 2: DC Super Heroes
So, I do recommend this game, because it’s wicked fun, especially with two players, but it does have some problems.
I got this game because I’m really into Batman, and I wanted to try to get my 7 year old daughter into it too. I was playing Batman: Arkham City with her, but my wife found out about it, and she was not happy. So, we agreed that this way more kid-friendly game was probably a good compromise. And it is pretty kid-friendly as far as content goes. The characters are fun, and building LEGO stuff in-game to make vehicles and such is a blast. As far as my goal of getting my daughter into Batman, it worked like a charm, and now we’re watching the movies and TV shows, and as soon as she can read I will start getting her some of the old comics. So there’s that.

If you played the first Lego batman and you liked it then you will definitely love this.
Lego batman 2 improves upon its predecessor in every aspect: you got now voice acting, some of the old suits are combined and there are also new suits for Batman and Robin, more characters to play with including Superman and other Justice League Lego characters, super powers.
The storyline is surprisingly good and even though I was skeptic about the Lego character having a voice, I was impressed by the good voice acting which added to the story.

LEGO® The Incredibles
It’s common for the average gamer to see a game and automatically dismiss it because it’s based off the film/films but LEGO games have always proved that their movie based games are great and possess lots of unlockables and repayability. If you are familiar with LEGO games, you know that every game has some features which drastically set it apart from one another. Tt games is always trying to raise the bar, LEGO The Incredibles is no excpetion.
What’s different? What separates this game from past LEGO games?

I actually recommended this game in a review a while ago, but I eventually decided to give it the thumbs down. Not because of the gameplay itself, cause the gameplay is fun, but just because the game itself is too short. Lego games made after movies really should have a minimum of 3 movies in it, a trilogy, or it’s too short. For instance, Lego Star Wars has all 6 (and 7), Lego Jurassic World has all 4 movies. I had a feeling this one would be short, because there’s only 2 Incredible movies, but I love the first Incredible movie, and have been waiting for the Lego game, so I decided to give this one a try. It was good, and I kinda liked it at the start, but after a year of owning it, it’s not one of the best Lego games.
