Happy Bones
Happy Bones is like a beautiful fever dream that continued to surprise me and simultaneously disgust me all the way through.
You won’t forget this game for sure, I’ve never played anything quite like it!

Doom & Destiny Worlds
Was a huge fan of the first two games, so I was excited about diving into the world of Do&De again. Crafting games aren’t normally my favorite, but this one keeps things simple enough that I can manage (no hunger/thirst meters, THANK YOU), I’m also not a fan of item deterioration, but it makes sense with the crafting. so far I’ve explored 11 different islands. the puzzles are pretty straighforward so far, but the crafting really drags out progressing the story, especially when your weapons and armor break and you have to make new ones.

Doom & Destiny Worlds third part from the D&D series. In this part we will find a completely new approach to the game. First of all, an open world which is very large. Many of different islands with challenges and lot of strange monsters to defeat. Crafting is also new thing. You can create all your equipment. Lots of weird potions to kick up your nerds. Being able to build and destroy almost anything. Simply a wonderful adventure for hours. Just Gigawesome game! I also recommend the previous parts which are just as great as this one. I already have, and you?

Survival on Amazonia
This is a game that strongly reminds me of the game; Leviathan : A survival RPG. One thing that separates this game aside from the male protagonist is there is no annoying ‘running against the clock’ element. One thing you need to know here is that you need to have the uncensored patch installed to get the full experience of the game, otherwise, the game will be rendered bland without the necessary ‘spice’ to break the monotony of the grind.
Just like Leviathan, the difficulty curve tends to get pretty high early on as long as you know who to pick your fight with. Slow and steady grind is the recommended approach here since some foes can party wipe you in less than 3 turns if you just fight haphazardly.

Full Disclosure: I am a Patreon supporter and have played the game from the demo.
Uncensored Patch is available on their Patreon, Noxurtica.
Gameplay: It’s fun, the story is engaging, and the dialog is decent, but I wouldn’t play it without the uncensored patch. Survival aspect is interesting at first, but it isn’t really comparable to real survival games like The Forest or Minecraft. You still get to upgrade your base and craft stuff, so that’s cool. The combat is pretty mediocre, but there isn’t any grind and it’s reasonably difficult. Overall, it’s a decent game. I do think it could have been more fleshed out with character development and stuff like that, but other than that, it’s a game worth playing.

Zanki Zero: Last Beginning
Zanki Zero: Last Beginning is what happens when you put a visual novel, dungeon crawler, RPG mechanics, survival elements, and base building into one unique experience. After spending all this time on this game I can safely give this a recommend, however due to the unique nature of the game it won’t appeal to everyone.
The gameplay, especially combat, is one of the things that definitely will not appeal to everyone. Combat is in real time and relatively simplistic, which can make the gameplay segments of the game feel like a slog or just filler between bits of interesting story. Further into the game gives more variety to combat but for the most part you’ll be using melee attacks and charged attacks to break parts off of enemies while dodging attacks. For me, I was initially turned off by the combat but I did eventually get used to it and enjoyed it but I would highly suggest watching gameplay of the combat or (if you have a PS4) playing the demo. There are five difficulty levels in the game (I - III available initially, then IV - V are unlocked later) that scale the difficulty of combat and the survival elements of the game. Difficulty I gets rid of all enemies in dungeons and lets you one shot bosses while Difficulty V will provide a significant boost to the amount of enemies and their stats in the dungeons while providing better loot so the game does provides the option to just enjoy the story or give yourself a challenge.

Wow. Just… Wow.
I have a lot to say about this game, and 98% of it is amazing praise. Let’s jump right into it.
Let’s start with the story!
Zanki Zero: Last Beginning draws you into the story shockingly fast. From meeting your fellow party members and learning the truth behind the strange, metallic X-Keys on your stomachs, to discovering each heart-wrenching plot twist and back story, you won’t want to take a break, except to process and maybe cry a bit, something I possibly… maybe… DEFINITELY had to do. I can’t think of a single moment where the story lulled behind, and the second half of the game finds more ways to invest your attention.

The Art of a Beautiful Game!
Why would you want to consume healing water, while you can eat martabak to get same effect.
My Table Review :

| Art/graphic |
The art is beautiful, I like the visual novel art. The color palette is great, the character have good sprite. but not for the map thou, not gonna lie it’s a rpg maker games so you get what you expected from rpg maker game. is the asset. I think a little bit edit with the asset like adding same color pallete will make the game more polish or balance. btw the sprite have lack of emotion im gonna tell it on story tab. overall the graphic is great.

OK, just finished the 2nd Assault (my real playtime was just over 8 hours long).
The differences between the 1st part and this:
a) More VN, you can’t run around town any longer, it is just a picture and you chose your destination.
b) A small crafting system…nothing you’ll use often because the item you’ll find and/or buy are better.
c) A few bugs, nothing gamebraking….you visit the Inn at the harbour and wake up at the Inn in the city.
d) Not much content, and some of them recycled from the 1st game. Level cup is now 40 and you’ll get there long before the end.

Mastering their surroundings and choosing to help a land riddled with fear, they must reclaim the pendant before its lost for good and maybe then, Taujh will finally know who he is. ESCAPE Room: Reality
I actually quite enjoyed the game.
It’s an RPG maker game (yes, i know. No shit sherlock) and it was developed by an indie developer… Additionally I am a big fan of puzzle games and such stuff which caused me to try this game.
I had no problems solving the puzzles in the early game. Some puzzles are innovative and interesting. Not every puzzle is though (i speak to you: Lights Puzzle), but most of them are. Every game has some weak puzzles. Every puzzle can be figured out logically which makes it fun to progress and proceed through the rooms. The game also has different paths you can take and different endings you can get. Saving, loading and such stuff is no problem, you can do that anytime before important choices.

Enjoyed the game very much. Not usually fond of puzzle games but I did try the real escape rooms before and really enjoyed that.
The story is interesting, especially after about halfway through. There are 2 different routes and after doing all the endings my favorite has to be the Escaped route and makes me think there will be more coming. Am I right?
The puzzles are mostly ok. There are hints that help you, and also a guide when you’re stuck so it’s really good since you will never be stuck.

Leviathan ~A Survival RPG~
I’ve been playing a lot of these adults only RPGs lately, and I feel like most of them are really lacking challenge. I mean, I get that the lewd stuffs are the main selling point for games like this, but I wish the gameplay part also needs to have decent amount of challenge to keep it interesting.
This is one of the few ones in this genre that I found to have just a right amount of challenge to keep me interested in the game while searching for the next naughty bits to enjoy.
The game felt pretty overwhelming at first, but eventually once I got the hang of it, I found myself quite immersed in it. The game’s main strategy lies in planning out which items to gather, which monsters to hunt, and then try to return to the safe point while keeping the character alive. It’s definitely not for the impatient types, but I for one found this one engrossing enough to keep trucking along.

THE GAME
MECHANICS
Leviathan plays like a regular RPG Maker game, but tweaked for survival gameplay. You’ll need to manage your hunger, thirst, sleep and (optional) bladder, otherwise you’ll die. And dying – either from hunger or combat – most of the times means instant game over.

Ni no Kuni™ II: Revenant Kingdom
TL;DR
A nice JRPG with a lot of charm, but lacking polish and a coherent narrative. Every good thing is half-baked, but the longer you play, the more the bad stuff catches up.
The Elephant in the Room
Ni No Kuni 2 Revenant Kingdom is still being made by Level 5, but Ghibli was not involved in any kind of way anymore. This means that a lot of the magic was lost in comparison and if I had to compare this game with something I already knew:
The Tales of series comes really close, even the battle system is somewhat similar. This makes Ni No Kuni 2 a lot more generic and takes away from the identity that the first game had. Despite sounding harsh I want to stress that Ni No Kuni 2 is still really presentable and feels more like a Dragon Quest game that captures you with it’s vibrant world, goofy characters and stories , making it a lot more traditional.

In life, as in tennis, there are forced and unforced errors. Some mistakes we can’t help because the situation we were put in was too complex to begin with, others are soley the result of our bad judgement. In a game that does something truly unique or ambitious, forced errors can be forgiven readily, unforced ones not so much. Ni No Kuni 2 is a game of a lot of (minor) forced errors and few (but noticeable) unforced ones.
Games are hard to make. They take a lot of time and money, and sometimes smaller studios, willing or not, take on projects that are a bit bigger than they can handle. To Level 5’s credit, they chose to allocate their resources correctly. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the low number of unique monsters and the repetitive content of some of the sidequests, but what I think is important is that all
! 100 of the recruitable citizens have two unique models (one for towns, one for the overworld map), a wonderful hand-drawn portrait for menu screens, their own descriptions, personalities, and attributes for what they are best at in the kingdom development simulation. A large number of the citizens you recruit pull double duty as unit commanders for the skirmish game mode, in which they all have a unique passive skill, active skills which they only share with a couple other units, and voice lines for defeating enemy officers. Would I prefer more enemy types? Yes. But if resouces had to be allocated unevenly in this game about making friends and building communities, better they be weighted towards friends than enemies.
