I dont play stealth games often but this was actually not that bad. Apart from the gore it has. The enemies AI walk into thier own traps HAHA probably the most funny thing about this game I would say you should probably buy this when its on discount otherwise there are better games. Good game. Needs more Updates and Levels

Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood

This game… man this game…

The first time I played this game was when I was like 10. For that era, it had the most beatiful graphics i’ve ever seen in any videogame.

The gameplay can be portrayed as a perfect combination of Age of Empires + Paint. Yeah, not kidding. You actually play the game as if it was AoE and when you get into a fight, you draw shit with your mouse to attack. If you draw an inverted & you make an attack that takes time but is sure to fuck up the enemy, but it also takes all your stamina, leaving you defenseless for like 3 seconds.

Cyber Knights: Flashpoint

Cyber Knights: Flashpoint

Explore the dystopian cyberpunk future of 2231 as you command a company of shadow mercenaries working for the highest bidder. Cyber Knights wraps a world full of consequential story choices and significant character development around a rich core of classic and new mechanics. The game combines tactical elements like stealth, hacking and tense combat with strategic features like base building, contact management and in-depth squad customization. Cyber Knights invites you to jack in and explore a unique cyberpunk world and the immersive, human stories of your merc team in the dark future of 2231.

  • Turn-based Tactics: Deep and tactical gameplay using a turn-based, gridless third-person combat simulator. Cover! Overwatch! Recoil!

  • Dynamic Cyberpunk Story: Unique interwoven narrative with depth, meaningful player choices and hundreds of hours of gameplay. Create your own story reminiscent of pen and paper cyberpunk RPGs

  • Sophisticated Missions: Combine stealth, hacking and combat across multi-stage missions. Gain pre-mission advantages from Contacts

  • Endless Builds: Experiment with endless combos of Jobs, cyberware, weapons and gadgets to build the perfect team

  • Evolving Characters: Your team evolves as the story, your choices and battle leave lasting wounds, add Traits and threaten to strip their humanity

  • Safehouse Base Building: Construct a custom safehouse and upgrade rooms such as weapon shop, hund kennel and medical bay.

Cyber Knights strikes a unique tone with a futuristic setting that has passed through the messy near-future to arrive at dystopian 2231. Man-made environmental disasters have ravaged our biosphere. Artificial consciousness has been created, subsequently murdered, and then strictly outlawed at a global level. Megacorporate colonies and research stations dot the solar system from Venus to Jupiter. Quantum computing has radically altered the digital landscape and the very meaning of privacy and digital security.

The game’s threaded stories originate from both inside and outside your team – weaving together threads from your hired mercenaries, criminal connections and history that just won’t die. These stories operate on three interconnected and at times overlapping levels – personal stories (your team), contact stories (your employers) and event stories (city-wide).

And every choice you make and mission you run will impact your character’s permanent Traits, changing them in both subtle and big ways. Their stories and your choices combine to create a unique narrative for every game, every Knight and every team.

The second game our studio created, Cyber Knights RPG, took hundreds of thousands of gamers on an gritty cyberpunk roller-coaster, trying to get rich or go down shooting. The classic Cyber Knights has always had a huge following within our community and we are xcited to come back to the world and stories we started creating there so many years ago with an all new game, Cyber Knights: Flashpoint.

We’re weaving together the genre’s classic themes with the unique setting and history of Cyber Knights to create some of the most cutting, gripping and human stories we’ve ever told. Betrayal, sacrifice, trading away humanity for an advantage, living fast and dying young, revenge and testing the bonds of friendship and trust – it’s all here under the New Boston dome.

Thank you to the developers of 7 The Days Long Gone,IMGN.PRO and Fool’s Theory, for creating a new exciting world for me to escape, explore and enjoy.

7TDLG is one of the oddest games i have played in a while. Some nights i couldn’t stop playing, other nights i couldn’t get started. Its this mixed feeling i had playing which represents my feelings towards the game experience. It’s a game of highs and lows, but one that has me excited for the DLC and another new IPs future that is just getting started.

TL;DR:

If you are a fan of stealth and ARPG and this game is on sale, do get it and give it a shot.

Despite its obvious flaws, the game has a certain combination of gameplay elements that I haven’t found in another game yet. And this has left me wanting for a better version of this game. Seven had great potential which was clearly left underutilised by the developers but it is still worth a shot considering the fact that the sale price is great.

The Stone of Madness

The Stone of Madness

The Stone of Madness is a hardcore real-time tactics and stealth game set in a Spanish madhouse in the late 18th century. Located in the Pyrenees, a timeworn Jesuit monastery is home both to a madhouse and an inquisitorial prison. Five mysterious characters have been imprisoned between its walls under different pretenses. Plagued by cruel punishment, madness and despair, they will soon devise a plan to escape this place.

Escape the Madness

Using an isometric perspective take and alternate control of your characters and aid their escape. Depending on how you play, their sanity will deteriorate, gaining them a “Stone of Madness” and triggering new disabilities and negative effects such as paranoia, dementia or bouts of violence.

Explore your surroundings, find clues and tools to help you achieve your goal. Be careful though, if you’re caught being somewhere you shouldn’t be the guards will not be kind…

Character Progression & Regression

We all have our strengths and weaknesses and our heroes are no different. Each character starts with various traumas and phobias. Depending on how you play, their sanity will deteriorate, gaining them a “Stone of Madness” and triggering new disabilities and negative effects such as paranoia, dementia or bouts of violence. This in turn increases the game’s difficulty. Characters can also unlock positive skills or reverse the negative effects on their sanity by finding “Stones of Clarity” which are scattered throughout the monastery. Some actions may exacerbate phobias and other mental conditions or even trigger new conditions to develop.

Discover the Secrets of the Monastery

Choose from several different escape plans to execute, each with its own stories, objectives, special characters and other surprises. While exploring the monastery you may come across items or clues that can aid different escape plans or future attempts. These items can unlock new content for your future play-through’s.

You have no memory of this place…

Each new game generates a different monastery thanks to a semi-procedural system. Everything from the monastery lay-out to item location is variable making each play session as fresh as the first.

Day/Night Cycle

Time is continuous in The Stone of Madness; Day & Night phases are split with actions to complete during the day and preparation activities (healing/crafting/resting) at night. Most actions can be completed during the day while others, are better done at night with fewer eyes watching. But there are reasons you should not go prowling at night…

Stunning and Original Artwork

The Stone of Madness' visuals are heavily inspired by 18th century artist, Francisco De Goya. Everything from scenery, to clothes and even character faces are influenced by De Goya’s works. Combining his styles with our artist team’s sketching and animation has resulted in numerous hand-painted scenes and hundreds of traditional-style animations that is both eye-catching and enhances the isometric-perspective The Stone of Madness uses.

Features Overview

  • Master Tactician– Plan and execute your escape in real-time, utilize each characters’ unique abilities and escape the Monastery.

  • The Prisoners – Play as five unique and flawed characters, discover why each has imprisoned.

  • Secrets of the Monastery - Explore the monastery and you may come across items or clues to unlock new content for future play-through’s.

  • Character Progression/Regression – Each character has special skills and unique flaws that can help or hinder or progress.

  • Endless Escapes - There are multiple escape plans to attempt by exploring the monastery. The monastery map also changes with each play-through, moving key and items to other locations.

  • Stunning and Original Art - Exquisite hand-painted and original works inspired by 18th century artist, Francisco De Goya

The Stone of Madness takes inspiration from;

  • Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun

  • Desperados 3

  • Broken Lines

If you like graffiti and puzzle games probably you are going to like this game! It has nice puzzles with various mechanics that gives you the feeling of a real illegal graffiti experience.. Its kind of bad that it doesnt have a lot of puzzles.. The graffiti part now its surely a fun experience ( i spend more time on the piece than the puzzle lel ) but it surely needs some improvements cause painting with a mouse isnt the easiest thing.. I believe its a good game for its price and i hope they add more content later..

Really enjoyed playing through Binger Ninja!

I love the aesthetics of the game as well as the tongue in cheek humour. The music and visuals really do make you feel as though you are back playing a game boy game.

Seems like the developers have really hit the niche that they were going for which translates to a fun game :)

So, you’ve read the description of the game and now you’re here looking for the truth. Watch the video posted above, it’ll give you an intro to the game, gameplay and my thoughts on the game.

Binger Ninja is an interesting oddity in the sense that has way too many mechanics, charm and clarity to be only $1 (USD). I was not expecting so many polished systems, driving narrative and fun gameplay. Do you fancy yourself a ninja? What to crawl through vents and hide behind plants? Do you enjoy attacking people unmercifully with food? Are you hungry right now? A simple yes to any of these questions tells me that Binger Ninja is the game for you. Pick it up now and tell your friends as well.

This game is frustratingly buggy. I love the original and I have tried to look past the bugs of the remaster because, overall, it’s still a good game. the number of bugs seems to keep growing. They fix one, but introduce multiple other ones. This game deserves a “if you really liked the original” handwave icon. It’s definitely a weak yes, but it’s also still good enough to not be a no – because of the original.

The most recent patch did not fix my save game (so I begrudgingly started the level over), but it did allow me to complete the game. However, now the game sometimes locks up when viewing the Bonus book screen (before opening it) and gets stuck with the inventory windows open – the first requiring a full game restart and the second only requiring a reload.

I’m fine with buying the game. But, the developers also made the decision to remove the bad-guy symbols (like the swastika, or the Japanese flag); in a game where you play as the people fighting against the bad guys. “Not buying the game” is an absence of a signal, whereas “thumbs down” is a better signal of disagreement with the artistic decision than if I just left +1 on a thread.

Several of the negative (and positive) reviews of the game frown on the removal of ‘political symbols’. Which would indicate a community disapproval, if it weren’t for:

I LOVED the original…Then I played this! The original now sits in that nostalgic corner of my gaming brain never to be played again just thought about with fond memories because when you play the original you’ll be thinking of this!. Well worth every penny and more. I lost two and a half hours on one mission that only felt like half an hour, I also managed to burn my dinner in the process! Ha. The achievements are a very nice touch that gives the game some longevity….Speed running might be a bridge too far for me though! The only negative thing about this game is you get to the end eventually and you’ll want more!. Note to Mimimi…Please take my money and make more content….(pretty please).

Patchman vs. Red Circles

The game is a little hidden gem, especially if you like some shrouded mysteries with

! dystopian theme. Despite it, while the game is funny and suitable to all ages, don’t mistake it for your usual casual game! It actually have more in common with Super Meat Boy with some levels being ridiculously hard, especially later down the road. Sure, it is beatable, but if you crank the difficulty to hard or aim for some achievements, some levels will get you annoyed until you finally beat it ;).

I took a chance on this one, which popped up in my discovery queue. I can now say it’s my favorite game in the “stealth farming” genre, and I can recommend it to those who are looking for something weird and endearing. The graphics style reminds me of good old DOS games or early Windows 95 ones such as Lemmings Paintball. The soundtrack is excellently chosen to complement the style.

If you’re put off by stories about freeing the brainwashed masses, ones named “Sheeple” for that matter, I wouldn’t worry about it. This game doesn’t hit you over the head with some obnoxious message along those lines. Instead it draws you in and charms you, taking the timeless values of care for the environment, healthy eating, and not being controlled by the media or machines, and presents them in the most playful way. This game makes me want to eat more oranges.
