Game Theory At Christmas
✱This game requires internet to play normally
✱The English of this game is made with Google Translate. My apologies.
In order to participate in the game competition, let’s make a game with the theme of Game Theory. Originally thought so, but due to various complicated reasons. In the end it became a spoof game.
Because the game operation method is very intuitive and simple, I won’t introduce it here.
The game contains a total of six non-zero sum games:
1. Guess the mean 2/3
Enter a number from 0 to 100 .The one who enters the number closest to the average 2/3 of all people’s numbers will get 1,000 coins.
2. Dollar auction
Enter a price of 0~1000 to bid for some coins. The person who bid the highest price wins the bid, but everyone has to pay their bid.
3. Traveler’s dilemma
Enter a number from 0 to 2,000 coins. The one who enters the smallest number will get the same amount of money.
4. Prisoner’s dilemma
All members cooperate, all get 1,000 coins, one betray, traitors get 500 coins, plural betray, all lose 500 coins.
5. Free rider problem
Choose ignore or resist, ignore loss of 300 coins, resist loss of 1,000 coin and terminate the round.
6. Ultimatum Game
Enter 0~500 twice to decide how much money distributed to others. If someone refuses to distribute, you will lose 1,000 coins.
The game will revolve around the above game. The accumulated star coins or snow coins can be used to upgrade characters. Each character can have different effects according to the level. Only by fulfilling the conditions of the level can you advance the plot, so you need to adopt a strategy that can meet the conditions of the level without losing too many star coins and snow coins.
Some levels require the character to reach a certain level to pass the level, so when you are stuck in a level, you can replay the previous level and accumulate star coins to upgrade your character.

Frog’s Princess
great game, very emotional plot made me cry. ive been depressed for days after finishing this game :(
very well made 10/10 made me laugh a lot too :)
– Real player with 14.2 hrs in game
After a troubled launch whereby promised features didn’t work (Text To Speech) meant I, as someone who is visually impaired, coild not use the game. Navigation was impossible.
Finally the issue is resolved and I can finally check out the game.
A game aimed squarely at the younger market telling a tale from both sides of the story. Text To Speech mean the menues are now accessible and the story is fully voiced. Some of the recordings were quieter than others, but overall a reasonable production.

The Hurt in Secret
Game Info
“The Hurt in Secret” is a visual novel game adapted from true events. Players play the role of a practice teacher with high hopes, and experience the daily life of teachers on campus. At the beginning, players thought they could fulfill the dream of being a teacher. To their surprise, they will accidentally be involved in a troublesome case. As the story progresses , players will face difficult choices and based on every dialogue they choose will affect greatly to the ending of the story. Through playing this game, players can gradually understand what a teacher’s life is like besides teaching. In addition, the players may realize that whether or not they can be the ideal teacher as they wish.
Social Realistic style of Educational Situational Game
“The Hurt in Secret” is different from games full of romantic imagination about campus life or games that accompany students to grow together through games. The style of this game can be said to be too realistic and straight forward to a bit dull. Nevertheless, it pinpoints precisely to all kinds of dilemmas which teachers are dealing with throughout their teaching career. The background of the story is set at the teacher training internship which was practiced by the Teacher Education Act in Taiwan after 2002.The plot of the game is extracted from campus bullying cases that have occurred in recent years. Players will act as a senior student who is participating in the teacher training program. In the game, players have to make decisions based on various limited information that may affect the student’s future and meanwhile the results of their choice may also affect their future teaching career. However, while facing children’s powerlessness, parents' complaints, colleagues' attention, media’s misinterpretation, and senior teachers' high expectations, “choosing” has become a very difficult task.
Players Feedback
A teacher with a counseling profession said: “The length of the game doesn’t last long. The time of the game is about the same as the time I hesitated between each choice while playing with it.”
A current high school teacher, who was formerly a psychological counselor said: “ All practice teachers have to play this game at least once, so they can relate authentically to what it means to teach at school.”
These tedious and monotonous dialogues are teachers’ daily routine. Each and every of your responses is a vivid portrayal of a personal education view.
Attention from Educational Innovation Entrepreneurs
The Education Innovation Alliance called “R.O.L.E” has provided “online simulation scenarios” for educators across the world since 2019. To solve real cases that occurred at school, the organization came up with impromptuly problems solving practice by using real events. Players who participated in this situational simulation once pointed out several problems it were facing. They once expressed their hope that a PC version could be released, so that even if online interaction is not possible for them, they can still enjoy the game alone at home. As a result, Taiwan’s independent game teams “MaouCat studio” and “MuGeNeon” cooperated with the “R.O.L.E” alliance member “Acrossbeavers” to develop this game, and raised funds for development with “Improvpie” and “ACTAsia”. Through this crossover cooperation, the game will be remade into a PC version.

The Book of Distance
What can I say that hasn’t been said already?
About 30 minutes, not much to “do” but so much to read & feel.
You’ll need a solid 1.5m x 1.5m space to get the full effect.
Ok, enough with the technical stuff…
Such a wonderful VR experience!!! Just wow.
It resonated with me so much, (lens got foggy, something in my eye…both eyes, weird) as I am first generation after my father immigrated to the United States.
He worked very hard & for almost nothing for decades to provide for our family. We were very poor, no Nike’s or name brand stuff but always had food.

This game is a great way to introduce VR to beginners.
Truth be told I did not believe the other review when they said it will make u cry.
The first 3 minutes when i played this the atmosphere just captured my attention and It made me teared up because of the ambient. From the tone of the narrator to his father’s point of view. It got me on edge. Granted there are a few flaws in the game. But from the way The game was made and told You know that the developers wanted to capture the story telling. Making an immersive experience. Keep in mind that this story is a sad one.

Curious Alice
I liked this. Very short, but the price is right.
– Real player with 0.4 hrs in game
A tiny little game made as a part of a V&A gallery on the influence of Alice in Wonderland on art and design. You will finish this between 15-20 mins, but the price reflects that and it is certainly replayable thanks to Kristjana S. Williams’s unique art style and how the VR brings several charming episodes from Lewis Carroll’s fiction to life. There are three scenes, besides the initial tumble down the rabbit hole and the main menu area, involving the rabbit, the cards and the caterpillar. If I had a single complaint it would only be the omission of the tea party.

Dodo Adventures
Explore the past in VR - seek out and save some Dodo eggs, but beware of those eyes peering through the darkness. Somewhat educational, but also somewhat glitchy. Humans ruin everything.
