Was looking for a similar game and saw from the review section I have more hours than the average player and decided I’d chip my two cents.
Officially this is my go-to audiobook game, it keeps enough of my attention that I don’t get bored but it isn’t so demanding that I miss any beats in what I’m listening to. The gameplay loop is simple and as difficult or as easy as you want it to be. You enter a new world, fly as close to objects for as long as possible to build up combos, and eventually glide down to the bottom of the map to enter a new generated world. You can play it safe over a longer period of time to get a high-score, or play super risky looking for tiny gaps to string together for tons of points. If you don’t like the look or layout of a new world you can go through a portal and until you find one you’d enjoy gliding through. You only have the momentum you carry over from gliding so you also need to judge whether you’ll have enough speed before commiting to crossing large areas. Controls are tight, aesthetic is simple and on point. I only played with controller and can’t speak for any other controls. Super-duper under-rated gem, I still have a great time playing and it’s the price of a god damned coffee. If you’re looking for something fun or just something to just unwind to, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

GAMEPLAY
I am using the Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS X Stick and it works out perfectly well. Although there are no presettings for using a Joystick, the setup is pretty quick and easy. You can personalize all buttons very well and thus, I strongly recommend using a joystick or better a HOTAS for the game, which I believe is crucial for the fun factor of the game.
Gameplay feels GREAT. You can literally feel all the properties of the different plane types you are flying and the effects of how you fly. The principle is very easy to learn and becomes more and more challenging, as you fly different random mission from your base (A flying Aircraft carrier). You will have to either destroy enemy bases on the ground in awesome bombing runs or battle bogeys and aces in challenging dogfights with your steadily growing arsenal of all different sorts of weapons. Once you successfully complete a mission and return to your base, a new mission will wait for you. With every mission you complete, your enemies will get stronger and harder to ward off, but if you die once, you will be back at the beginning and have to start all over again. All upgrades you afforded will also be lost.

I have been playing this game since it first went into early access and now that it has been released I can say that it’s not that good. I was hoping that the issues I was having would get fixed up but now that it’s been released I am giving up on that ever happening.
The game isn’t terrible by any stretch of the imagination, I wouldn’t have played 45hrs of it if it was. Rather it has some fundamental design features which mean its just not that fun. This game is a great example of a sound game (a few bugs here and there but nothing game breaking) that falls flat because design choices which encourage unfun play.

Just a tech demo right now, but this has a lot of potential if the dev keeps working on it.

Freedom Flight
Freedom Flight is a relaxing game, where you fly through procedurally generated worlds, collecting energy rings and try to get the best highscore. You need to collect enough rings to get to the next world. In the final game you will also have to search and rescue a friend. This game is made with Unreal Engine 5 and it’s still work in progress, the final version will have more details. The game is based on one of my favourite games: “Superflight”.
Relax and Enjoy
-
Enjoy the flight through beautiful procedurally generated worlds.
-
If you collect enough energy rings you can proceed to the next new environment.
-
Search for parts of your cyborg friend, which got scattered between the worlds.
(More details coming soon)
Hunt and Score
-
Make your experience more intense and start hunting points.
-
If you get closer to the surface you will receive more points, however you will risk to crash.
-
The energy rings give you extra boost, so you can fly up again. Use your energy wisely, because it runs out quickly.
Your highscore will be added to an online leaderboard (if you like), so you can compete with your friends and show them how to fly like a pro!
Gravity in Space
I played it in alpha already, it’s a really good, sometimes tricky game. Fun to play with friends :)

Great game! the physics are amazing, graphics look good, just not that many features. as of now, there aren’t many people playing the multi player, but it’s a blast when there are.

Hypergliders
Hypergliders lets you experience high speed wingsuit action in procedurally generated levels. The controls are very easy to learn and it will only take you a few tries to get the hang of it.
Hypergliders also features:
Combo System:
To collect points, simply fly as close as possible to a wall, collect some gems, fly through waterfalls and birds flocks or try to find all five artifacts spread throughout the level. All this will stack in your trick-combo score and who knows, perhaps it will get you a spot in the global leaderboards.
Multiple Levels:
Besides having infinite procedural level variations, Hypergliders will have multiple environments (such as Cyberpunk City) to glide through. Concept Art:
Local Splitscreen:
Hop on a couch with your friends (or foes) and glide for the win in local split-screen mode and a special battle mode.
Advanced Game Modes:
Try some of the advanced game mode settings to spice things up.
Daily Challenge:
New Day, new Map: Play the same map as the rest of the world and see who’s the leader of the day.
Multiple Inputs supported:
Use controller, keyboard or mouse to steer.
Multiple Views:
Toggle between third and first person view.
Additional Characters:
Orange Cube-Man is not the only character, more cool and cute characters will be unlockable. Do you have ideas for characters? Let us know.
Cross Platform:
Hypergliders is also coming to Xbox, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android and VR.
Free Demo available now:
Try the Demo (with a limited feature set) and tell us in the Steam Forums or our Discord https://discord.com/invite/Rtq7usp what you would like to see next for Hypergliders or where it needs improvement. Thank you.
Air Combat XF
The game itself was gifted to me as a prank. Tried to get all the achievements and got stuck because of a glitch. Reported it and it got fixed. Love seeing such an activity form the dev’s side.
The game itself is quite short but to be honest - it hade some challenging moments which I liked. Worth getting this as a prank, had some fun for a while.

It’s pure adrenaline fun. If you ever wanted to just jump in and shoot stuff, this is it. Minimal mission briefing is all you get as background story unlike the demo for their latest iteration called Massive Air Combat; that one has a pretty nice cutscene and you get to fly a heavier aircraft but since it’s a demo we get to see only one in the 1 mission in the demo.
Considering that it costs me only about 0.6 SGD, it’s a pretty good bang for the buck, pardon the pun. So, it is an arcade flight game and the good thing is; it doesn’t go overboard with the arcade freedom of latitude. Since version 2.2 there were some physics restrictions introduced and gameplay tweaks which makes the game a bit closer to reality and a bit tougher. There is no difficulty setting but if you want an easier time, maybe version 1.0 is the way to go. You can opt for that in the Beta version of the game in the Steam UI.

Angel Flare
Pros:
-
Good art.
-
Decent graphics.
-
It has some fun.
Cons:
-
Gameplay needs improvement. Like a way to evade seeker projectiles without thrusting.
-
Story doesn’t seem too good.
-
It has problem when scrolling the menus (it take too much time to scroll down or scroll up with the mouse wheel), although you can left click and drag to go up and down on the lists.
-
It makes my GPU’s temperature go super high, and I have two NVIDIAs 1070GT.
I give it a 6.5/10.
The gameplay is ok.

FlyInside Flight Simulator
You know, I understand that early access games have issues, and I’m normally okay with it, but that reasoning only goes so far, and anything beyond that is unacceptable, which is a territory where this flight sim is starting to tread. It does show a lot of potential, and the VR is pretty smooth despite the high level of graphical details, but there’s so many really basic things that don’t work at all, or work very poorly that it hardly matters. At least one of the aircraft causes the sim to freeze after 5 minutes, every time, so it’s basically unusable. (This bug has been around for months, and even the most recent update still didn’t fix it.) The Bell 407 has a starter switch that doesn’t work at all, so you can’t do a realistic shutdown and startup. The instrument lights in the 407 cannot be controlled manually, and the last patch broke them so they illuminate during the day, but not at night… and I don’t even know where to start with that bullshit. I mean, really? The GPS units don’t work in any of the aircraft, so you can’t even plot a simple course between airports. You can center the VR view, but you can’t adjust the seat position, and none of the default positions are even close to correct, so the virtual seat or yoke ends up where your legs or chest are. There’s plenty of other things that don’t work and haven’t worked for a LONG time, but I hope you see where I’m going with this.

Fly from point to point and put out fires, repeat this around 100 times. Unlock 2 new choppers and then pass the 2 extra missions.
This is what you see is what you get.
Not worth full asking price (due to little content)
Got this in the bundle on a 85% sale. And so far every game in that bundle have been fun to play:
Would recommend for younger gamers around 5-7 years AND achivement hunters (around 2hours to get 100%)
