64.0
Hi!, I had this game in my wishlist since i saw it in my descovery queue on the 4th or 6th, and I finally got it a little while ago. I must say this game is alot of fun to play, maybe its because im a sucker for good rhythm games but either way I’m full impressed with the outcome. Now there were a few minor nitpicks I had about it:
1: sync,
I’ve only played a little bit of the levels that you get at the start and I noticed that the levels sync very nicely with the songs but I found that sometimes it didnt really sync that well, It’s nothing I cant deal with though.

You don’t realize how long a minute lasts till you play this game.
Music of this game is awesome, it says, when you boot the game up. Yeah, it’s okay, decent. But what is far from awesome is the game itself. 64 does not want you to win, it does not want you to go, it does not know what it wants. I assume the original name comes from giving each color 4 sections, which makes 16, and dividing each section into 4 bars.
What we get in the end is far from this idea. It is not a rhythm game, it tries to be reaction-based game, it ends up being that mixed with memorization of patterns.

Electronic Super Joy 2
This is how you do a game.
I recently finished this game, and it was an amazing experience. It had a smile on my face for all most all of the way. It blows the half baked groove city out of the water and even some parts of the orignial.
Graphics: Not really much to say here, takes the groove city route by adding parallax scrolling. I think it looks more appealing than the last 2. Some things were polshied up, like the stars having smiley faces. Though the 3d effects look really cool yet really strange and weird. The graphics get an A+

A sequel to one of my favorite games
What I want you to take out of this first paragraph is that the bar for Electronic Super Joy 2 was set extremely high by its predecessor. First title of this series is easily one of the best games I have ever played and I wouldn’t hesitate to put it in my TOP 10, possibly even TOP 5.
I don’t like “judging” games for their previous entries in the series, but I suppose it’s a very human thing to do. To start from a certain stand point, as we all have had our experiences in the past and we either nostalgically recall them from time to time or we bury them as deep inside our “forget” box as humanly possible.

The Impossible Game
Probably my favourite game in the list of hyper-difficult platformers on Steam, The Impossible Game uses a simplistic art style with equally simple mechanics which work well together to create an enjoyable, addictive and challenging game, it also holds the “excellent soundtrack” trophy like many others of the same genre. The PC version also comes with a level editor which is a really nice addition and gives the game some more playability.
The objective is simple, jump, clear and doge oncoming obstacles and reach the end of the levels without dying. Sounds easy enough, but the short time window which you have to make your decision on whether or when to jump or not makes things incredibly difficult, though sometimes equally frustating.

After some time i had to change my mind about my vote…
i really looked forward to try that game myself and had to wait like 3 years or even more to finally arrive on my favorite plattform, the pc as i don’t like to play on my android phone or sit in front of my tv to play. i use my spare time after working on the pc and what did i get for my 5 bucks? a unfinished port it seems. the music and the game itself is visually the same beside the unecessary blure all over it with no option to turn it off.

GHOSTWINTER
I think its a cool game for a $3 indie title. The scenery is very nice and it definitely puts you in the winter mood. It is very challenging but I’ve managed to get 17 of the 35 enemies so far, still haven’t made it to the T-Rex yet but I’m looking forward to finding it.

Excellent optimization and high quality graphics. Didn’t notice any flaws. Those who give negative reviews due to the fact that in a single-player game on the “Esc” key, the game restarts apparently did not read the detailed description in the upper right corner. High-quality control, many types of weapons, I liked the ability to save a character with a certain weapon and accessories that you can then choose. Various modes of multiplayer play, no monotony. I advise everyone!!!

Goat over it
After finishing the game I can finally rage about this damn game. It is definitely unpolished. If, for example, you do a Backflip, your legs turn into cooked noodles and just flip away even though you are landing on your feet and therefore lose. If You do the exact same action twice, you may get different outcomes. For example pressing “E” until the goat can’t turn any higher may result in the goat just standing there(which isfine), or in flipping over(which tilts alot), at the exact same spot(like Starting points). Furthemore the “Hitbox” when you hit your Body on something and you lose sometimes feels just off. Sometimes it doesnt count even though you are clearly hitting it, and sometimes you just die standing close to an object and you guess you hit your head.

It’s so hard, even after playing Super Meat Boy and similar stuff. It makes me feel like Jump King except it’s less evil because you’re not threatened by losing massive amounts of progress. The movement can be really dynamic and fun when you get the hang of it, but finishing a level still feels like a big accomplishment. The level design is interesting and varied, so the gameplay doesn’t get repetitive. The character is really cute and the music adds a lot to the atmosphere.

Do you hate success? Do you scorn the dopamine-laden trifles of the commonplace puzzle games with their ‘you paid for it, here’s a trough of candy-coated achievements just for showing up, that’s it, eat-it-up, eat-it-up my pretties, bwah-hahaha’ sensibilities? If you crave brain-bending domination like Chuck Rhoades craves vinyl boot then you have come home, my friend. This is your destiny made manifest, fellow puzzle flagellants.

This game deserves more attention!!
Having cleared the first two zones, and having played approximately 25 hours at the time of this review, I can confidently recommend this game to fellow puzzle game fanatics. I knew this would be the case early on in the game, but I decided to wait until I at least completed the first two zones, in full, before writing a review.
Although I purchased this thinking that I would probably enjoy it, it turns out I’m enjoying it even more than I expected. It doesn’t really look like anything fancy or new, but I liked the fact that others commented on how hard it is, and it seemed like the basic mechanics could get interesting. Although it may look like just another variation on block-pusher puzzles, what makes this game stand out is that the shapes and sizes of the pieces change depending on where you move them, and that is a main part of solving the puzzles.
