Ahoy
Adventure Awaits
Ahoy is an immersive first-person multiplayer action-adventure game set during the Age of Sail. Aiming to provide an authentic experience of the late 18th century Caribbean through sailing, combat, trade and social mechanics.
Tall-ship Sailing
Our aim is to capture an in-depth and complex sailing experience, with direct control over each sail. It will require a crew to correctly react to the changes in weather and sea-state, or maneuvering for combat encounters.
Naval Combat
Ahoy features all of the hallmarks of a great naval encounter. Devastating broadsides, agile sailing maneuvers, action-packed boarding actions—all that remains is the teamwork to succeed.
Historical authenticity
Every ship, lovingly recreated. Every interior room, rope, hoop and hinge is built on real historical artefacts, drawings and models. Ahoy provides an educational experience in addition to it’s gameplay offering. Much of the terminology and methods used will be displayed and explained to deepen the understanding of this nautical lifestyle.
True First Person
Our focus on immersion through environmental detail, expressive audio landscapes, and a true first-person perspective creates an incredible backdrop to explore this time in history.
Large-scale Multiplayer
Multiplayer battles with up to 32 players per ship create for exciting engagements. With future plans to increase the scale of conflicts, Ahoy will provide a naval experience unlike any other.
And Much More…
As Ahoy develops, the aim is to capture much of the experience of life in the late 18th century.
Our Development Roadmap on our website outlines our goals for now and towards future releases of Ahoy.

Tactical Warfare Simulator
I’ve only played in VR with a HOTAS. Beyond the fact that it’s wildly overpriced, this game needs a serious overhaul by someone who understands UX.
The menus are amateurish and bewildering, particularly in the campaign mode. There’s no way to recenter your view. It seems to be impossible to start a campaign game in VR, because you have to type in a name for your squadron, and it won’t accept keyboard input as typing. When I hit the F key I get some performance numbers. I had to restart in desktop mode, create the campaign, and then restart again in VR mode to play it.

this game does not fell finished to me. at this time in VR you have hand tracking but can not interact with anything just ghost hands. that sucks would have loved to fly the planes with my VR hands. but im so far happy with what i got. the joysticks on the VR controls work. game brings me back to playing red baron long long ago. for that feeling i like the game. and for that i will give it a thumbs up. if you go into this expecting a full VR exp you will be a little upset. but the controls work the game plays and is fun. maybe wait for a sale if you are unsure.

“He who wants to be victorious on the sea must always attack!” - From The Submarine Commander’s Handbook, 1943.
Though there is much, much left to be done, and heavy optimization that needs to be done with what is already in play(the frames on modern hardware are not great), nonetheless what is already here should prove to be quite interesting for anyone who takes the risk and plunges in, as I did.
Crush Depth is not a game that holds your hand: It is a game that expects you to learn how to operate a U-boat, and to do so properly and effectively. I was under the false impression that the U-boat was not currently able to move–I was proven wrong a little while ago when a kind fellow of the community showed me how the engine worked in the museum exhibit that you can train on. I had to learn myself how to work the electric engine by looking at the valves that existed and doing what I thought was the way, and sure enough it was.

Radio Commander VR
Radio Commander now in VR! Experience one of the most innovative strategy games of 2019 in a virtual reality. Be there, right next to the battlefield, in a commander’s tent in the middle of a Vietnamese jungle. Step into the shoes of an experienced leader and lead your soldiers to victory… or at least give them a chance to survive the Vietnam hell.
In Radio Commander VR you are playing as an American military commander serving in US Army during the Vietnam War. You will be carrying a heavy burden as
your mission is to coordinate military operations taking place between 1965 and 1968.
WHY VR?
Since day one we dreamt about VR version of Radio Commander. Our goal was to offer players the most realistic and immersive Vietnam War experience on the market. VR technology gave us the chance to transfer the player in the heart of the action – right to the center of the South Vietnam of the ‘60, into a commander’s tent, where he can control US troops fighting with the enemy. Look around the tent and the base. Lean over the map. Move your tokens manually and operate the radio. Become true Radio Commander.
But this is not just another RTS, in which you are an invisible being hovering over the battlefield. In Radio Commander VR situation reports are given to you in form of dramatic radio statements sent by troops fighting on the ground. And your only accessory is a strategic map, on which you can place tokens and notes.
UNIQUE VIEW ON REALISM
Radio Commander VR offers an unique experience very different from classic real time strategy games. It’s a bold try to redefine the genre, as the player will be involved in a decision-making process much more realistic than those pictured by casual RTS titles. Ask for situation reports. Listen what your men have to tell you. Send evac choppers and nape drops. Defeat the invisible enemy.
DIVE INTO THE STORY
Experience the story of soldiers and their commander, trapped in the middle of bloody, chaotic, morally ambiguous Vietnam conflict. Let yourself sink into a Vietnamese jungle – thanks to the VR technology now more realistic and immersive than ever before! Dive into a scenario that doesn’t avoid the difficult issues of civilians trapped in the theater of action, shady CIA operations, and cynical political pressures. Discover those uneasy situations, presented in such cult classics as Platoon, Full Metal Jacket or Apocalypse Now, which were happening on a daily basis for those serving in Vietnam. See for yourself how hard it is to make the right choices in the middle of a fire exchange with Vietcong.
DECIDE WHO LIVES AND DIES
Decide the fate of your soldiers. The choices you face will have a direct impact on the course of the game. They will also define views of your hero. Or maybe those are your views? Playing Radio Commander VR you must be prepared to answer tough questions about the righteousness of your actions, the price of a human life, and the toxic power of propaganda and stereotypes.
USE YOUR IMAGINATION
Radio Commander VR is not another empty action game. Thanks to the VR glasses you will be right there, operating from a commander’s tent, using only a radio and a map. You will be staring at the map for hours, listening carefully to the reports. Your decisions will affect lives of many people. Just like in real life, there are no fancy graphics and animations to help you imagine what’s happening on battlefield. Only you, your map, and skills. You have to listen and be smart. Thanks to this and your fancy VR set, level of immersion is much greater than in normal real time strategy games.
CHOOSE BETWEEN VARIOUS MEANS
You will take under your command not only units of infantry, air cavalry or field artillery, but also powerful units of air support. It’s in your will to order the jungle-burning nape drops, or devastating bombings. Are you ready to bring the rain of fire and burn the enemy positions to the ground? Are you sure that your soldiers are far enough and won’t take damages? And do the ends always justify the means?
EXPERIENCE DEEP IN-GAME SYSTEMS
Beneath the narrative layer, hidden from your eyes, a deep and complex simulation is taking place. In Radio Commander VR every unit is described by unique set of statistics. You will have to worry about your platoons’ morale, supplies, and even their stamina. All those factors will be important during your soldiers’ confrontations with enemy, unfriendly terrain and extreme Vietnamese climate. What will you do, when your choppers report, that they are out of fuel and forced to land in the middle of the jungle? Will you send the rescue mission risking the life of even more soldiers?
BOND WITH YOUR BROTHERS IN ARMS
Troops under your command are not just pawns on the map. They are complicated, multi-layered human beings, with their own voices, problems, strengths and weaknesses. Mutual trust is essential. They depend on your judgment and cool decisions, while you are hoping they’re giving their best. Discover hundreds of original dialogues and scenarios. Replay previously completed missions and alter the course of events by making different decisions and encountering different events.

VR Fighter Jets War
i could not even get passed the starting screen
– Real player with 0.3 hrs in game
Over the years of doing these reviews I have played quite a few dogfighting simulation games, but I have to say ‘VR Fighter Jets War’ is probably the worst one yet. I can ignore the terrible graphics and even the lack of a cockpit view, but what I can’t ignore is the truly terrible gameplay and control system. A single motion controller is all you need to make a pretty convincing flight stick, but this needs two and still tries to simplify things, it’s truly terrible. If they had made it gamepad only it would have been much better! Oh! And don’t even start me on how nauseating this game is! Anyway, rant over. If you ever take any advice in life take this nugget of help… DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEVELOPER! Everything they make is a pile of Sh1t and they seem to be happy with that.

WAR FACTORY
War factory was game i was looking for.
Why? Because it mixes war and production managment at basic level and that was something i was really missing. Positive thing WAS (not anymore) that developers were quickly reacting on discord when i reported any bugs or suggest some ideas that might be implement into game.
Do i recommend this game? NO.
Because game is still buggy in many ways and price is definitly not something that will make you overlook this bugs. IF developer will fix bugs and will add more things (like ideas i have written to them at discord some time ago, you are welcome) then maybe it will be worth. But at this price right now definitly not.

Note this is an update for original review; in which the game was had problems affected the player’s ability to play the game. These problems have been fixed in a previous patch as writing this.
War Factory is still in an early state; but much more playable and enjoyable after the patch. Additionally, devs are very receptive to the player’s feedback in fixing problems with the game.
I do recommend this game, if you want a wargame mixed with production/efficiency focus management game. Keep in mind of the combat you don’t really have any control over the positioning, movement or the tactics of your troops in the game. But for what the game is doing I find this not a problem; as most your time is focused on the factory. However, I am unsure if this something the devs are planning to change in the future.

Carrier Command 2 VR
I have only played a brief little bit, but so far I have been able to control my units, drive the carrier, and do the first island mission without any problems in VR, but I am using Valve Index Controllers so I do not know how it will work on other types.
My only concern is that the carrier’s main camera looks a little funky as it is like a big circular 2D screen inside a glass sphere that you are standing in and for a few moments I didn’t know what I was looking at or why the screen was in my way. Once I started moving the camera and zooming in it all made sense and I was able to use it no problem. It does look weird though and makes you wonder where you are and what happened the first time you use it.

Yes, now I can recommend this game since the latest update allows all functions to work with my Odyssey+, even though the devs don’t officially support WMR. (I’m hoping they will later, however.) I did have to use a community-made set of bindings, but everything works with the only exception being the air/sea radar, where I can’t seem to increase or decrease the scan range. Fortunately, the default value of 1250m still works just fine, so it’s not a game-breaking issue. I haven’t tried modifying the bindings, so it’s possible that I could still find out the fix for it. I spent about 2 hours capturing 3 islands and I had no trouble using all the same tactics that I would in pancake mode, although it took me the first 30 minutes just figuring out what all the controller buttons did. But once I did, I was bounding between screens and stations, giving orders to units, operating gimbal cameras, manipulating maps, and driving the carrier with ease. The only really hard part was doing it all standing up… I need to get a chair next time, as my feet were starting to hurt by the 3rd island captured.

Bunker Builder “Atlantic Wall”
When you begin the game you will become the constructor and the builder of the most important part of the Atlantic Wall. “Fortress Europe” awaits your intelligence and creativity. You will be responsible for choosing the right projects for the construction of bunkers, their proper deployment on the coast of France, all for one purpose – to stop the Invasion of the Allies.
You will be responsible for maintaining business continuity, arranging the supply of construction machinery, supplying reinforcing steel and cement. You must remember that the material shortages of the German Reich constantly bombed by Allies can seriously interrupt your plans. You must use your intelligence and flair to provide continuous supplies and keep the bunkers growing.
The bunkers you have built, fortified trenches, shooting positions, hidden artillery positions and improvised resistance points will be subject to a strict assessment by the Chief Staff of the Wehrmacht and its chief inspector Erwin Rommel. When ther become fully operational next task will be required. You will need to take care of provisioning of ammunition and food for your garrison.
When you done with the project of Fortress Europe, the day of rehearsal will come, where you will have the opportunity to change the course of history. Success depends on how well you have prepared the defence and how well you have trained the garrison. Remember, if the landing of the Allied troops on your beach proves to be successful, you lost the game…

Couldn’t move the plane. I grabbed the flight stick and pushed it forward, pulled it back, tilted it and pushed every single button on my controller but nothing happened. The game flashes bright red in your eyes when getting attacked.
