The Crush Depth: Tech-Demo currently just a tech demonstration and exactly only that this tech demo is not for the mainstream user who expect to have instant action and a quick gameplay. The game is in its very early construction and lets you see how a game gets developed from the bare bone up and you will get all updates and the finished game if you buy it this demo.

Though there is much, much left to be done, and heavy optimization that needs to be done with what is already in play(the frames on modern hardware are not great), nonetheless what is already here should prove to be quite interesting for anyone who takes the risk and plunges in, as I did.
Crush Depth is not a game that holds your hand: It is a game that expects you to learn how to operate a U-boat, and to do so properly and effectively. I was under the false impression that the U-boat was not currently able to move–I was proven wrong a little while ago when a kind fellow of the community showed me how the engine worked in the museum exhibit that you can train on. I had to learn myself how to work the electric engine by looking at the valves that existed and doing what I thought was the way, and sure enough it was.

Story

the station has been recently founded by the independent company “AU” (“Atlantic Union”), this company deals with extraction, refining and shipments of mineral resources from the seabed.
The female lead Lisa, with the help of a rival corporation, goes and looks for her fiancé, who never returned from the “Oasis” station.
The story revolves around what happened there and how this could affect not only her fiancé, but the entire planet.
Crash Dive 2
THIS GAME DESERVES A GOOD REVIEW!
Reasons for a cheap price tag:
Graphics are interesting, even though simplified in appearance there is much detail in the game.
U-Boat modeling very simple and almost toyish, in appearance but it is all there.
Modeling on objects in distance of being observed don’t have that realistic emergence into view, just that don’t see it now and you do see it thing but it works. You won’t spot smoke on the horizon in other words, just modeled if you see them or not and then scaled according to view and size. There is debris, fires, oil slicks, smoke, fog, rain. clouds are a bit unrealistic in presentation.

Crash Dive II, it’s about the closest recent game that I have found as a sub sim to Silent Hunter III, Wolves of the Pacific.
It will be a game that will be compared because they are both based in the Pacific region during WW2, but there are differences, for instance, Crash Dive II is much easier to get straight into and overall is an easier sim to play, its not as in depth as SH II and does not have a choice of subs or starting zone to choose from, does not have historically dodgy torpedoes that don’t work (all these do) and the graphics in Crash Dive II could be better, but are still ok for the fact this isn’t a big developer.

Crash Dive
This is the most glitchy cheating game I have ever played! The number of escorts or cargo ships is never what it says it is. It will say 3 escorting ships and when it loads there are always far more! As soon as your first torpedo hits, the escorts shove all the ship around and scatter them so multiple torpedo shots at multiple targets will not hit. Any ships left warp speed away at speeds ranging from 35 knot to Mach 7! Especially battleships. If you are spotted, a large battleship magically blasts off to at least 50 knots leaving no chance of sinking it. The escorts cheat like crazy, they ghost through other ships to intercept you and suffer no damage from colliding with other ships. To top it all off just as you get out of range of sonar dectection of enemy ships, the damnest thing happens detect you again resetting the alarm timer. Cheating a player in a game is no way to increase difficulty! SCREW THIS GAME!! No wonder people still play old games from way back when! I AM NEVER PLAYING ANOTHER GAME ON STEAM AGAIN!

I’m a huge modded SHIII and SHIV player so I initially scoffed at this one, given how arcady it is, but I caved and bought it because it has to do with subs and let’s face it, there aren’t many sub games around. Shockingly… I don’t hate it. In fact, it’s pretty damn entertaining for short stretches. It’s not a sim by any means, but it doesn’t really pretend to be either. It’s a bit like Aces of the Deep, which, when it came out (10 billion years ago), felt like a Sim because of the immersion factor, but deep down had mechanics that were not far from Crash Dive’s. I feel like the devs left out a lot of immersion to save on costs and also probably from Political Correctness concerns, but that’s really not a huge deal in the end. If you want to play Aces it runs fine under dosbox if you find the right version, but this gives you fairly similar gameplay with passable graphics and a laser focus on quickly resolving encounters so you can go do something else without giving the whole thing too much thought. It’s bite size, and it’s good. Get it if you like WWII sub stuff.

Okay so ive been waiting for this game for like a few days right ive always liked sub games/under water games (Subnatica, we need to go deeper, ect ect) The game takes like a few hours to know the controls good enough to actually play it, I under stand this game was made 30 years ago but so is doom so if you want to play a old game i recommenced doom however the fact i played the game for like 20 minutes i recommend it and even though i refunded the game i STILL recommend it its a okay game but i guess im to much of a youngster who dang-nab bit cant understand how to move the boat forward (not a lie i spent like 10 mintes (half my time) trna figure out how to move forward) its a game were it takes a actual Manuel to play it and i dont like reading so i cant rate this game truly because i didnt even play it but ill still rate it 4/10 like i said i dotn even know how to move ima recomend it but you should come to your own conclusion
