Hunt, gather and craft your way to the top of the food chain
Each monster you hunt will provide materials that allow you to craft new weapons and armor and upgrade your existing gear. Go back out on the field and hunt even fiercer monsters and earn even better rewards! You can change your weapon at any of the Equipment Boxes any time, so the possibilities are limitless!
Hunt solo or team up to take monsters down
The Hunter Hub offers multiplayer quests where up to four players can team up to take on targets together. Difficulty scaling ensures that whether you go solo or hit the hunt as a full four-person squad, it’s always a fair fight.

Experience new hunting actions with the Wirebug
Wirebugs are an integral part of your hunter’s toolkit. The special silk they shoot out can be used to zip up walls and across maps, and can even be used to pull off special attacks unique to each of the 14 weapon types in the game.

MONSTER HUNTER RISE DEMO
Get a taste of the hunting action in Monster Hunter Rise with this demo, featuring five quests in total. Learn the ropes across two tutorial quests, then take on monsters in three hunting quests of increasing difficulty. Hunts can be played solo or with up to three other players.
Note: quests have been adapted for the demo and may differ slightly from the content in the full game.

Primitive Hunter
If you want to become a primitive hunter you have to:

Learn how to create the ancient weapon and tools to start the hunting. You can only use your imagination and your hands to make it by using wood, metal and material elements.

Learn how to search and recognize traces of individual species of animals. It requires many hours of wandering in the woods and looking for similar traces of the same animals.

Master the technics of tracking the animals by hiding in the woods and using camouflage. You will learn how to create your hideout and use natural materials, for example the branches to create your unrecognizable image.

Keyboard controls and keybinding
For those of you familliar with rebinding keys in the days of PPSSPP/PCSX2 and/or playing ports like DMC3SE on PC with just a keyboard, rest assured - you’ll feel right at home with this game.
For those unwilling to re-map their brains to memorize that left shift is L1 and spacebar is R1 and so on, for your own sanity, stay away. Stay FAR away from ANY game that was ported from a non-PC platform to PC. Also, stay away the ported game’s guides/walkthroughs/tutorials, because they’re all gonna probably be referencing the controller keys instead of the keyboard keys too.

I’ve played enough time to give it a fair review.
I’ve been wanting this game for months before its release on steam, and when it came out, I didn’t buy it immediately. I pretty much guessed it will be buggy and pricey. so I grabbed it 6 months later after patches were made. at 50% off.
Buy this game if:
+You like Japanese setting
+You like monster hunter
Do not buy this game if:
-You don’t have controller
-You only have low end PCs
-You don’t want 30fps-lock
-You expect an English voice over

PROPHUNT, a hide and seek type of game in big development where you have hunters vs props. Choose a prop and blend in the map. Hide behind containers, trashcans and whatever you can find. Choose a lot of props and try to win the match without being found. You have to be aware that you can use ‘fireworks’ that gives you points. The seeker will see or hear where you are and will try to find you.. Not knowing you could have ran away to a different spot to see the seeker looking at everything he or she can find.

I played the free version with some friends and I loved the game, but now I have no one to play with.
And because I had no one to play with, I walked on every map trying to find bugs.And I managed to find only one bug as prop.The bug comes at the disadvantage of the props. Sometimes when you change from a small object to a large one, you are left with low HP.

^^ THIS ^^ - Is the type of crap that quite frankly p*sses me off. Let’s be honest here.. This is nothing short of intentional deception and manipulation and a flat out LIE by this developer.

Era of Survival will give you an hour or two of fun before the boredom inevitably sets in. The game fails mostly in that it ignores the lessons of other survival games. Almost everything you craft takes a minimum of 30 seconds. It also takes an absolute ton of resources. An example is one stone arrow takes something like 35 wood and 10 stone…for one! It also takes 30 seconds real time to make it. If you want to make a bow and 20 arrows, it will take 30 minutes. This is the same with everything. A wood door takes over 100 wood, a single piece of roofing 200. I think both of those items took a full minute each to build.
