Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle
Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a third-person story-driven survival horror game prequel to the critically acclaimed Daymare: 1998. Step into the shoes of special agent Dalila Reyes, a former government spy now in the service of a unit called H.A.D.E.S. (Hexacore Advanced Division for Extraction and Search), and get ready to enter the most advanced experimental research center in the United States of America. Be careful, though, because in the darkness of the desolate, labyrinthine depths of the military research center there is something creepy and lethal awaiting you!
Grab one of the most innovative and technologically advanced weapons of all time and prepare to face never-before-seen creatures while you make your way through a series of frightfully evocative settings all ready to be discovered. A perfect mix of fierce and deadly enemies, hardcore action game mechanics, environmental puzzles, a chilling soundtrack, plenty of exploration and massive doses of concentrated horror wait for you in Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle. No place is safe, especially when you’re being hunted by your nightmares.
-
New characters and big comebacks – take part in the top secret “Sandcastle” mission as the game’s main protagonist, Special Agent H.A.D.E.S. Dalila Reyes, and reconstruct the past of some of Daymare: 1998’s most beloved characters.
-
Lethal and terrifying enemies – fight, kill and dismember the new enemies that stand between you and the resolution of your mission, so frighteningly intelligent, aggressive and realistic in every detail.
-
Revamped interface – the D.I.D. is back, though in a completely redesigned way. Manage your inventory, ammo and health items directly from the new game interface, which has never been so simple and intuitive.
-
Eye to the Scanner – thanks to the innovative device installed on Reyes’s arm, you can analyze portions of the environment and reveal new puzzles to solve, pick up secret documents and detect hidden items!
-
Environmental puzzles – the solution is often right in front of your eyes! Search for all the clues and overcome the environmental obstacles to obtain resources and collectibles.
-
Are you sure it’s dead? – in Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle, prepare to confront the toughest and most aggressive enemies you have ever seen. Moreover, even if you’re sure you’ve killed one, you’ll find out it can come back in a completely new form and even deadlier than before!
-
Breathtaking and immersive graphics, sound effects and soundtrack – thanks to the power of Unreal Engine 4, you will live the most terrifying of experiences!
-
Back to the 90s… again! – if you loved the nostalgia of Daymare: 1998, in Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle will feel like you’re living and playing a typical action horror/film of the 90s. Expect to be transported back in time to many familiar references and a frightfully authentic atmosphere with a retro flavor.
-
Freeze! – there will certainly be no shortage of guns, but prepare to equip one of the most innovative and powerful weapons ever created: the Frost Grip! WARNING: it may contain liquid nitrogen.
-
Veteran or rookie – choose the most appropriate game difficulty based on your ability in combat and your experience with survival horror. Either way, it will be a serious challenge for the faint-hearted!

Ghost blood
You can do a lot worse than “Ghost Blood” as far as horror games go but on the whole I’d struggle to recommend it. The gameplay loop involves finding key items to open up new areas to find more key items to solve puzzles - rinse and repeat. It doesn’t do anything remarkably bad but it’s quite confusing and you will spend a good chunk of your time playing wondering aimlessly around trying to find the next item you need to progress. Although the game seemingly encourages exploration, if you wonder off the beaten path the game will spawn an insta-kill zombie on you and you will be forced back to a checkpoint. Do you want me to explore or not?

Dead Space™ 2
I differ from many people who believe that the Dead Space series started as Survival Horror and went on to become — and perhaps devolve into a much more action focused game. I believe it was always an action game first — with horror elements on top.
Overlooked for being derivative.
Back when Dead Space was released, it wasn’t that long ago that RE4 and Gears of War were introduced to the world. These horror/action games, where this over-the-right-shoulder camera was very newly being introduced. Not to mention they were horror games, lots of blood and guts and slightly monochromatic. It was easy to write off looking at screenshots.

A brilliant follow up to a great horror game, Dead Space 2 excels in almost every aspect from its predecessor while still delivering on intense combat, expanded story and improved gameplay mechanics to be one of the greatest video game sequels ever made.
The plot is set 3 years after the events of the original game, on an urban government facility called the Sprawl, where Issac Clarke has been held captive and experimented upon by EarthGov to extract the codes of the marker which had been implanted in his brain during his time on Aegis VII to create another marker. But all hell breaks loose when a new necromorph outbreak begins on the space station and Issac is forced to confront the traumas of his past experience while at the same time destroying the marker created from his brain scans to put an end to the nightmare. On his journey, we also get to see the some new and interesting areas which flesh out the backstory more which was missing in the first game, most important the origins of the Church of Unitology and the conflict between Unitologists and EarthGov and their beliefs over the existence of the Markers.

Death Rattle - Hell Unleashed
A fun game, running around killing all sorts of things. Quite like the campaign. All sorts of different ways to interact with the world. Things popping up all around you. Keeps you on the move and on your feet.
Definitely worth a couple of bucks

I am really enjoying this game!
At first glance I thought that this game seems really cool. The graphics are stunning, the crossbow looks cool, and the voice overs of the guards are done really well (especially the Captain). The tutorial/ training bit in the start is short enough to not be annoying, but it still teaches you the game fairly well. Once you finish the tutorial, you are surprised by a group of monsters, and when they spawn the music changes which is really cool and captivating. I also like that you can destroy some of the structures and even trees!

HARD TAPES
A lot of potential. But not perfect. An example would be the scene where you shoot the woman being too comical and exaggerated, with her head simply blowing off unnaturally and a stream of blood bursting out of the stump for 5-10 seconds. I liked the scene a lot. But when you shoot her it should probably look more beleivable. Also, there is still a lot of polishing in general that needs to be done. Some scenes are interesting and bizzare, others are cheap and jumpscare-y. The game audio is also in Spanish. Since i’m bilingual i’d honestly be willing to provide voice lines or translation if neccesary. Overall this game shines more than your average horror game in some aspects, but is deeply flawed in others. I find myself thrilled by some scenes and suprised by the creativity and detail, but dissapointed by others. As a huge fan of absurdist horror and/or found footage horror games such as Manhunt or Outlast, i can say that this game could become something great. I think this game has so much potential with it’s bizzare scenarios and visuals. I’d reccomend this game to others even in it’s current state, because for me, it was interesting exploring this project and seeing it’s roots. I highly look forward to the development of this game and i will be following it as much as i can. I believe this game could become something really good.

Ok, so its got loads of potential, but right now it is not worth getting, everything seems slow, Its hard to understand what to do, and I know thats kind of the point but its nice to get a basic idea rather then “Run”, especially with the poor lighting it just makes it impossible to play. I recommend it, but for the potential not the current game
