Tattletail
So, this is one of my scariest games yet, but SCP was definetly the more challenging, besides that they are many pros and cons that i found while playing this magnificent game, each one will have a detailed explanation about why I beleive this.
PROS
The atmosphere was simply fantastic, it kept me on my seat, something most horror games just couldnt coprehend, the sounds and spooky sounds always kept the feeling eerie and creepy, which should always be a Pro for Games like these
The mechanics are also fairly decent and amazing, took me 2 hours to figure it out but in the end, it turned to an easy yet challenging experience that i personally find enjoyable and Reasonable for these type of horror survival games

Tattletail follows an unknown but presumably young main protagonist during the week of Christmas engaging various questionable activities with their newly mysterious toy Tattletail. Although they’re aware opening this present prior to Christmas is risky, it becomes unexpectedly encouraged once strange supernatural events occur after the toy is removed from its packaging. Tattletail is seemingly a good toy made for the whole family until it’s later revealed something more threatening is prepared to reign over the protagonist’s household.

Happy’s Humble Burger Farm
If you are just playing through the in-game story and nothing else, then you’re doing it wrong. Read this review.
Most players will play through the story and call it a day, so I will let those players review that Story Mode aspect of the game in their own reviews. Though the story is fun, it’s not what makes this game special. For me, the appeal of the game is allowing yourself to sink into and be immersed in the living and breathing game world and not fight to escape it. I had an absolute blast waking up, exploring, unlocking locations, making money by working shifts at the restaurant, upgrading and decorating my apartment, sitting on the couch watching awesome shows on my flatscreen TV, hanging out at the Jazzy Java Joint for a cup of coffee, and just living it out in the city. Once you understand this and immerse yourself, you’ll realize that the main storyline was just an extra side mission and the real game is everything besides it, not the other way around.

There is a review for this game that seems to be a negative one and also happens to have a lot of upvotes. This review complains that this game is not how its demo was. That this game went from a horror diner dash game, to a horror diner dash game with story and added mechanics. Because of this, it wasn’t a game they expected to play at release and it sucks.
The only thing they got right in their review is that this game does not have a “slow burn” horror approach, which I agree it doesn’t and that kind of sucks. Other than that though… This review is wrong. This review is a hot take. This reviewer has terrible opinions. Everyone that upvoted that particular review also have terrible opinions. Below are reasons why…

Bendy and the Ink Machine
I don’t usually revisit my previous reviews; after all, I rarely review episodic titles. With Bendy I am now making an exception as my initial (positive) feedback 2 years ago was made only after the release of chapter 3. The currently available version includes all 5 chapters (hence the name complete edition) and this is the only available edition one can purchase.
Back then I praised the game for its graphics (yellow tone with heavy use of ink) and its story that revolves around a retired employee who gets an invitation from his former employer. Visiting the office building he doesn’t meet anybody, at first, but later on all hell breaks loose and various ink monsters are after him including the titular character.

Disclaimer: Actual time to beat the game was 4 hours 20 minutes and 3 seconds (yes, seriously, lol). I was busy with other things while playing so I kept pausing and coming back.
I enjoyed Bendy and the Ink Machine very much. I went in preparing for a walking sim horror, but what I got was what felt like Bioshock infused with bits of Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and an alternate reality where Walt Disney’s success took a much darker turn. It was very unique and I would strongly recommend it, especially to those who are into Disney creepy pastas - this game truly feels like a good Disney creepy pasta brought to life, and I love that about it.

Don’t Be Afraid
Trigger Warning: This game features violence against children. I know that seems obvious, but let’s be clear. You’re so obviously a child, and there are mentions to your age, the voice acting sounds like a child, and if you have any sensitivity to violence against children please be aware that this game may not be for you.
Secondly: If you are afraid of clowns, there is a fair amount of clown content. You’ve been warned.
True crime, horror, murder mysteries, I can usually handle them all. Yeah, I’ll scream sometimes, but usually that’s what I’m here for! The more twisted the more fun so long as there is a good reason for why I’m experiencing the horror. Give me story with my horror please. I want to an excuse to enjoy the darkness. That said, Don’t Be Afraid made me very afraid. It’s one game that, while I wasn’t afraid to traverse the actual levels as much the scares are reliant on jump scares (expect that one chase that…. oh God. Never again please!), the ever present fact that I am a child caused me enough psychological terror that it carried me through. Also I have a legit therapist wanted fear of clowns so that section of the game had me on edge quite a bit. I do recommend it overall for anyone looking for some good spooks and a little puzzles along the way, but will always throw out the warning that please be aware this is obviously violence against children and that may impact some of y’all in ways you don’t expect.

The concept of the game is so delightful. For whatever reason I’ve never seen another game really go down this specific path and i’m dumbfounded as to why, its the perfect frame for a horror game. I really hope a universe/word is continued to be crafted out of this. As for the game I was only frustrated at one part and it was only because I missed a note I needed for a scripted sequence to happen. And I personally think the game wasn’t quite brutal enough. It could get so much more graphic and be enjoyable.

Alone in the Office
Alone in the Office is a really fun and scary game! You start out in the office signing some documents, or if you want you can just exit and walk around the office and do the other tasks. Eventually, the lights will turn off, and the hunt from the monster begins. You have to navigate in the dark to find the correct switch to turn the light on while the monster is lurking around. There is a glitch however, to where whichever light you turn on first, you can keep using that same switch whenever the light turns off. The monster is pretty scary but you can run away from him if you have the stamina. Without stamina, you’re pretty much done for. You can replenish stamina with coffee which is around the map, as well as batteries for a flashlight you find later on, and a key for doors that you need to open. The game does a pretty good job on explaining what you have to do, although I wish you didn’t have to click tab every now and then to see your inventory and objective status, but that is just personal opinion. You have 3 tasks, sign documents, move boxes to the storage room, and approve or decline paperwork on a computer. The lights will turn off randomly while you do whichever of these tasks. All in all I really recommend this game for the price and gameplay as well as the scares lol. It is pretty hard at first but after you get the hang of things you can probably beat it. Here is my full game playthrough/let’s play if you want to check it out. Thank you and have a blessed and spooky day! :)

This game has some potential, but there were too many things to keep track of to beat the game! Also there was no map so you basically I had to figure out where to go all on my own with no instructions in the menu as well! Again, I could see this game being really good but I think the people who made it have a lot of things to work out before I would consider it fun.
If you want an idea of what I am talking about, I posted a video of me attempting to play it:

Escape from DuFo
Good short game. It only took about 10 minutes to complete but I enjoyed it quite a bit and wished it was a full game. It looked good and ran great plus the puzzles were pretty decent. Overall for less than a $1 on sale I would recommend checking it out. If you want to see some game play you can check out my play through below.

Hollow Head: Director’s Cut
Really nice, creepy, atmospheric PS1 styled horror game that has very well placed jump scares and a nerve-wracking end sequence.
The only crappy thing are the two endings. They don’t make any sense and the game just ends.
Totally worth playing considering the price and everything up until the end.

“I’m not your friend. You have no real friends.”
The man backs away from the door. He doesn’t know why his neighbor would say something like that. Just a few hours ago, he didn’t think he had any enemies. But that was before he heard the screaming coming from the garbage room. Before he was met with amused hostility when he tried to report it to the proper authorities. Before he started getting mysterious messages warning him not to return to his apartment, lest “they” be waiting for him there.
