Super Blood Hockey
Super Blood Hockey is an awesome game, Fluid and Simple Controls, Pixel graphics and 4 Player Local coop or versus. It does not take the sport too seriously and there is a lot of blood.
It is a nice take on the classic hockey games of the early 90s. Anything is allowed and getting trough a match without a fight is pretty rare. Players can get injured and wil just bleed oud on the ice, There is even an achievement for it, “One for the dumpster” You can play any game up to 4 players, you can play for the same team, you can play versus or mix and match.

This is the hockey game I’ve been wanting for almost 30 years.
TL;DR: This game is awesome.
This game reminded me of a few different games. Ice Hockey, Blades of Steel, NHLPA ‘93, and NHL Hitz. Coincidentally, most of these have been my go-to games to get my fix of hockey violence. SBH seems to take elements from all of them, make , and then wrap them into one. I revisited and played all of these games plus others to refresh my memory and make these comparisons as accurate as possible.
For reference: SBH = Super Blood Hockey

Mini Hockey Champ!
This game goes back to the old days of NHL Open Ice Challenge and NHL Hitz. Straight up fun hockey game. Comparing this to Old Time Hockey (Bush Hockey League) and it just will not, cannot compare to this gem.
The game is easy to pick up, being a NHL Hitz fan i found an exploit for easy goals as you had to with Midway games, and this game has that same feel. One on one with the way you change lines is VERY refreshing especially with arcade hockey games. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Overall great game.

Do I recommend? yes! what this game lacks in graphics or even content it makes up in gameplay. The puck physics and the ice skating controls are amazing! You’ll be glued to your pc for hours, no need to even like Ice Hockey. At first the keeper may seem to defend everything but you’ll get there like I did, one of my current favorite games.

Bedlamball
This game is so fun! It puts an exciting twist on classic arcade gameplay. One change of the rules can screw your opponent over! If I didn’t receive this game as a gift, I’d happily have paid for it!

Yo, this game is crazy fun with friends! Chaos everywhere, and it supports Crowd Control on Twitch. I really really enjoy it.

Hoser Hockey
Simple to pick up and a lot of fun to play.
There’s some nice customization with teams and colors, so you can recreate the old-school (NES) Ice Hockey teams if ya wanna.
Looks like there could still use some more options such as period length (only option is the default 2mins right now)
The AI on Normal difficulty seems extra sturdy and likes to do this trick where they let go of the puck JUST to knock your guy over so they can keep possession. Other than that, the AI is pretty tolerable (Easy is easy and Normal is a little bit difficult, but possible to beat)

Played the game for a couple hours so far, really like it. Sort of a throw back to the old console hockey games. Runs smooth, Haven’t tried multiplayer yet but I think that could be fun. Def a game ill be jumping on here and there. I don’t have a Controller to play with so I’ve been using the keyboard and well i’m sure it is better with a controller I’ve managed to play with the keyboard with no issues.

Ping Pong Space - Retro Tennis
“You get what you pay for”, yeah, that’s pretty much the way to sum up the experience with this game. That said, don’t expect a masterpiece, it’s a basic game that you can use to kill some time whenever you feel like it.
This title doesn’t really have a “story mode” available or something, but there’s a campaign of 60 levels that you can get to beat, in order to complete it. The more you advance, the more complex the levels get, with obstacles that you need to avoid, or that you can also try to use it in order to fool the AI.

I played for 10 minutes very stoned. It has a (one) good retro sountrack. You can play this waiting for Windjammers 2.

Smackball
Awesome game capable of providing an immense amount of fun for you and your friends! It is easily noticeable that the game was made with love and polished to perfection. This can be seen from the visuals, which are clean but very pleasant, to the mechanics and gameplay, which are perfectly balanced.
What looks like a very simple game, quickly turns into an addictive, fun and competitive experience. The amount of game mode customization is huge. Controls and mechanics are easy to pick up, but try playing with a person who has twice the hours you invested in the game (or more)… Hint, it’s crazy fun to do that.

Smackball is a competitive two-player game with a simple concept, but a lot of depth in it’s mechanics. While it is easy to learn the basic controls, you will need to master the time management and stamina control if you want to beat your friends. The game has few game modes, and each of them has a unique point that makes them interesting. Personally, I recommend the power ups mode as it has a little bit more tactics in it than the other modes.
