Solitaire - Cat Pirate Portrait

Solitaire - Cat Pirate Portrait

So it’s just normal solitaire. It has a cat wearing a pirate outfit as its background. The music is awful so it gets turned off anyway. This is my “play in the background while I’m watching TV or avoiding adulting” game. It really just is bare bones and mindless, but a cute spin on the basic version…because…pirate cat. Plus it’s really cheap…I think I may have gotten it as part of an extremely inexpensive bundle, so maybe wait for it to be on sale or look for it in a bundle deal if the price is scaring you away.

I can’t stop playing this game. I have “one-more-turn” syndrome.

Okay let’s get right down to it. Yes this game is bare bones, just one background (of the pirate cat!), though it does have two differernt deck face choices. The old normal one (with numbers so tiny I can barely see them!) or a new set of suits that I’m still trying to figure out can and can’t go on top of another card. Thankfully, when in doubt just click on a card and it will automatically go where it can. Or you can click, hold, and drag if you want to be old-school.

Fun, quick and easy game for de-stressing! Fun to play quick or make a night of it!

The game is cute and adorable. You can change the background/tiles. You gotta be quick playing the levels! There are many, MANY levels. I wish there was more of a challenge to levels or variety of positions to the titles, but otherwise it is a good training game to get back into Mahjong! Thank ya for making this game!!!

This game is clearly worth it’s price, it’s promising for an indie game.

I love that feel of speed.

Still can’t beat that top medal tho.

Can’t wait to see people play this game.

Its kinda boring. There’s nothing going on. They changed the art direction to this sort of cartoonish scenery that isn’t very appealing. Even with the final stuff put into the game, I cant see this really being all that great. I play for like 5 minutes ever 2 months or so.

Pixel Puzzles Illustrations & Anime

Pixel Puzzles Illustrations & Anime

A grudging thumbs up. It uses the same engine as the other Pixel Puzzles games since Ultimate, with the same flaws - dumps all unplaced pieces when you leave the game, problems picking from the “pond”, pieces don’t stick together but only in place - and the selection of free packs is a bit sparse; but it’s puzzles, about every month they throw a freebie at you, and the pictures are nice.

I downloaded this game and another jigsaw game on the day of release. I did not expect to like this game because the images are all paintings whereas I prefer photographs. When I started I could not find any option to autosort the border pieces or turn all the pieces the right way up. The other game had all these things.

However I’ve only played the other came for a couple of hours and I have genuinely played this for twenty-seven. Once I started I reasoned that a real jigsaw does not have these aids and I got stuck in. So far I have completed just one of the free puzzles, half of a Flash puzzle that timed out on me and half of the current Flash puzzle and I am really enjoying it.

Mini Car Money Chase

Mini Car Money Chase

Nice game, with good graphics and gameplay.

It’s simple and fun to play, it’s also quite relaxing (until you have cops showing up from everywhere that is).

Would be even better with more vehicle options (thinking of war tanks) and some sort of boost (nitrous oxide or something) to the cars.

Paris: Jigsaw Puzzles

This is like when Icarus made those wings out of wax and shit but then he flew too close to the sun. It’s like Adam Sandler, a tragically misunderstood, genius crafter who suffers for his artwork. I love this game more than Dark Souls II, and that’s saying a lot. Only buy this game if you’re prepared to cream your pants every time you turn this masterpiece on.

Cabins: Jigsaw Puzzles

I used to believe that games such as The Binding of Isaac or Doom Eternal were the greatest games on steam, but after playing Cabins: Jigsaw Puzzles, I have come to the conclusion that there are much better titles out there. This transcends gaming as we know it. Took me 4 hours to complete every puzzle, and I doubt at any point in my life will i ever achieve the level of euphoria that i experienced whilst playing this masterpiece. Thank you, Boogygames Studios…. mwah.
