Sneezeman: Return To Planet Sneeze

Sneezeman: Return To Planet Sneeze

Very fun, very difficult precision platformer! The sneeze alerts add an extra sense of urgency and panic, upping the stakes as you speed through the levels. Nice art style from the Modern Toss folks and a fun little soundtrack to boot.

Very cute and creative visuals, mesmerizing music.

Quite short, and a few bugs, but overall a decent time if you’re looking for something different but simple.

I am Your King

I am Your King

It seems like a fun little game at first, but it often happens that enemies spawn directly on top of you and you die instantly!

Nothing you can do against it and it ruins all the fun. Will change review if dev fixes enemy spawning.

ClockWork

ClockWork

We respect your time. Therefore, instead of bombarding you with long, overly detailed descriptions, we will point out the main features of ClockWork. Enjoy your reading!

  • Before starting work in the workshop, you choose the character of Anna or Edward. What’s next? Disassembling watches, choosing matching components, running between workbenches and avoiding obstacles!

  • ClockWork is a dynamic game where you have to fix all your watches before the time runs out. However, please stay calm - this is still a casual game!

  • The game consists of 12 levels that gradually introduce new mechanics, watches or types of obstacles.

  • Although our heroes spend most of their time in their hometown, during the game they will visit several different locations. After all, running a workshop is not only about fixing complex mechanisms. It’s also meeting a lot of interesting people… and talking animals.

  • Additionally, you will be able to complete optional quests. You will meet exceptional customers who have very interesting stories to tell.

  • In addition - cartoon graphics, pleasant music and a large number of references to pop culture. What more could you want?

And that was it. See you at the workshop!

Really fun and really chill, kind of like Draw Something had a baby with Omegle.

Also, the minimum requirements say you need all sound cards to run this, and sadly my PC only has one ;-;

i like this game a lot! i do have a few suggestions, however i can’t seem to find any way to submit anything. the developer/publisher doesn’t seem to show any source of social media on their steam profile, and i even looked on twitter, no help! this game is super fun and a good way to meet nice people, but i feel like people would play more if it had a better way of drawing. like i said, super cool game, but it could use some work.

Gorogoa

Gorogoa

Another unique incredible gaming experience. This is a visual puzzle game and nothing more. You must help you character collect 5 pieces of fruit. During your collage journey you will find a hidden, non-verbal storyline. I will let you reflect on it on your own rather than my telling you what I think it meant, but I really liked the backdrop of it all especially at the end.

The game has your screen split into 4 corners. Each corner can have its own images. You can zoom into things, or move the screen around to find object to click on or matching scenes to allow your character to walk from one image to the other. The way the game works is a unique gameplay gimmick and I feel that it was absolutely done the most brilliant way it can ever be done. The devs who made this are true artists in the sense that their imagination took over entirely to create a world within a world within a world where eventually you could find things that match and try to make it come together to help you move on to the next scene.

Gorogoa, interesting name, even more interesting game. A buddy of mine at work who is a fellow programmer came over to me and said I have to check out “Gorogoa”. At the time I had no clue what it was and didn’t even know how to spell it. We had talked extensively about Zachtronic games and games that are like programming as well as Cookie Clicker, so I was confused. Later that day I walked by and I saw him playing it.

He was moving tiles around a whiteboard and the tiles were gorgeous, but the thing that enraptured me was how the tiles were able to connect. I went back to my desk and picked up the bundle on Steam with Edith Finch as I was looking forward to playing both games. I was not disappointed in the least with either purchase.

Kazakh Drive

Kazakh Drive

This is an endurance racer: You have to drive for an hour or so without crashing to pass the first task. The apparent best strategy is pretty mindless: drive on the shoulder, keep your wipers on all the time, and spray fluid when the windshield gets dusty. The oncoming traffic lane is way too risky to use because you can’t usually see if it’s clear.

I do want to like this game, and certain improvements could make me recommend it:

1. controller support

2. some kind of meaningful decision to make while driving. There needs to be some reason I shouldn’t just drive on the shoulder to pass.

This is one of the best games here on Steam. Scenario, game play - everything is just great. A lot of possibilities to discover, I’ve just started the game, but I already decided to spend the entire weekend playing Kazakh Drive for the sake of Uncle Eldos. You know, boards can’t bring themselves on their own.

Best regards and ALGA

【1】Retro pixel style with impressive lighting and shading

The game uses pixel sprites, with characters drawn in a classic American comicbook style. Fossil halls, greenhouses, hedge mazes, botanical gardens, underground cave systems…scenes appear one after another, presenting a visual feast. Unique lighting and shading technology creates an engaging atmosphere and a wonderfully immersive experience.

【2】 Classic cultural elements meet a unique worldview

The game embraces the spirit of early suspense novels, interspersing classic cultural elements throughout the story. Adopting an overhead world view, the world is composed of anthropomorphic animal (furry) characters; the social structures, folklore, and ethnic relations of this world are all waiting to be discovered by players!

【3】Engaging story

Strange things seem to happening one after another at the mysterious mountain sanitarium, and the curse of the alchemist family is spreading. Legends, midnight societies and ghostly patrons are just a few of the curiosities to be investigated, but maybe the mystery runs deeper than once thought. Gather clues and delve into the mystery to discover exactly where this story will go…

【4】 Lots of items and achievements to collect

Discover a large number of collectable elements along the way, including character information, folklore, objects, copied notes, photos, and even intercepted gossip. The game also features a variety of achievements, with certain choices and actions unlocking them. Fortune favors the bold.

Windrush Tales

Windrush Tales

_We were invited back. Told that we’d be welcomed to start our new lives. Our new homes.

The “mother country.”

But this…

…This isn’t the Britain we dreamed of._

Fresh off the devastating fallout of World War II, Great Britain called for help to rebuild from the bombs and bullets. And in June 1948, hundreds of men and women from the Caribbean answered that call.

The arrival of HMT Empire Windrush signalled the beginning of many brave immigrants arriving with just a small suitcase of their best clothes, hopes and dreams, to craft a fresh start.

What they found wasn’t what they expected.

Windrush Tales is an illustrated text-based narrative game exploring the courage, community and culture of a generation.

Step into the shoes of three very different, playable characters arriving during the Windrush era of Britain, as you face the challenges experienced by Caribbean migrants adjusting to life in the UK.

Your choices will affect each character’s journey as they attempt to grow, change and sometimes, just simply exist, in the face of an ever-changing world rife with racism and bigotry.

Will you truly find a place to thrive between the hope and hostilities of your new home?

Key features:

  • Play a world first: Explore country-changing history from a different perspective in the first ever video game based on the real-world arrival of the Windrush generation.

  • Discover an engaging, branching narrative: Immerse yourself in an emotional, non-linear, illustrated text-based story with three playable characters and several different endings.

  • Experience a slice of Caribbean culture: Take in the sights and sounds of a generation through beautifully hand-painted visuals and authentic music.
