Covenanted
Covenanted is a hand-drawn rogue-like with RPG elements and an original turn-based combat system
A contract with the devil is always a bad idea [/]
The heroine of Covenanted, bound by a contract with the Devil, is on a journey through the magical world. Pursued by the Inquisition and blackmailed by the Devil, she has to balance between light and darkness in order to gain the support of powerful allies and break the endless cycle of rebirth
Combat Alchemy [/]
The journey is full of dangers! As the game progresses, the witch collects recipes for unique potions and gathers ingredients to make her magic even more powerful. Each recipe has its own unique effect
Procedural generation [/]
The global map of Covenanted is generated for each session. The variety of locations, the number of opponents and the available rewards are selected in such a way that each race is different from the previous one
Visual style [/]
We pride ourselves on the visual style of the game. All the main elements were drawn with ink on paper and digitized. The world of Covenanted is growing, our artists are working on new characters and locations
Random events and story quests [/]
We want players to feel the impact of the decisions made in story quests throughout the game. Despite one true ending, the fate of the Covenanted side heroes remains in the hands of the player
Fairy Middle Ages [/]
When creating the world, we were inspired by the worlds of the fantasy genre, world folklore, myths and legends. In Covenanted, elves and werewolves live in the same world with the characters of the Brothers Grimm fairy tales and ancient myths

Penny’s Path
This was a great game, a well-written story. Immersive and creative characters with wonderful spins on late 1600s theology and the power of women. The voice acting is top notch. I really enjoyed it. Sister Benedetta is the best!

A modern day woman gets infected with COVID-19, then … gets sent back in time to the late 1600s of “New England” … or rather has a fever dream?
Praises
• Some animations are pretty.
• The hand-drawn art is a little rough, but it’s a refreshing change from how most visual novels are illustrated.
• Good attempts at old English (I think).
• Criticisms of religion, especially of Puritanism.
Complaints
• No Steam overlay, so no screenshots. (I’m too damn tired for ShareX.)

The Path of Calydra
For the majority of kids school is mostly about making new friends, exciting challenges, and of course learning new things. In fact despite complaining about home works and occasionally querulous teachers, most children like school. But Matheus wasn’t like most kids.
A bit shy, a little withdrawn, the boy was an easy target for school bullies. And soon enough most of the pupils were making fun of him, creating memes laughing at Matheus and then sharing them over the internet. In result the only friend Matheus had was Agro the puppy. And the only time he really felt happy was when he was alone in his room playing his favorite game Spiral Galaxy 2. Oh if only there was a place somewhere without the internet! But Matheus knew there was no escape for him.
Until one afternoon when an unusual entity named Calydra appeared in his room and entered a portal to Calysgore – a mysterious world full of wonders, magic and… no internet! Matheus entered the portal without a second thought and this is where our adventure begins and our hero is born.
Features
A backpack full of magic. An ordinary item like a school backpack can become extraordinary with a pinch of Calydra’s magic. Changing shapes not only visually but most importantly shaping the gameplay in four different ways.
Puzzles powered by four elements. Rare treasures and hidden passageways are protected not only by clever mechanical or weight mechanisms but most importantly by the power of the four elements Matheus is seeking.
Epic battles with Calysgore’s guardians. Creatures not seen in real life are in possession of Calydra’s powers and it’s up to Matheus to find the courage to face and fight them one by one.
A magical world filled with secrets to be discovered. An inquisitive boy he is, Matheus will get the chance to freely explore the mysterious Calydra’s world.
An adventure of a lifetime. Learn Matheus’ story, help him get Calydra her powers back and bring the boy home safely.
Colorize
A nice 2 hour adventure. The trailer makes the game seem slower than it is. At its core, you must go as fast as possible to complete the level to get 3 stars.
The narrative although compact – is rich with adventure.
I can not recommend this game enough for a mere 2 dollars. Home run!

Having a cute aesthetic and decent music isn’t enough to save this non-game.

If you haven’t already decided to pass on Colorize, go ahead and watch my video. You move your character while touching spots on the screen to activate effects and change the world. In the About This Game clip, it shows the platforming present in Colorize, and it’s complete and total garbage. There’s no hint of where, precisely, platforms are hidden. If you tap on slightly the wrong spot a platform won’t become active despite being colored in.

Heaven vs Hell
Unbalanced units. Progress is easy. Currently too glitchy (immortal units and disappearing one prevent beating levels).

Heaven vs Hell - Good turn-based strategy. The game has a plot for the Angels and separately for the Demons.
Each of the typical units has its own strengths and weaknesses, so you need to place them correctly on the battlefield.
At the beginning of the game, you play as Angels, after defeating 3 bosses, Demons will open up to you.
The game is well-made and will definitely come in handy for fans of this genre.

Egg Rabbit
This is a different platform jump game, you jump the height and distance is no longer fixed, the game interface has two jump energy bars at the bottom right, you need to control the size of your jump energy, accurately jump to the right position. In addition, you have to fire carrots at the right time to hit the eagle. On the whole, the operation is simple and more interesting.
Emerland Solitaire 2 Collector’s Edition
I liked the first Emerland Solitaire game so had high hopes for this one. I’m a bit disappointed that this second game feels so very basic. I was expecting more, I don’t know, fun additions maybe? But aside from that if you like solitaire this is a good game. I particularly enjoy the music and mellow atmosphere.

I got the old solitaire itch again. I was all out of the ointment the doc had given me, so I went browsing and saw this game. I recalled having really enjoyed Chronicles of Emerland, so I grabbed it at regular price.
What a complete disappointment! I am a fair ways into the game now and except for the one golem fight, I have replayed pretty much the same layout 97 times! To boot, there are not enough cards in the layout to really get any runs going … and I’m all about the runs, baby!
So, I went browsing again and saw other pretty solitaire games on sale for less than $1 … loving the one I picked out. If you got that old solitaire itch, I recommend you scratch it with something else.

After Shadows
I don’t understand it. It has some “game sessions”, so is it some kind of rogue-like game?.. Doesn’t seem to be a metroidvania at all…
