Tar Alterra Adventure Game
It is a mixture of Cats: The Musical and Skyrim, if the latter had 1% of it’s budget.

Axilon: Legend of Artifacts - Prologue
Ok, so after playing through this three times i think some words can be said.
At first do not expect a game in an early state. It feels more like a Techdemo with a rough concept and if you judge it with this fact in mind, you get something quite enjoyable for a half an hour.
Overall you have three levels, each different with setting and the graphic is quite nice.
The combat system can be frustrating cause it feels clonky, same with the overall movement but if you can get behind the flaws and check how to avoid damage (the shield depressed me, just step back and attack after enemys swingy swings) it is ok and playable.

Buckle up it’s going to be long review.
First of I have been following this developer group - AzDimension for a while and right of the gate I wanna say - guys focus on one game, your team is small already and it shows in quality of games.
Now for the Axilon. I played game in English and Azerbaijani versions.
Positives
-
Actually nice for what is essentially basic demo MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
-
Graphics are pretty looking but cave seems huge downgrade except for rocks inside

Barbearian
I had a lot of fun with this game! Fast paced action, good amount of different weapons, funny characters… Despite the simple art style, it also looks gorgeous (I’m in love with some of the light effects). You can thoroughly customise the difficulty with several sliders in Options, where you can also find some helpful accessibility choices.
Some good hours of button smashing fun watching enemies fly all around, and a bit more strategy needed against tougher enemies or particular combinations of them. Some collectibles, hidden stuff, secret ending… Long story short, great indie and good value for your money. As I always say, if it gives you more hours of entertainment than a cinema ticket, it deserves at least that money, right?

This game appeared on my store page and the name caught my attention. After seeing that the game wasn’t that much I decided to buy it, and I can say the game is definitely worth the price. If you ever just want the ability to rip through hordes of enemies and just feel the satisfaction of taking out a large group of minions at once then this game differently achieves that.
One thing for certain is that you need to have patience since some of the bosses are pretty challenging. But with enough perseverance, you can beat any of the bosses. This game is a 10/10 for me and even though I have beaten the game to 100% I am definitely going to play more.

In Darkness
I’m liking this game so far. I rarely do reviews but I thought I would on this game. I thinks it’s quite unique and being a Ratling is different kind of character that personally like. Most evrything seems to be wrapped up pretty tight and the fact that it’s early access means more on the way. Keep up the good work.

Camera feels very close to the ground and at a very steep angle, makes me feel like im staring at the dirt.
Please add an option for camera distance at least.
Also the first mission in the air ship is buggy as hell, keep getting stuck on nothing and dying.
Other than that, pretty good game.

I’ve played this game about 2 hours now, and am totally having fun. I really like the different weapon behaviors, and perks you discover can give you some great effects.
PERKS
It seems like each set of levels you play (kind of a campaign of 5 or so levels) you clear your perks and must discover them throughout the campaign. I had a perk for extra fire damage on primary swing, then another perk for 100% additional fire damage, it was crazy melee time at that point.
Another time I had hits causing “necrotic puddles” that would do damage over time to any monster in it, super cool!

Torgar’s Quest
The game has nice classic feel to it., it’s old school hack and slash, but with tactics. The graphics ar simple and funny and the spoken commentary is dwarfish-hammy. The masonry is amazing, of course.

What’s the best way to start an adventure to find 7 shards that will grant Torgar the ultimate power? Armed with nothing but clean underwear and a lunch, of course!
This is a rogue-like dungeon crawl, questing ever downward in search of the seven shards. It has three difficulty levels, and anyone with a decent sense for this type of game will probably win in “Normal” mode after a handful of games. Hard mode is considerably more difficult, and nightmare mode is just that - swarms of baddies following you through the dungeon and trying to trap you in corners.

all i need to say is 93h playtime in 4 days with many more hours to come! :)

Tons of bugs still, I understand that it’s still alpha but there are a lot of game breaking bugs. It’s taking the devs a long time to even acknowledge the bugs. Every time they fix one bug they create another.
It has potential as game but I wouldn’t recommend playing until they fix quite a bit of it

Monster Girls and the Mysterious Adventure
although the translation is a bit wonky , this game is a good pokemon-dungeon esque kind of game, but with monster girls. its pretty fun, even for a casual gamer like me.

It’s a roguelike monster tamer. Instead of forcibly capturing monsters and then cruelly locking them in tiny cages, you befriend monsters and invite them to hang out in the town where you live or accompany you on your adventures. So basically, an ethical variant on monster taming, and you can’t capture a monster who isn’t interested in helping you–which many aren’t, though some in every family are.
While fundamentally turn-based, the game moves at a brisk pace, and you’ll commonly go through several rounds per second while not fighting, or about a round per second while in combat, unless you need to stop to think or use items or some such. Even if the exit to a floor is in the very last place you check, taking 300 turns and killing 15 monsters to get there only takes a few minutes.

The Spirit
Played a fair amount of the game and shows tremendous promise, if you’re a fan of a the Diablo series or into rogue-likes this one is for you. Graphically pleasing to the eye and immersive levels keep you invested! The game is promising with much more to come!

All right so I will say this, I do recommend this game. I would like to see a few changes to enhance the fun and difficulty of it. 1. The enemies need a buff, I really only had a challenge at the very end of the game. 2. the save for equipped weapons and items needs to be fixed, not game breaking because you find enough loot to replace them. I did have fun and it was entertaining, and for the price you cant really ask for more. The game is overall short, but again fun, so that is what matters. I want to see more from Dark Faction Games!

That Role Playing
While I do like a good throwback dungeon crawler, this game misses the mark on several levels. 1. There is no character progression, no equipment upgrades, etc. All you get is health and shields (which in the end are essentially the same thing) 2. The game starts out difficult, but should progress from easy (to get you used to the developers style) and get harder. 3. The integration of reverse polish notation math questions in order to progress in the game is downright whack.
What I did like were the sound effects, some made me laugh. The general concept is good but needs to fix/add what I posted above. You can leave the graphics as is, I like the 1980’s Ultima-ish style.

Great game allowed me to remember very good moments. It seems easy but it actually very tricky. And I learned a new word. I recommend everyone to try it!
