Quite frankly, the side stories were uninteresting to me. Except for the backstory about Tokiko. Other than that, I would only really get this title for the additional H-Scenes it provides. They are pretty good, in terms of premise as well as concept.

Oy…so this game… I was really excited for it because I actually really dig FMV games and this one was going to get super involved and elaborate and the inner conspiracy theorist was super excited to tackle this. The game starts out okay enough with an interesting premise not unlike some “lost phone games” (similar to Simulacra) but this game misses a lot of marks.
Pros: It gets pretty meta. You’re puzzles are neat and you’re going to have to dig around to figure stuff out. Using a mix between surfing your web browser for “real” websites and using the videos and documents in game to figure out the story.

Summary: A Rusty Muscle Car
As someone who loved Simulacra, upton reading it had the same basic premise, i dropped everything and bought this. i wish i could say i was perfectly satisfied, but im not. i think this game has done some things well and some things bad but over all is a nice game.
Premise: you are someone who comes across a missing persons case that is very quickly explained to be of the supernatural. you navigate a computer with files pertaining to the case and try to figure out what happened.

Awesome game! Completed it in one go, couldn’t even take a toilet break. The plot twist is amazing and the ending that I got is something else… Looking for all the endings now 10/10

Does having more reviews boost a game’s appearance in the steam store? Because that is exactly what I want to do for this game. It needs MORE recognition. This is a short little gem of a horror game. I swear I spent more of the VN laughing than I did scared. It takes a lot of twists and turns and the characters are ridiculously nuanced for the game’s length. The art style is beautiful and the english is adorably broken. The broken english honestly makes the game cuter and more charming. It gives me vibes of DDLC but not to the extent that it seems like it borrowed a lot. It is definitely its own story in its own universe and I had so much fun with this little treasure!

SUCCUBUS
Awesome fun. I’m really enjoying this game.
I play it using default Proton and performance is great on highest details. Only slow down was breaking a lot of bone barriers in short time, physics is making CPU work hard. I can’t compare that with Windows version, because I only have Linux. I suggest to use FakeHDR filter in vkBasalt to make it look a bit darker. Also sharpening maxed gives it better look.

If you liked Agony only for the setting, design and shock but disliked the gameplay, then this game is for you.
Madmind really listened to the players and made it actually fun to play while upping the shock factor.
I was sold the moment I beat a pregnant ladies belly and forced the fetus out only to turn around and slap her to death with her own babies fetus.
Madmind, thank you for not listening to critics and censoring your games. I honestly can’t wait to see your next game and hope that you push the boundaries even more.

A Dump in the Dark
So this is the premise: you control a pair of asscheeks that shit everywhere. There are a few different kinds of shits you can do including standard poos, violent diarrhoea, long range sniper shits and farts which can be lit on fire. This may all sound like its supposed to be a comedy game but its actually horror, and man, its pretty effective at that.
So the game is split up over 8 different levels each containing a few scenarios. It’s hard to talk about such a fragmented game but i think ill say upfront that overall this is the most disturbing game ive ever played, and i really do not like it.

Review from an authentic Indian guy. I have hardcore pooping experience in real-life and have the record of holding in poop for 5 days. I would not recommend doing that though, that was a really crappy experience.
Butt-cheeks jiggles too much, I’ve seen a lot of porn in my life but these butt-cheeks in this game jiggle more than breasts on hardcore porn and I’m talking about the real ones, not those silicon footballs.
The texture of the poop is realistic enough but the pee or the vomit is not. You can see blood while pooping so it’s somewhat realistic to real-life. You can control each butt-cheek which is not realistic at all unless you use the help of your hand or have extreme muscle control of your butt.

Age of Barbarian Extended Cut
Age of Barbarian - Extended Cut is a shameless love-letter to the ’80s swords-and-sorcery genre of B-movies and fantasy gaming, revelling in the stylings of Frazetta and Vallejo (with a little Erol Otus for seasoning). The player’s chosen protagonist — either Rahaan the chieftain’s son or Sheyna the former princess — carves their way through an array of fearsome and disgusting enemies, leaving lakes of blood and a trail of severed limbs and heads in their wake as they pursue the sorcerer Nekron and seek vengeance for the wrongs done to them.

Purchased and played first time with Patch 1.6.5
So - I never wrote a Steam-review so far, and also never bought a game from the Indie-section - so double-premier for me ^^
But this game - it really surprised me. Yep, it is not a Triple-A-Game, it was only made by one (!) developer. But, in contrast to a lot of the Greenlight-games flooding Steam this game is one of the rare examples where you can really see: The dev has some passion for this. And has put actual WORK into it! And he knows about the subject of “80”-sword and sorcery.

Cold Hearts
Cold Hearts is a visual novel about refrigerators, loneliness and the meaning of life. Befriend and date household appliances, melt their frozen hearts, solve the crime story and uncover the truth - the real reason why these girl-fridges made contact with you, of all people!
Developed by two influencers and game developers, Outstar (The Witcher 3, Eventide: Slavic Fable) and Memoriesin8bit (Mothergunship) as a passion project to share the love for visual novels among those new to the genre, as well as experienced players.
Corpse Party: Sweet Sachiko’s Hysteric Birthday Bash
First of all, let’s get the something out of the way: I’m a HUGE fan of corpse party series and have been since 2013 when I played the first one. So much so that I got Blood drive in Japanese when it was first released. Thus, my view on the game will undoubtedly be a bit biased. Nonetheless, I will do this review as objectively as I can.
My own perspective: So, Corpse party 2U (as it used to be known as for a long time)… A lot of corpse party fans have been waiting patiently for this title to be released in English. It’s an oddity of the series: It does away with the horror and gruesome wrong ends of the previous (and following) titles, and instead focuses on the characters and the ups the humour that used to be scarcely but effectively scattered, to 11. Not necessarily something you’d expect out of a series as violent as this one, but to the game’s credit, it somehow works… And oh boy does it work well. The game is a blast to play through for the first time and genuinely made me laugh a lot. If you liked the characters of corpse party and wished to see them interact with each other more, then this is the game for you. If you also liked the visual novel style of book of shadows, you’ll feel right at home.

Not gonna lie, Sweet Sachiko’s Hysteric Birthday Bash was a lovely surprise. I thought it would never come to us westerners, let alone Steam. Sometimes, the market changes. And something positive comes out of it. This is definitely one of those moments. Birthday Bash is a really funny experience. Take 90% of all horror elements from Corpse Party and throw it out the window in favour of fanservice, stupid one liners, total self awareness, and sexy gags. This is probably the funniest and simpler spin-off of the bunch released roughly around the same time for all 5pb\Mages' productions such as SteinsGate and ChaosHead. It bloates all characters' worse traits out of proportion, puts them all in the same room and asks them to participate in Sachiko’s less-than-sweet activities in her very own party for a day. While it is definitely for fans, it can also be enjoyed on its own merits just to get those sweet anime tropes going for a spin on a rainy day with nothing better to do. Would I recommend it? Hell yes I would. It’s reasonably short, has a fair amount of endings, jokes never overstay their welcome and every character has its little spot when it’s more appropriate. Lovely little package.

Damage: Sadistic Butchering of Humanity
I came across this game quite by chance while Steam-browsing. Despite not having a Xmas sale I decided to try it out anyway and I’m glad I did!
In its current state, the basic premise places you (a psychopath) at a massive disco where you can explore to find valuable items/money or forget all that and just immediately start a massacre. Having never heard of the original Amiga version, this game surprised me. With other similar old games like Postal becoming famously controversial for their indiscriminate violence, I’m still unsure how this title slipped through the radar. Nonetheless, I’m glad that developers have finally gotten around to making a PC version. It’s great fun and has no shortage of violence, adult content, and un-PC humour.

EDIT: Well after 2 years there has been no news or update to this game. Because of this I have to change this review and to say “DO NOT BUY!” as it appears the project is dead. I hate having to do this, but I guess I have to. And doing so I have to re-post as it disables people from liking the review (Thanks Steam!)
Original review - Posted: 12 Dec, 2016
Having played this almost a year ago by downloading it from their website I’ve played a few hours of it. I quite enjoyed this game. Having stumbled upon it a year ago as I was searching the interwebs for some new games, word of a free game/demo called “Damage: Sadistic Butchering of Humanity” peeked my interest. What that was is almost exactly what this game is now. It was on the same dark humor level as Postal, but with the gore/violence level of say Postal and Splatterhouse. This is the re-master of the Amiga version (which I’ve never played, as I was only 3 years old when it was released,) and you can even download and play the original Amiga version for FREE on their website (ROM Emulator software required) which is pretty rad of them to do.

Long Version
I really wanted to do just a joke review, but it would not do this game justice.
I did not expect this game to have so much content. I found this game like everyone else, browsing games on Steam out of boredom. Especially a free game bold enough to have MS paint scrawled on its forefront, this is an unforgettable experience. I didn’t realize it was a so-called “walking simulator,” but I now realize it after finishing it. I still recommend it with complete sincerity. This game is all about putting you into moods and atmospheres. As clichés go, it really is surreal. I don’t regret the hours I’ve lost to this game.

The only way to describe this game is “human”.
Probably the only game I’ve ever played where I wanted to meet it’s maker, to talk to him and make sure everything’s alright. This game will hit everyone differently, as it should. Some people will be completely in sync with it, others will have vague memories to when their life was like this, and to other this will be a completely foreign experience. I’ve never felt so attached to a character that is practically a piece of crudely drawn printer paper. It’s a game that I wish as many people can play. But at the same time, its small audience makes it something truly special, like a small band of moths that found a lost flame that it cannot escape. It’s so weird how such a niche piece of media has made me more emotional than entire corporate AAA titles can ever achieve.
