An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs
I am a ‘dog person’ so this game looked intriguing. I had it on my wish list and picked it up, on sale. Having spent many hours in airports run by dogs, I have very mixed feelings. It is a silly, somewhat mindless game with the biggest challenge being to find specific characters, objects and gates in each of 6 airports. Woven into this is a love story about a long distance relationship between you and Krista (the last two humans left on the planet). Your busy lives intersect at airports and it is sweet to watch the relationship unfold through many brief encounters. Although each airport has very different geography, there is a lot of repetition (the same shops, the same vendors, and much of the same dialog).

Hilariously it was my girlfriend who got me this game, we are long distance, and neither of us actually knew much about the game. I just kinda wishlisted it long ago cause haha cute dogs and alien airports, and she got it cause just frick it we get gifts for each other so sue us (please dont, legal action scares me). Well, 13 hours later and I am all misty eyed over what was supposed to be a silly little game. Even now typin this out I am gettin all teary eyed. Not gonna get too into detail cause I ain’t wanna spoil stuff but heck, this game is gonna last in my brain head for a long while. 10/10, Recommend it forever

Kill It With Fire: Ignition
i have a few ideas for some spiders that could be added. here is a list:
venomous spider: a spider that is like the normal spider, but slightly green. it will go towards the player and “bite” them, which will slow you down for five-ten seconds.
a power for the queen spider: she will spawn two spiderlings when you attack her
camo spider: a spider that is slightly transparent, so they are harder to find and hit.
radioactive spider: a sort of “boss” spider, it is a lot bigger than the other spiders, and has a radioactive symbol on its back. it has three powers: 1) it can spawn random spider types, 2-3. 2) it can turn transparent like the camo spider. 3) it can spit poison, which will slow the player down for twice as long as the poison spider.

Welcome To The Untitled Game
Welcome To The Untitled Game - pretty hard and crazy first person game. One mistake and you have lot, all you have to do is to reach an exit. But no matter how easy it may seem, you will lose. Reach till the end and don’t die from bunny with minigun, from falling piano or from flying jetpack cow.
You need to play around 1319325+ times in order to complete this game.
If you always wanted to destroy your pc with your bare hands, then Welcome To The Untitled Game !
Welcome To The Untitled Game - is a completely stupid and hard game. We advice to put your hammer, chainsaw and lasergun somewhere distant from your pc, but you probably don’t have any laserguns pew-pew-pew .

Insomnious
The Story
You just brought a brand new AI assistant designed specifically to help with insomnia, now it’s time to try to sleep. . . But something isn’t quite right about tonight. Maybe getting to sleep is the least of your problems now.
SleepCo’s brand new Sleeping Assitance Machine is making headlines as it sells out globally only weeks after being released. Alongside their specially crafted medicine to help with insomnia, SleepCo seems to be ready to put the whole world to bed. After setting up your SAM beside your bed, taking your medicine and getting into your pyjamas, SAM wakes up to help guide you into sleep. But tonight something is different. You don’t feel as tired as you usually do after taking your medicine. You hear noises all around you. SAM says to ignore it, but should you? Maybe a good night’s rest will sort all of this and you won’t have to worry about it in the morning. If you make it to the morning that is.
Manifestations of your worst nightmares, creatures of pure horror trap you in your small bedroom, there is no escape, even closing your eyes you see the hands of the beast coming for you. What will you do? Will you ever get to sleep? Maybe it’s just all in your head and you should just ignore it like SAM keeps telling you to.
The Gameplay
Insomnious is a survival horror game inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s, however with the added feature of being able to move around the room and get close and personal with the monsters to push them away.
You are trapped in your room for the night, run around the room and hold back the night terrors while trying to get enough rest to fall asleep. These night terrors could come from everywhere, the window, the closest, the painting and even your bedroom door. But just confronting your fears by getting close enough to push them back will keep you safe for the night.
Each night the monsters get more and more aggressive, on top of this the amount of time you have to sleep for increases each night. You have to manage defending yourself against the monsters of the night and getting sleep by making yourself vulnerable and resting in your bed.
The main story mode will take you through 3 nights of progressively more and more difficult scenarios as you listen to your SAM try to get you to sleep.
The challenge mode introduces a collection of 3 unique challenges to try to beat, it’s similar to story mode just without any additional lore.
Finally the custom mode allows you to set your own challenges to try to survive. In custom mode you have the ability to change each monster’s difficulty (or even disable each monster), change the amount of time you need to sleep before surviving the night and even change the amount time it takes for the nightmare to kill you.
Job Simulator
Some funny stories from my teen STEM students playing this game:
1. One girl tried to dive through the order window in Gourmet Chef. She slammed headset first into the wall and kind of hurt herself. Everyone was fine, my VIVE was fine. This probably speaks to how immersive the game is.
2. Most students enjoy uncorking two bottles of wine in Gourmet Chef and double chugging virtual wine over their heads. Game is kind of Alcoholic Simulator in this respect, especially when players are more concerned with throwing stuff, making a mess, and goofing around instead of completing objectives.

All biases on VR itself, the Vive system itself, and Steam itself ASIDE…
This is the quintessential Virtual Reality game.
It scales phenomenally with different sized rooms. When we made space in our living room, we were delighted to find that we had a little more moving room in-game, and we could spend less time turning knobs (to switch from, say, a freezer to a safe) and more time simply interacting because more things fit in the space. That being said, even with small spaces, you don’t miss out on anything!

Kill It With Fire: HEATWAVE
This is my arachnophobia therapy… well, kinda. ;) Not a game for you if you love spiders or are a PETA member, everyone else should be able to get a good amount of enjoyment out of this.
One new level (including reworked versions of the two in Ignition), three new species (all of them nightmare fuel), and a couple more weapons - the pan rules, I hope we’ll be able to hit those jumping spiders out of the air with it. Maybe it’s already possible, I flinched every time to be honest.
Had this on my radar since the r/indiegaming post in (IIRC) Febuary, was already planning on buying this after playing Ignition, this was enough to ignore my “no pre-orders” rule.

I don’t know how to explain it, but this game was really awesome. You’re basically wandering around a house, finding and killing spiders. The spiders are also diverse, meaning there are actually multiple types. You can obtain several different type of ‘weapons’ to use, such as Clipboard, Revolver, Hair Spray & Lighter, Frying Pan, Shotgun. These aren’t the only items, and this doesn’t even include ‘Upgrades’ for them.
Throughout the game, you will have multiple objectives (written on the clipboard). I do have concerns of repetition and redundancy, however, each stage (before release) did have it’s own unique objectives. I’m definitely looking forward to this game’s release!

Public Enemy: Revolution Simulator
I love the message that the game poses. but the gameplay is garbage. after getting to the second stage IN THE FIRST LEVEL! more guards move around and when all three types of guards mix, its impossible. when you try to get the attention of a stationary guard, a moving guard comes out of nowhere and notices it, rendering it useless, ALSO! when you start a piece, you cant finish it. i could go on and on about gameplay problems, but i don’t want this to be too lengthy. if your the type of guy to go select “HARD MODE” on the first run of a game, that’s cool, but for me, i don’t like it.

It’s free, it’s short and simple, a lot could be added but for a free game i’m guessing they just made it in the hopes that people would look what other games the devs of this made so that those games can get more people playing them. Really you can only play it about twice or three times until you win, but it’s fun for a free game, not too long, might as well try it out.

Renditions of the Awakening
In active development since 2016, this is a first-person strategy game about summoning demons and toppling a civilization one castle at a time in order to re-live the story of the man who already did that. Gain the trust of that man - your jailor - by embellishing the details if you wish but the one thing you must do is become the new king while taking no lives with your own hands.
Some demons are stealthy; others not so much. Summon an army, manage them well and control the flow of information across the battlefield to catch Keeps and Castles unawares or poorly defended. But beware, the summoning process compels them to follow you around but that’s all - they still retain their own fickle personalities and will quit your service in the worst way possible if ever they stop having enough fun.
