Henchman Story

Henchman Story

Have you ever wanted to work for a super villain well you can with this visual novel sign up today and you even get your own custom henchman uniform and locker and the perk of working for the greatest super villain the world has ever known. An amazing visual novel about being a henchman for a goofy super villain boss and interacting with other henchmen, superheroes and super villains. The story is pretty good the characters are all pretty interesting and remember able the voice acting also for this game is great. the writing also for this visual novel is pretty good there were times in this visual novel that I laughed and thought was interesting and then there were times where I was actually was interested in the fighting scenes of the visual novel and what would happen next in the scenes following up. Overall I have enjoyed playing this visual novel and getting the endings I have already gotten and I am going to continue getting all the endings that I can get for this visual novel.

I have never reviewed a game since I have my account on steam so this will be my first review but I cannot let this gem of a visual novel go unnoticed.

Its characters, its humor, its soundtrack and especially Stan, its protagonist, are so refreshing and funny that I can not find any complaints. If we talk about replayability I can’t make any criticism either, there are a lot of little things that change completely as the scenes unfold, and not to mention the various endings that there are, some will make you feel like the worst human being in history and the others as the happiest person of all.

Captain Disaster in: The Dark Side of the Moon

Captain Disaster in: The Dark Side of the Moon

I loved this little game. Graphics are a bit of an eyesore but they fit the mood well, because it’s a meta, fourth wall breaking parody type of game. It’s good fun and made me laugh. Puzzles make some sense and the dev was even kind enough to help me when I got stuck - I thought I had tried something I didn’t. This game is better enjoyed by people familiar with Sierra and Lucasarts games and that can get all the pop references. It exploits the point and click tropes and the bad habits of adventure players brilliantly.

Real player with 5.8 hrs in game

This game is a short little diversion that will be enjoyable to fans of the Point and Click genre. A fully voiced space comedy, you are trapped on a moon with the goal of getting off. In true adventure game fashion, a larger plot emerges.

The real joy of the game is the comedy writing. It is quite reference heavy, but enjoyable nonetheless. A full third of the references are to adventure games, classic adventure games, and AGS, the software used to build the game. Another full third of the references are sci-fi references. The final third of references are to Pink Floyd albums. If you don’t like these things, this game may not be for you.

Tetsumo Party

Tetsumo Party

Enjoyable & approachable for young children with depth & challenge enough for adults to enjoy!

I read Monster Couch’s ratings blog saying they wanted a 3+ rating and I thought, “I have a 3 and a 3+, let’s see what they can do!”

We had a lot of fun and it was simple enough that the kids could catch on quickly.

Sound quality was excellent and sound effects entertaining.

I liked that it could be cooperative or competitive so the kids could work together.

We barely scratched the surface, but I could see that there was a lot more to the game than we experienced -power-ups, achievement challenges and unlockable characters.

Small game with simple mechanics and with a lot of fun :)

Worth a try (mostly with friend on a couch).

Berzerk Flashback

Berzerk Flashback

The game is great…but, Where is the premium content for Trap Master?

There’s also a lot of other missing games, Hell I’ll go over them,

Kick The Critter, MC2 Burning Skies, Alienocalypse, Conquerium, King’s Rider.

And there’s probably more out there!

Real player with 80.6 hrs in game

9/10 Ill explain why below

When I was younger Berzerker games was one of my fave creators of flash games. When I heard that they were putting out a compilation of all the games they made in one thing for steam after flashplayer was killed, I would do nothing but wait and buy it.

Low price, tons of content, all good? Well any game that had a online mode seem to be a taaaad bugged but I dont rightly care, I dident care about those ones that much

Summed up? If you liked the games back in the day you’ll love this, and for the price? Quite worth it

Circle of Sumo: Online Rumble!

Circle of Sumo: Online Rumble!

In short it’s really fun!

The controls are simple yet complex at the same time due to many strategies you can apply against your opponent/opponents. It reminds me a little bit of Mound and Blade multiplayer in that sense.

The game also has a simple yet imersing ranking system which adds to a competitive aspect to the game.

Also as a sidenote developers seem like really nice people from what I’ve seen on their discord.

A super-fun multiplayer game, easy to learn but more tactical than it seems at a first glance. E.g. positioning is crucial (especially in FFA) and sometimes you can get away with a win even not touching anyone :D

You know a multiplayer game is good when you can see different players employing different tactics in order to be the last wrestler standing.

BY ALL MEANS at least try the free version: even that ensures hours of fun!

Netcode looked solid to me. Animations are very good and the action is always clear to follow (albeith a bit chaotic in FFA).

Great adorable puzzle game from 2009 but barebones port.

It runs without issues and it’s cheap, so can’t complain.

Explomania

Honestly for a puzzle game this is quite fun! The puzzles get progressivly harder as you advance and for the expert you’ll have this finished in about 9 hours, for gamers like me. Two weeks.

Physics and sound effects are nice using the power of the Unity engine, great music score.

I didnt have any issues with bugs or crashes and within 2 hours im at level 9 I think?

I recommend the game. There is a really good review which can be found here.

This is a fun little physics-based puzzler. It takes between 60 and 90 minutes to complete, and features some very chillled puzzle action. Getting the pads just right to finish the level can be done in a number of ways, and it’s satisfying when you get it right.

For £2, around 90 minutes of gameplay is about right. The game is actively being improved by the developers, and is just that little bit different that makes it a fresh challenge.

Furfly

Furfly

I like the aesthetic, but Furfly otherwise commits an unfortunate number of mistakes.

The main issues here tie in with Furfly’s rather strict time limits. While levels having strict time limits is not a bad thing in and of itself, the game doesn’t properly take this into account. Most notably, the positions of moving hazards are not reset upon death. As hazard positions don’t reset, it’s far too easy to run into a situation where you sail past a hazard on one attempt and on the next attempt you waste precious seconds waiting for that same hazard to move out of the way, which in turn causes you to run out of time before reaching the goal.

The art of this game is what grabbed me at first. Ported from the mobile platform? I don’t really notice it; well-designed and well-developed, although some improvements can be made: as soon as you die, the furfly (or maybe Black Lum ) respawns correctly, but boxes, rocks, saws etc. don’t get their initial position most of the time, which makes it easier, but sometimes difficultier; taking into account the time pressure, it’s annoying sometimes.
