Cup Of Ethanol

Cup Of Ethanol

My friend speedran the first level of this and I thought I’d check it out. The graphics were off putting at first but i assumed it was just a stylistic choice. Unfortunately they got worse as the game went on with the ice being a vile green. The movement feels too slippery and all the enemies had the same movement. Many of the platform sections felt like they were straight out of a troll game but without the novelty. Whenever you fall in a pit you free fall for about 15 seconds before you re spawn.

This game is actually pretty good!

I came upon it randomly, while searching for free games with a level editor, and lo, there it was. The big hangup is the graphics - clearly it’s programmer art. But if you can get past that, and play the game itself - it’s pretty fun!

The game straight up just doesn’t work. You can’t start the game without completing all 3 scenarios, however the 3rd scenario is broken so your unable to access the editor and other players maps.

After contacting the dev’s through discord they said they would quickly fix the bug… but from previous experiences with other games I highly doubt they will fix it anytime soon…

After bypassing the first bug, the workshop section for other players maps wouldn’t load making it impossible to play other peoples maps (without having to download them and install them into your own editor).

Dungeons Forever

Dungeons Forever

ENGLISH: As little as I play this game, I liked it a lot. Here is a list of things that (I think) would like the small game community:

★ Backgrounds for dungeons: There are already “blocks” that are normally used to add a background, but it is not the same as having a section dedicated to “real backgrounds”; Several backgrounds with different designs and colors to choose from.

★ More blocks of construction / decoration / utility / … (we need more variety to not get bored or do not make levels almost equal to others)

This game is very fun, making levels is a blast, and playing others levels is unmatched in diversity and unexpected twists and turns. The only issue I find with this game is the lack of an ability to play specific players levels. This game would be a thousand times more fun (and I believe a thousand times more popular) if you could play specific other players levels. There should be a players list that you can search for names and play the levels of whatever player you search for. The only way to play other players levels is by playing the random (and limited lives) mode which tosses you into random and sometimes unfair levels. If there was not only this already added mode but also a way to play specific players levels (and possibly a like system and creator leaderboards and such [although those are just decorations]), the game would be much more popular and much more fun. Anyhow, 7/10, very fun, but lacking in the ability to play specific players levels.

I like to think My review of over 6 hours play time matters just a little more than all those trolls with 0.1 or 0.2 hours.

This game may be a little rough around the edges but its still a good bit of fun! It plays a lot like Yu-Gi-Oh so if you’re familiar with the basic mechanics of that game you’ll understand what you’re doing here!

The built in card editor/mod creator is also really cool! A little bit of a learning curve but the possibilities of it are exciting!

lets start with basics game crashes multiple times and it takes multiple atempts to open it and when you do.. it midiatly pots you in main menu and game makes 1 split second sound to show you that there is supose to be music playing but its not

now there are few options:

-in singleplayer you have few selections

  • tutorial witch is terible desinged its like mod for 2 players on same pc. if you dont kill the enemy in 1 turn than you play as him

-campaign: in what u play certan scenarios and if you dont kill the enemy in 1 turn you lose

It is no Ball 3D, but is a close second. Better than Ball 2D for sure though. IS the Ball 2.5D of the decade.

Had a blast.

Tomb Rumble

Tomb Rumble

It’s like a Celeste and Towerfall mixup,

Instead of an strawberry you have to get a crystal, and instead of using arrows to kill others you use traps

Oh, and you can create your own maps, pretty cool

Real player with 65.8 hrs in game

After trying this game out for a short while, I can say two things for sure:

1. While it’s clearly not a Transformice, this game creates a very similar fun and enjoyable vibe

2. I want to actually play Tomb Rumble more!

The pixel visuals fits perfectly for a MMO platformer, and controls are quite good - so far I didn’t had any trouble with movement, which in that kind of game is important. I can’t say much about

I suggest you to try the game yourself, since Tomb Rumble is a free to play title. It doesn’t take much space on HDD, you don’t need to create any external accounts to play it, and each game/level doesn’t take much time. Since Tomb Rumble launched just recently, there are many people playing it online so you won’t get bored.

Hello, M1K4LOS here!

Trackmania Nations Forever 2008

I play this game for 6 years and this game is one from my favorites.

For this game you must be talented, becouse there are lot of skillful things that you have to quicly learn and use them.

Trackmania is game mainly made for keyboard and gamepad, for me it´s keyboard because i feel comfortable with it.

There are multiple modes which you can play:

1) Solo

a) Campaign

b) Downloaded tracks

c) Map building

2) Online

a) Time attack

This was my childhood game! I don’t play this game for more than 8 years. Still, i remember when it was completely free to play, i remember the fun i had with this game. I started to be extremely good at some point and my best friend, because of that, bought me TrackMania United as a gift. At the time, the game was selling for 40€ and we had just started our work/professional life. He bought me the game with one of his first salaries. It was everything to me. I managed to make alot of friends, find an amazing team and beat a quite amount of world records. I guess i will never feel what i felt with this game, ever again. I don’t know what’s the current state of the game but i guess that it didn’t change that much. If you’re reading this, download the game and have some fun bro!

A good game to torture yourself without paying a penny.

It’s really amazing how much you can do with this, but the menus are a bit hard to navigate and the bullet hell creator is’nt really that intuative. There are some premade levels to learn from, but it’s hardly a tutorial and I still dont know how to make the camera zoom or how to add light effects. You can also download user created content, but theres not much of it right now. I’d definitely reccomend checking this game out though. It has a lot of potential.

I’d pay good money for a more polished and user freindly version of this game.

FLS

FLS

There’s the start of a good idea in here, but it’s just the start and it’s abandoned before it ever really gets anywhere.

–-

First of all, WTF does FLS even mean? A game won’t be memorable or popular if the name can’t even be pronounced and has no meaning. Even as an abbreviation, the audience needs to know what that abbreviation means or it’s just random letters and forgettable. Ultimately that’s what this game ends up being, forgettable.

It’s supposed to be a racing sandbox where you make your own tracks. And that’s pretty much all you are given, a tool kit for making time trial races through rings in space that you use as race-tracks.

Super Dungeon Maker ⚒ - Fink’s Awakening (Prologue)

Super Dungeon Maker ⚒ - Fink’s Awakening (Prologue)

I have been playing this game an absolute TON.

If you drew dungeons on graph paper when you were younger, this is for you.

If you’re a fan of top down dungeon games, you’re going to be right at home with this game.

It controls similarly to Mario Maker in the dungeon create mode (recommend keyboard and mouse for that) and the gameplay is really smooth. I do recommend using a controller for playing the levels themselves though, need that controller nostalgia… need to get a classic USB controller just to give me a bit more of that feel, y’know?

Real player with 37.8 hrs in game

I love the game. This is a dungeon creator for a zelda-like gaming experience. If you like to create dungeons and let your friends and strangers on the internet run it, then you’ll be happy with this. For a free version it comes with a lot of tools to create dungeons. Right now there are bombs, a grappling hook, a jumping feather, a shield and fins available to use. Also you can create switch riddles and also a lot of fun stuff. I did a dungeon who you just need bombs for bomb jumps and it is fun.
