90 Minute Fever - Football (Soccer) Manager MMO
90MF is (still) a text-based MMO Football-Manager-Sim.
1. What are you doing in this game?
You choose your team name, dress colours, emblem (easy to import) and the time of the day/night at which you wanna play. (For example Late evening Football association = LEFA = 8pm-10pm UTC) Then you should be online at this time if possible. If you miss a match you still have 24 hours to play it, if the opponent is there tho and requests to play, the match starts without you. Then you miss the chance to make substitutions and/or tactical adjustments.

[EDIT] As of Oct 2nd 2020 I’ve given the game a second chance given the “massive” overhaul that was announced by the game devs. The game is actually in a worse shape than when I left. The match engine is still not up to par and even MORE features are now locked behind the subscription paywall, like being able to upload your club’s logo or have access to the whole “manager skills” RPG nonsense.
If you want to be even remotely competitive in this “competitive” game you NEED to have an active paid subscription. This is NOT a free-to-play game by any mean. [END OF EDIT]

Netsoccer
Best game of this type, you control only one player not the whole team like in common games like fifa and every player is controlled by a human (except gk)!, matches are played in 5v5 mode (6th is AI goalkeeper), it needs a lot of practise before you start getting better so don’t be discouraged at the beginning, you can join some team or create your own to play competitive matches vs other teams and earn ranking points, improve your skills to get better then join better teams and play vs players on higher levels! At the moment our community is small, people must get to know this game and I hope our player base will be much bigger soon!

Very addictive and original football game. You control only one player and could team up with 5 human players to play official ranked matches.
Teams are very engaging: for some players a team can become like a real family. Players relationship can get very strong due to the game dynamics: this game is now back online on Steam, but it existed more than 10 years ago and I’m still in contact with some of the people I played with back then. In the golden age there was one of the most active and close community I’ve ever experienced in a online game and I expect it to be the same now.

IOSoccer
I’ve played this game since 2004 and it’s the only game that has kept my attention through the entirity of my gaming life. This latest release is a huge effort from the IOSoccer Team to bring it to another public release many years later after the initial development team gave up on it. The game also boasts a great community who are always making new kits, teams, leagues and other content to give the game a great competitive edge.
My best advice to new players is to not be put off by the steep learning curve of playing football with a mouse and keyboard. Once mastered, this game will give you more freedom as a player than any other game on the market. Yes, that includes Fifa and PES Be a Pro modes.

The closest game there has ever been to being a real football player part of a team.
I have played this game since 2003, I must have around 10k hours on this game. No game has ever came close to my love for this game. Public is great fun but when you join a team(clan), the game really shines, creating a club, designing your logo, your kit and even perhaps a stadium and challenging for leagues is the closest you will ever get to being a professional footballer. The community is amazing, with games geared towards ranking and elo systems, a massive part of online gaming has been lost and thats community. Everything on this game is community ran and becuase of this the game excels.

Soccer Manager 2020
one of the best football management on Steam i have played and i have played both the 2015 and 2019 versions as well and i feel that this version is far more than a roster upgrade
For a start a lot more teams are featured like my team Boston United (also Liverpool but of course they have been init before)
New 3d matches are far better and the option to skip matches with the quick play feature is very welcome
Also has plenty of new achievement to get from signing a player to win the league and everything in between which makes it feel far more fleshed out then versions before it

I didn’t think I would say it, but this years' edition is borderline good. Soccer Manager 2020 might be your best choice for a free to play, single player footie manager on Steam.
This year
– the game became free of any significant pay to win mechanics
– matches no longer seem to be scripted
– you can fully develop all your facilities, without using real life money or insane amounts of in-game grinding
– we got a new and improved 3D match engine
– Steam achievements are back
– the new menu music is again pretty decent

Soccer Manager 2021
This Game is incredible! It cheats your team to perform much worse than it would, just to trick you into pay to win. Or can you imagine any scenario were a team from first league loses against a tam from 5th league while the ratings are almost twice as good?
Another example… after one season of playing for your team (who just won the national cup, the national championships and a euro cup, one of your best players suddenly loses his form because he wants to play in a “more succesful team”… no matter what you try, that will ruin his mood and his shape. Then finally, you give in and grant him his wish, putting him on the transfer list. The reaction is… the player is UPSET because you put him on the transfer list! LOL.

General gameplay is ok, especially for a free game, but then after my first mid-season transfer window one of the new players I bought just disappeared. After grieving my lost hours I decided to start a new campaign, only to see that the manager I created already started with the level of experience I left off with. I couldn’t see any way to start a new manager, so here I am uninstalling the whole thing. Now I probably just won’t download it again. All because Football Manager is not available in my country…..

Futuball - Future Football Manager Game
Changing my review from thumbs-up to thumbs down because the game is badly bugged.
Matches are scheduled in pairs, one home, one away. The home player has 10 hours to start the match (and thus control the team’s substitutions, tactics, match card play, etc.). If the home player has not started the match within 10 hours, either player can start the match. BUT…
A player can block the visiting team from starting the match by putting ten players and no keeper on the pitch. If the home player fails to designate a keeper, the visitor is unable to start the match. After several days of no action, the match goes unresolved and the visitor no longer even sees the “begin match” button.

A rushed-in cash grab football sim, made to please eyes ,with cool effects,an unbalanced crap which favours only the users which buy in-game stuff, and like most of pay to play trending games so far, they spam offers in your face (and please don’t even get me started hey you="" know="" it’s="" free,so="" what="" can="" say="" -i say screw you those who bring this up front and screw devs who create these kind of games.Oh yeah, you wanna make a buck? Go fkin earn it like everyone’s else .This bullshitery ain’t gonna work no more with many of us.Hope the greed ruin your priceless product and turn against you dear devs /priceless /hey

Supraball
EDIT: I just can’t recommend the game right now due to the lack of players. When the playercount increases to the point where you can fairly easily get into a game with people at similar skill levels to you I’ll remove this edit. Just bear in mind the low playercount if you’re considering buying the game.
EDIT 2: Since the game is now free there’s really no reason not to try it. As of 10th September 2017 the playercount is such that you can pretty quickly find a game, and if there are empty spots the bots are pretty reasonable to play with.

Been playing the game since almost 5 months now. At first it’s difficult to get used to all the controls, but that problem disappears after a few days/weeks. Supraball helps with your aim, quick thinking and team game (well, only if you’re willing to play in a team).
The community is as much of a pro as a con: you can find friendly ppl and toxic ones too. The higher-lvl players know each other (at least by usernames), so it has that ‘big, dysfunctional family’ feeling to it once you advance to a certain lvl.

World of Soccer RELOADED
If you give it the oportunity it will become you favourite game ever and the most addictive! I know mine is! The feeling of contol over the player is unique (play it with mouse preferably) and if you play with friends it will be the most fun! So if you are reading this bring your friends and try it out!

Great game! Easy to play, but hard to master. Players looking for fast, fun games can play training or matchmaking games. Those who are looking for some competitive gaming can join or create a team, join leagues and enjoy some really challenging games. After leveling up there is a multitude of different skins/player models to choose from, each enabling a unique playstyle. I highly recommend the game.

eFootball™ 2022
I can’t recommend it at this state
PES turns into Efootball and joins the style of a Live service game, where updates can happen more frequently over seasons & years.
A quick pro’s and con list after 4 hours of play.
PRO’s
-
The idea of the new dribbling
-
The concept of the new defending mechanics
-
Instant play from ball boys without cutting away
-
Some Quality of life changes (Like Condition arrow stat updates shown in game plan)
-
Some ‘‘immersive’’ clean extra (pre match) cutscenes

Ok. i will leave a Honest review on This. First of all sorry for my bad english, is not my primary leangue. This game is Worst then i originaly thoutgh. First of all you will notice an extreme LAG. secound of all i have not found many elementary settings like changing the control combo presets. They said that this is with a new engine and from the ground up. It is litaraly worse then pes 2017 and FIFA mhm let’s say 2005. This is not “the ultimate e-football experience” by far! Now i want you to know that this is a day one review so a lot can change but the simple fact that u have 20 fps is absurd. IT IS very blury and pixelated. probabaly wont buy any DLC or career mode for this.. is litaraly unacceptable. Konami shoud sell they liciences and go make a flash game. Please just don’t expect much from this. if they dont fix the absolut lag and bad looking graphics.. i mean dude the PITCH looks like its litaraly drawn on paint on windows 98. If they don’t fix this game witch is pathetic pes is oficialy dead!

Fightworld
I’ve been playing since closed alpha, and can say that this game just get better and better. Right now I can no longer experiance any bugs, and I am very impressed for it just being an early access game with so smooth and nice bug-free gameplay at solid FPS. The game is free, so why not give it a try?

It is a very fun game ;)
The controls are sometimes feel clunky, but in most of the cases it works fine xD
The sword is probably the weapon to start with this game, the bow is really hard to actually hit someone.
Here is some online gameplay footage just to give you some impression:
