It’s a shame nobody plays this game anymore. I had fun blasting and getting blasted on this side game in 2013. Now, there is only and only me in this game. I feel bad uninstalling it. Yet, I’ll still check “Recommend” box in hopes of it getting popular again.

Well, I certainly wouldn’t pay money for this game. Luckily I picked it up for free. The enemy spaceships that just spawn in null space without warning make it unplayable.

I’ve always wanted to get into the “Shoot ‘em up” genre, and this is the game to play. Can be very challenging, but I’m sure I’ll get to a very high score with a few hours of gameplay. It gets harder the longer you go, but I would want more difficult gameplay.
This game does not have unnecessary graphics and sparkles, very good! 2D Unity particle system :(

Comet Crasher
Is Comet Crasher the next big thing? Nah, but it’s pretty fun, quite addicting - and paying is optional. This is an arcade score chaser that does just enough right to keep me coming back for more. What I’d really like to happen is a sequel with better artwork and some tighter platforming controls. And maybe slight rebalancing that rewards just a tad more skill and strategy. But otherwise this is good stuff.

“Comet Crasher”, a “free99” or freeware game (meaning, it cost you absolutely nothing, but the illusion of time spent playing the game), is a gem worth giving a crack or two, maybe even three. The game is very simply, very basic/raw graphics with ordinary particle effects. The graphics and effects are nothing to write home about. Though, the game play with tempo basic music (that is decent/solid for a free game that costs you nothing, but storage space & time), and the expecting the unexpected. Do make for excellent receipt of a short-attention span game that can turn addictive for 10+ minutes in a given day. Heck, over 150 games and I spent 2 solid hours playing this 80s style face-lift game that I give the dev a solid 3.8 / 5 stars!!

Bombrigade: Battlegrounds
A very fun and appealing game with its bomberman inspired gameplay with a mixture of battle royale. I enjoy the various power-ups as they give a dynamic approach to strategies and movement. The customization aspect is awesome with many options to choose from! A very well thought out game with many creative ideas and intense battles!

Break Arcade Games Out
A retro classic. I still remember playing this game on my dads key-pad phone as a child and now playing a simple but redefined version of it on PC is grreeaatt, the game has a nice soundtrack and the sound that the ball makes as it ricochets around the area is just satisfying to the ears. It has a very simple visual but still makes it entertaining by adding some special effects to it. The game is as of course not very easy and the speed and direction of the ball will always depend on where and how you hit the ball. Yes you could master the game but it will take a long time considering as the levels proceed, there will be more obstacles to face through like the turtle power-down, reverse power-down and many many more. But over all, this game is great to kill time or to relive an experience in your childhood. Totally would recommend.

It’s a really fun twist on a classic. Neat but simple graphics, could run on a toaster, fun variants, love it.
There’s one quirk that I REALLY wish they’d patch though. The controls are a little… sticky. For some reason, the paddle doesn’t follow the mouse, instead if you move too fast it just jumps over. Cool animation and all, but precision would be much more appreciated. I’d like a toggle to have the paddle’s position match the mouse’s Y coordinate.

Lots of fun in a retro way. Maybe too basic for some people - has 90s arcade look - but I liked it, simple gameplay with just the mouse. Some of the levels are quite challenging. Well worth a try for a free game!

This is not just a game it is an experience. From the moment of hitting the play button I was entranced by the baroque storytelling. When I first stumbled upon this gem I had thought it would be just another boring free to play game but I was terribly mistaken. If there is one thing I would recommend to people to do in their life it would be to play this experience. Just give this one chance and you will not be disappointed.
