It’s a nice simulator but it’s still feel like an unfinished product. The train worked fine but after unlocking the other ones it gets quite buggy. It can be a chill game while listening to something else and play this but I will only recommend it if it’s working without bugs.

The game has stopped for me, no new objectives come up and there’s nothing to do. Useless waste of time.

Pandemic Express - Zombie Escape

Pandemic Express - Zombie Escape

Satisfying but bittersweet.

Pros

Movement like no other.

It’s as if a game developer was placed on an empty canvas, given the commands to move their character to do whatever they want: flying, sliding, going beneath the ground, going a million miles per hour by amping their movement speed to light speed. You have a lot of control in the movement, essentially going anywhere, even touching the skies, if you are skilled enough. You can go so fast that you can walk on water. This game’s movement is its strongest point because you are limitless and, it feels very satisfying to do because you worked on it, know the area and certain sweet spots and, cannot be stopped for as long as you hold the momentum. This applies to both sides.

DISCLAIMER to new Players 22/01/2020 concerning the F2P:

You can ignore the old negative reviews about gameplay changes completely as you now get the game “as is” and for free. The reasons why the buyers liked or disliked it are no more applyable, as you have never seen (will never seen ) the game as it was before. So consider only reviews made AFTER it went free. From this point of view the game IS GETTING GOOD just right now. I dont delete this review just to show how game can change from good, to worse and become better again after some time.

Wanted in Hell

Wanted in Hell

Wanted in Hell™

Rumors of a hellish creature terrorizing the frontier have spread to every saloon West of the Mississippi. Grab a gun and saddle to join the hunt or become the beast for a wild west monster hunt game like no other.

Wanted in Hell™ is developed in Unreal Engine 4 and currently in pre-alpha testing.

Features

Multiple Play Styles

Turn in monster heads for bounties as a Hunter.

Haunt the lands and attempt to return to the land of the living as a Ghost.

Terrorize hunters and slay innocents as a Monster.

Randomized Environment

Every match you play of Wanted in Hell™ is different. In addition to randomized loot found in most battle royale games, entire buildings and environment areas are randomized. You will ride into the hunt aboard a steam engine train with randomized train tracks and disembark at the Terminus; a 4x4KM map that has four distinct biomes including desert, snow, canyon, and forest as dusk turn to night. Be prepared for every match to be just different enough to keep you on your toes.

Wild West Gunplay

Wield the legendary weapons of the wild west to face off against player-controlled hunters and monsters. These old gunpowder weapons have limited ammo and there’s no automatic fire. You will need to carefully time your shots to outplay your enemies with simulated physics projectiles that can ricochet off metal and penetrate wood. Ride to victory on over 30 breeds of horses with unique appearances and statistics in skill based mounted combat.

In Match Leveling System

Fortune favors the bold and hiding won’t help you. As a Hunter, you start at level 0 in every match. Reap the rewards of a stone cold killer by improving your stats and unlocking unique abilities to stand toe-to-toe with the monster and live to tell the tale.

Character Customization

The hunt has attracted folk from all walks of life. Stand out from the rest by customizing your Hunter with over one million face, body, and hair combinations. Dress to tell your story with a modular clothing and dye system featuring signature styles of the old west including lawmen, outlaws, cavalry, native American, and more.

Vidora’s Silence

Vidora’s Silence

Assemble a crew of various skills and venture out into Vidora’s wilderness in search of precious minerals. Your way of transport is AsmiCorp’s finest mining rig, the Series 61 train. A fully customizable, fast and enduring machine with capabilities to house crew, refine the minerals you mine and get you across Vidora’s landscape efficiently.

Your Crew

Starting out you have to preform most tasks yourself and on your own, this will not last long as you grow your crew. Crew members can be recruited to your train from crew vendors and be assigned specific roles such as Miners, Hunters, Armsman and others. You strategically place and command your crew to increase efficiency and survivability.

Your Train

With the modular design of AsmiCorp’s Series 61 mining rig, you are in control of the carts that it has, the equipment on board, increasing your housing space to house the crew you hire and ensuring that there is enough power to run everything. Keep in mind rookie, to build extra carts and onboard equipment you desire will require you to have the sufficient funds, materials and reputation to do so.

Expeditions

Each expedition outside the safety of your mining rig, requires planning and strategizing. This will not only ensure you deliver what you gather, mine and harvest back to your rig successfully but also increase the chances of you and your crew making it back safely, as Vidora and her creatures are known to punish unexperienced miners and their mistakes.

Majority of Vidora’s creatures rely highly on their sense of hearing. Making any sudden noises in her wilderness will definitely anger the creatures that surround you thus making preforming loud tasks like mining and shooting weapons very dangerous and require the suitable equipment, fire power and planning to complete your expeditions and return safely.

Mining

As an AsmiCorp miner, your main goal is to mine the minerals above and beneath Vidora’s surface. Along your expeditions, you will come across many valuable and interesting minerals, the most important being Asmegite. In order to extract these minerals, you will be required to use the many unique tools and equipment that AsmiCorp has provided you with or you have crafted. But be warned, harvesting Vidora’s precious minerals angers her and her creatures, so mining expeditions will not be easy or safe.

Gameplay Features

  • Construct your train (base), build carts, upgrade interior etc.

  • Explore a 34 square km open world on your train, on foot and other vehicles.

  • Hire crew with specific attributes, assign roles and lead your team.

  • Mine deep into the world with the help of explosives and powered mining tools.

  • Clear out Safe Zones to unlock new carts and upgrades.

  • Strategically balance your train’s oxygen, food supply, fuel, crew and more.

Zompiercer

Zompiercer

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS. Game is more than a year in Early Acces AND ISN’T FINISHED - It’s a bit longer DEMO version.

Zompiercer is something new. I really, really like this game and the Idea in general but there is always a “but” and here is what i think :

You can find money in the Fridge or Gas Stove and ammo in the childs room or in the book shelf. Why there is no variation between those shelves ?

Zombies are awesome (6 types of them) and smashing them with Baseball bat is a great bonus.

Alright, I think I’ve played this game enough to give it a fair review now.

Firstly, an overview. Zompiercer is a zombie survival game very reminiscent of DayZ, where the main gimmick of the game is you live on and operate out of a train. You have to manage health, hunger, thirst, sleepiness, and the rather infamous stamina (I’ll address this in a bit). You can move around the world from town to town parking your train and looting a town full of food, water, medicine, weapons, ammo, and of course, zombies.

FICTION #F3F

FICTION #F3F

An interesting experience: mostly calm with hints of fear. The 5 games are fairly different, and each one is interesting in its own right.

Question for the devs from a fan: Is there a deeper meaning to The Sands of Voltark? I ran around in it for like 7 hours trying to find everything I could, but I still don’t get it, or even if there is an ‘it’ to get. My guess is it has to do with diverting the expectation of a grand space-faring spectacle by making the game so slow paced and by giving minimal actual story, but in a weird way there’s a decent amount of stuff to find, so it’s not exactly a pure subversion of that expectation. Am I looking too far into this? ʸᵉˢ

really enjoyable little collection of games, but be warned that these are tonepiece style walking simulators rather than traditional narrative style. if you’re into just wandering around atmospheric spaces though, there are definitely some interesting visuals and emotions happening here.

Choo-Choo Charles

Choo-Choo Charles

Charles is a bloodthirsty train, and you need to destroy him.

These winding tracks are treacherous, so you’ll need to plan each mission. Be careful when clearing your path on foot, or switching the tracks direction, because Charles might be waiting for you.

Upgrade you train to fit your needs.

Go looting or complete missions to find “Scraps”, which can be used to turn your train, into a death machine on wheels.

Get help from the townspeople.

Help out the settlers in return for high powered weapons, and other items vital to Charles' destruction.

Fight Charles to the death.

Prove yourself a worthy train killer, by gaining enough strength, firepower, and skill to take down the mechanical terror once and for all.

In Choo-Choo Charles you’re given the task of eradicating a monster known by the locals as “Charles”. Nobody knows where he came from, but they know why; to eat the flesh of puny humans. You have a small yellow train, with a map, mounted machine gun, and an exquisite collection of bobble-heads on the dashboard. You’ll use this train to get from place to place, while you complete missions for the townspeople, or loot scraps from around the island. Over time you’ll use your scraps to upgrade your train’s speed, armor, and damage. You’ll grow your arsenal, and (hopefully) become an unstoppable force, ready to take on the great and mighty Charles.
